Convenient location near the station. The breakfast buffet is as good as quality but it's a bit small compared to the number of rooms (especially when the hotel is full and there's so many people…) In the rooms the fixtures are not soundproof edits and you hear traffic noises, in our room even closing the tents at 6 in the morning entered too much light. The cleanliness in the rooms is poor. The girls at reception very friendly and helpful.

The price was a upper class, room was small, and bathroom, as a member of Scandic I will try a another Scandic in Copenhagen. Best whises from here, brekfast was good!

This is a hotel with exceptionally poor noise isolation betweens rooms and the hotel is in need of renovation. Breakfast is the standard version for Scandic which means juice made from concentrate and frozen bread made “fresh” in the oven. Company policy’s makes Scandinavians stay at Scandic.

It is a great hotel, good breakfast, excellent, friendly and helpful attendants. The rooms are comfy, the blinds block the sun nicely. The bathroom has a good size. It is really well located within the city center. There is a parking nearby if you need it, on the same street, making it easy to walk with luggage to the hotel.

Awesome Hotel in the city. Perfect distance to the train main station. Breakfast was a delight. They offer a variety of cheese and some meat as well as lots of jams and honey. There’s also fruits available. Rooms are a little different though, my first room had a broken shower drain, after one shower the bathroom was a pool. Got upgraded to a better room immediately and was offered some compensation for my water drained stuff. Very nice service.

This is by no means a 4 star hotel. Rooms are small, grubby and pipes make constant dripping noises all night. Booked a twin bedded room and was given double bed. They changed us on 3rd night which was better. Had to pay 150kr supplement for booking in Early. The room was already cleaned when I moved in at an earlier time — why the extra cost?

The hotel is located next to the train station and really close to the city center. Good breakfast and service. The standard room is a little bit small, if you want to have more space go formthe standard superior rooms.

A good hotel in the center of Copenhagen, well located, good breakfast buffet, a disadvantage, they are remodeling it and leave the tub instead of putting a good shower plate.

Clean simple rooms, friendly staff, good variety for breakfast (hot and cold food, vegan and allergy friendly, gluten free section). The place was buzzing with people but wasn't noisy. The location is amazing and close to the city centre and central station.

Hotel very close to the central station and at a walkable distance from the city center. Breakfast is ok, along with with Wi-Fi, but the lack of a restaurant is quite a pity. However, there are good restaurants around. My room was spacious enough, same as the toilet, although the furniture and the room itself were suffering a bit of the age.

Nice hotel in a very central and accessible area. A bit worn down but completely ok. Breakfast is typical with a very nice selection of cereal, dried fruits and nuts. Room was very nice but had sort of thick air.

Clean and nice rooms, but small bathroom and was fairly lacking in sound insulation. Could hear upstairs guests when flushing the toilets etc. Helpful staff and good food selection in the breakfast hall! Very central location.

Staff were super nice, helpful and friendly but would have expected more from the facilities, as it’s a Scandic brand. Air conditioning didn’t work, so the room’s air quality was very bad. We opened a window but nothing you keep open during night winters/weekends. Also after showering, the moisture lingered for quite long. Price/quality ratio has declined for Scandic :/ Location is super and close to all things. Drinks in the bar are good and staff very nice!

Small but well equipped room and especially super breakfast buffet. Their small Danish pastries are to fall: crispy, melting… it changes the soft and bland crescents that we find elsewhere.

Overall, very satisfied with my experience. The rooms are a bit on the small size, but fine for one person. Great location and awesome breakfast. There was construction going on right outside my window, but the hotel was nice enough to provide ear plugs free of charge.

A disaster: 4 stars with binoculars are seen. Suite as a normal hotel room at 3 stelld. Terrifying at the interior level and the bathroom has any kind of problem. Quality Price 0.

The location is great because you're near shops and restaurants. The room has inconveniences due to NO CLOSETS! Also, my souvenir glass from Carlsberg brewery disappeared after housekeeper came on our first day. Not good!

Convenient location, close to Central Station. Small rooms and lack of a kettle in the economy rooms. Worth getting a superior room if you can.

Hi Marlene, not sure if you read the review properly. there's space in your rooms for a bigger bed — so not sure why the hotel opts for these smaller sized beds. yes the size was small, but that's not the issue. I've slept on smaller mattresses before and been fine to sleep, your queen beds are horrible with the foam topper and springs. It's not possible to get a good nights sleep for two people. and lastly, after the first sleepless night I let the front desk know, but contrary to your response, they weren't interested at all helping us out.

The "queen" sized bed was one of the worst beds I've ever slept on. Far too small for two people, springs with a foam a topper thing that just kept sliding off. Any small move my partner made in bed woke me up and vice versa. Ive slept in tiny rooms/beds in Japan and slept fine but this was the worst bed I've slept on, and not sure why it's setup like this, there's sufficient space to put a bigger bed in the room. If you stay in this hotel, get a room with twin bed if more than one person in the room. We were both so tired from lack of sleep, we didn't get to see as much of Copenhagen as we'd liked. This is a basic need, a decent bed so above all else can get some sleep! Seriously management of this place should try sleeping in one of these beds with another person.

Ideally located in the centre of Copenhagen, 2 blocks from Tivoli Park.
Comfortable room with all the necessary comforts (TV, fridge, safe, air conditioning, hairdryer, bathrobe, …).
Breakfast is a buffet with everything you want.

Expensive for what you get. Is a bit basic but GOOD location.

A place to sleep not to enjoy. You wouldn't go there through choice. You got there due to price.

I spent a few days at this hotel if you reserve through booking for a visit to Copenhagen.
Central location, next to the station, clean and spacious rooms.

We stayed there from saturday night to wednesday morning, the hotel is in a really good location, a few minutes walk from the Central Station and Tivoli Gardens, and from the hop on/off bus, also easy to walk from there to the old town and Nyhavn. The hotel was nice enough, clean, great breakfast, altough the four star rating indicates luxury — I wouldn't describe the hotel rooms as luxurious. Our room was tiny, we asked for a bigger bed but the room was so small, one side of the bed was pressed against the wall. Also no tea making in the room. But otherwise good size wardrobe, desk, small table and couple chairs, overall I was happy there. We had room 436, facing the street, and some people complained about noise or strip club but really the nightclubs are not in view of the hotel windows and we haven't seen anyone hanging around or causing disturbances, also considering Vesterbro is a main street, I don't think it was noisy at all. There is also a very nice hotel bar, we always had a coctail there before going to sleep, I can reccommend the cosmopolitan, it was the best ever and overall I would reccommend this hotel.

The location is good and front desk staff as well. But the noise from the street was terrible. And the bathroom in my single room was the smallest I have ever seen. When brushing your teeth you were actually standing IN the shower. This naturally means that after a shower the entire floor is wet. The breakfast was really good though and they had gluten free bread. One minus point again was the almost fat free milk with the coffee.

Good, good, good value. Excelent central location. Staff service more than one expects, helpful and courteous. Room very comfortable at the price. Jon Freedman.
