Breakfast is excellent and very happy, helpful personal but room is not really very clean.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. It is located very central close to the main train station. The service is very good and the breakfast is fine. It is not a fancy hotel but is charming in it's on way. The staff is helpful and you feel welcome which I find important.

High price DKK 2, 800 for a night. Old and tired — room too hot and could only open window onto noisy main road. No tea bags in room and when asked for some they brought one and only had powered creamer unless I paid room service for small amount of milk!

This Hotel is outdated. Furniture is all scraped up. Wood floors squeak every time somebody walks. Doesn't have a regular shower. The shower is like you would have on a boat. Turn on shower and toilet and sink gets wet. I don't know how this hotel is rated as a 3 star. This is a one star. In.

I'll start with the good: 1. The location is fantastic, right next to the central station and tivoli 2. The staff is great, very friendly and helpful! 3. The breakfast (included) is good Now to the bad… 1. The state of conservation is terrible, it's old and smelly in the rooms and halls (see pictures). 2. Be aware that the small rooms are truly mini, I'm talking around 10-13 Square meters. So if you get a room for cheap it might be worth it, if not look for a cleaner place at a similar cost.

There is no fridge or air conditioning in the room.

Great location, 2 minutes from Central Station. Rooms can only speak for ours were not too clean and need updating. No bar or lounge. Staff very helpful. Breakfast manic but good varied choices.

To be the first time I set foot in Copenhagen with the person I was calling love in this structure although old I found myself very well even if July of a year was cold strategic point and convenient near the Tivoli Gardens abundant breakfast and Quality the rooms would need to be modernized which say new love stay in this property.

This should have been renovated years ago. Great breakfast, it’s clean, but the rooms just seem very old. Will not come again.

The décor is old, you can hear the TV from the adjoining room. But the location of the hotel is very central, and the room was very clean, the breakfast good.

Convenient close to the train station and city center… Well placed for sightseeing… Amusement park, restaurant, bars. The room was very small. Breakfast Smiling staff do not speak French… Italian Restaurant.

The hotel is quite old, but is nice and is located in the city centre. I found the staff very useful and very accommodating. In the end we only stayed one night, but not a bad place to stay.

Hotel in Norma… Great location. Two steps from the center.

Small rooms and toilets. But the location is good. Near centar station and main street. You can explore Copenhagen from this hotel and forgot is next to tivoli. Free tours who is the best thing in copenhagen is 5 minutes away. Btw the hotel is expensive for the quality, better stay in hostel in private room. In this hotel only money worth is location nothing else and I forgot is the old hotel but have a soul :D.

It is a pity that I did not do this time photo. Was very tired and was leaving early. In the room for 2 persons 122. Old furniture, under the window wet carpet, 5 towels One of them dirty and lay on the floor, toilet with a stain black downstairs. Gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap for one person. Car parking is not available. The breakfast is not included in the price. We went for breakfast in the morning. At the entrance to the restaurant we were asked names. We called and we were offered to pass. The breakfast is very small choice. Sausage, 2 types of ham, sire, Yogurt 2 variants, bacon, omelet, jam, puffs 3 species, fruit-melon 2 species, pears and plums (terrible taste). We ate and went to pay for the room. And then we were expecting a surprise. The reception said that we need to pay breakfast 150 CZK per person. This is a very high price for such breakfast. In the evening we were in the Italian restaurant where breakfast is offered to eat pizza or pasta for 89 CZK! We were not informed about why we were not warned at the entrance to the restaurant and at the reception desk when checking into the room. Only said you need to pay another 300 CZK. Terrible hotel. Not recommended.

The only good thing is the location of the hotel. furniture (carpet / doors. ) was very old also the price was high.

Small room and the bathroom only had curtain in the shower so it got wet all over. The location next to the Central Station, the Tivoli and very close to the city hall is fantastic. The breakfast was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Decent hotel in a great area of Copenhagen. Close to everything that makes Copenhagen fun to visit! Rooms can vary in size and condition, but are general okay. Good breakfast.

This is a bit old, but service, cleanliness and above all the excellent buffet.

I can't give less than 1 star because it would deserve 0. The room was dirty on our arrival, two light bulbs were electrusted, then the breakfast a bit poor, I reckon the Danes are as dirty as the British and also very rude. When we complained to the front desk if they washed their hands saying ' I don't get to see the dust, fill out a complaint form '. With everything we had paid in advance (in April). Don't go there.

Good location just steps from Central train station. It's a super old hotel, it's pretty good for the years it has.

Not really a 4 star value. The room was small, the wardrobe looked like it will fall over, the room had no safe, fridge, nor tea/coffee making machine (i. E. Water boiling kettle). The noise isolation is bad … you can clearly hear people in other rooms. So … no value for money hotel at all. But the staff is polite and helpfull.

Well situated, 2 mins from Tivoli gardens, room was clean but very basic in our room the B\S mixer was not working correctly and the wall mounted T. V was not adjustable so the viewing angle due to the room layout meant you could not see the TV very well. There were no tea making facilities in the room which was a bit of an annoyance. The breakfast was very good with a great range of different foods to suit all tastes.

Very old building — little comode room facilities in general — ideal location to visit the city — very good breakfast — high value for money.

The breakfast was delicious and the service was good. But 2 BIG problem I had was that I discovered I had a bed bug bite on my hand and discovered some of them on my bed. Also, the bathroom in my room had a very unpleasant smell. Hopefully this problem will be eliminated the next time I decide to stay at the hotel.

Close to the station, good place to start visiting the city. Good breakfast. The rooms are not great but clean.

Not brand new but central great location near the train and bus station. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

For a 3 Start, for the price and for the location, all was really great. Extremely happy with: Staff, Breakfast, and bike rental process. It is better to rent the bikes there for 24h as you have them safe, and were comfortable and reliable. Bike prices were similar to others.

Nothing special about this hotel. If you're looking for location, then this is a good place. It's old, dated, smells, loud outside and the rooms are tiny. The photos on Expedia and the website, do not represent what you're really getting. Would not recommend. Plus parking is $24 a person and $44 a night; the costs add up quickly, but this place really has nothing special to offer in return. We left early for Germany, Sweden and Czech Republic, where we got way more for our money and we dreaded having to return here.

Seems like a very busy hotel. Furniture and carpet are worn and looks a bit dirty. Extremely soft twin bed. Fast free stable 19 Mbps Wi-Fi. Next door to main train station and airport train every 20 minutes. 10 to 15 minutes minutes walk to main shopping area. Just next door to old red-light district. Some dodgy folks in that area of you get lost. Reception a bit slow when tour groups come in. Good buffet breakfast. Was locked out of my room at 10. Check in and check out at noon. Otherwise okay hotel. Might consider again but there are better options. No fridge or in room safe.

This hotel meets never — 4 stars. The room (e. G. Budget rooms 12 sqm) are much too small for 2 people. The bathroom is an imposition. No storage space. Man, takes a shower the whole bathroom is under water. The toilet is unavailable then dry-shod. Hardly accommodation for the clothes. Breakfast adequate, equivalent to but not 4 star standard. Two positive points: Staff is nice. Location of the hotel very central.

Just what you need for a weekend. Close to the trainstation and the Tivoli. Good beds. Small bathroom.

An absolutely dissapointment. Very small rooms, mediocre breakfast, ugly and super-tiny bathrooms. And the rooms didn't even have TV! At least mine.
