Not good, they are amateurs.

Comfortable friendly. Beds very comfortable. Central locality.

Room is ok, however about 800 metres to our room, ridiculously frustrating. Room is quite spacious and clean. But again, no fridge, no tea or coffee. I would have thought this was standard, but no.

Great location here you can walk to everything.

This is my second stay. First time was great, quiet, great location close to central station. Good service and breakfast. Second time right now 11pm and not a chance at all of any sleep tonight. You pay for a room to rest and sleep so if you want that at this hotel the you had better make sure it is an inside room not road facing They might as well have put our bed on the side walk outside for the night with the traffic, and pedestrians only difference it is warmer in h…ere. Very disappointing either get sound proof glass or give 50% off of the expensive rates and warn people you won’t get any sleep We paid an upgraded room and got a night of traffic noise music and No sleep Not acceptable.

I like that by cleaning your own room and they donated the cost of the service to the homeless children.

I loved the location. The staff was awesome. The breakfast was perfect! However we were not told about choosing to have the room cleaned! Supposedly if you do not get your room cleaned they donate the saved money to a great cause. Which sounds great but for the 7 days we were there nothing was disinfected and that grossed me out some.

Arrived earlier then check in time and were going to ask to leave bag. There was a room ready and Reception checked us in no problem. Asked for extra pillows
We're brought within a few minutes. Buffet breakfast really good. Room very clean. Great location. Staff very friendly and efficient. Would stay here again if ever back in Copenhagen.

For what you actually are getting this place way too expensive. Staff is junior and at least to me extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. There are way better options to stay in the city center than this hotel. Avoid if you can.

Fine room with the most common stuff and a comfortable bed. Funny and useful service signs to help you. The breakfast was also fine but not extraordinary.

I stayed overnight for 3 days and 2 nights at Hotel Vesterbro. It's a 3 Star Hotel. There are no gym nor swimming pool nor any wellness centre inside. The Hotel is in a strategic position, where you can reach in less than 10 minutes on foot the centre of Copenhagen. The rooms are very nice. And the staff is kind. There is a restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and a bar for a good taste of the most famous danish beer in the world: Carlsberg.

This hotel's standard rooms are small but sufficiently large to store your belongings without them being in the way. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are for the most part capable. Breakfast can be crowded with slow entry if the hotel is approaching capacity. Edit: the rooms do not have tissues. A small bugbear but nonetheless noteworthy. The rooms do not have a refrigerator but an ice machine is available.

If anybody is trying to find good deals on hotels visit HoteIRᴀven. Com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere! Room is clean and quiet, bed is comfortable, breakfast is excellent and staffs are very friendly. Free beverages are offered in the lobby. I booked our room in the last minute due to some unexpected situations. Thanks to Comfort Inn, my friend and I had a well rest that night.

It’s just a 5 minute walk from the railway station. Located in a neighbourhood with good shopping and dining. Check in was easy and with good karma. The room was perfect for an undisturbed sleep after watching a movie on TV. Cosy room with everything I needed. Breakfast started at 06:30 and had plenty of good cereals, bread, cheese, fruit, coffee and much more.

No plumbing, heating is not working, water from the sewer flows to the floor, convenient location.

Rooms were a bit noisy, especially in the morning, but the big negative thing for us was the bathroom. It is dated, has many broken details, and had dirty tissues from previous guests stuffed behind the soap dispenser. We indicated this at the reception, and although promised they would pay extra attention to it, it was still there when housekeeping was done a second time… One of the last things I want to find in a shower is other people's used tissues… Breakfast had reasonable choice but is a really busy experience. Also the restaurant gives 10% discount for a review, which seems a bit shady as you have to show it… Basically buying positive feedback. All of this wouldn't be so bad but I do consider this an expensive room, paid over €150 a night for a simple room. I'd say they could do a lot better… Update: upon discussing the poorly cleaned bathroom twice, both times failed to get it cleaned properly (dirty tissue remained…). As frustrating as this was, we did get a late check-out and a free taxi to the airport, which was a very nice offer! All in all I did not like the state the hotelrooms were in, but the staff stayed very friendly throughout all of it, which was a plus! Shower didn't give hot water for 20 minutes around 11am on Wednesday probably an after-breakfast capacity issue? Hotel couldn't find issue and hot water resumed a bit later… (Pictures show state of repair of the bathroom)

Hotel with excellent value for money, simple but comfortable and clean rooms. Good location, especially if you arrive from the station (500MT) so for those arriving from the airport it is very convenient. Breakfast good and varied, beware only of the fact that at some times of the day you can do a bit of tail. Recommend the Superior rooms.

Excellent Comfort, very well located in the center of the city, to recommend.

The location is great. The rooms are small but very trendy furnished. The bathroom (with bathtub! ) is totally sufficient.
Breakfast is plentiful, lots of choice of breads, buns, Süsskram etc. Absolutely great!
We could easily extend the check-out by 3 hours, the staff is young, very friendly and helpful.
Next time definitely return to this hotel!

Hote near the central Station and 10 mins from the bus. To get to the center is a nice walk but nothing exaggerated.
The furniture is very appealing, the breakfast impressive.
Tip: If you have to book look as well as on the various search engines also on the site of the chain: Maybe the latter is cheaper.

Really poor facilities in the rooms. The location is good and the breakfast as well. It's quite expensive regarding the facilities that are offering.

Beautiful hotel, central area, breakfast top, also suitable for making sandwiches for lunch since the prices of Copenhagen are definitely not low cost, 2 steps from the Tivoli great area even in the evening which is very quiet.
The room is very clean, only TV with Danish channels, comfortable bed only the Wi Fi does not work, or at least in the days of my stay.

Again a good stay — very uncomplicated, well located and maintained. Only at breakfast it is a bit more cuddly and its coffee should be better aushäusig drink;) All in all, always a good option for a reasonable price stay in Copenhagen.

Very nice reception from the staff and the style of the reception/lobby. Comfortable to sit and have a drink and enjoy the cosy atmosphere to pleasant music. Food is also good, breakfast buffet was also sufficient. The room is also clean and furnished in the casual style of the hotel. Ample space with seating options (standard version Booked). Wor with a view of the street, did not get much of the noise.
The location is also excellent, center as well as various attractions within easy walking distance, train station also almost around the corner.

The hotel is close to the central station so easy and convenient to walk to too. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was varied, plentiful both in the dessert and the salty.

The rooms have all the basic stuff covered. Shower gel, shampoo, towels, laundry bag to take with you when leaving for your next adventure. Tv and Wi-Fi and also a water boiler to make tea. Small desk and in the corridor there is an ice making machine. Clean and tidy. Good breakfast in the restaurant. Good variation on the food. Connected to the restaurant you have a fairly big lounge area. And last but not least good service.

Very good hotel in both location and in relation to the service and cleanliness. Very good service for the staff. Spacious and modern rooms with own bathroom and very clean. It has a Lidel supermarket right next door which is very good if you want to buy something to take you to the hotel. I totally recommend it for both couples and families.

Very good location and very close to the train station. The Std room is minimalist, not even a ciabatta or a set for the bathroom, ours was also little cured (door of the bathroom ruined… Roll door without the latch so it fell to the ground…) So given the salt cost, they could give more.

So-so.
But I start from criticism, to make them better, then I step to compliments.
The room was not in big ' shape ', okay we chose the standard, but the bathroom door was very ruined, and generally the furniture in the room was not brilliant.
A strange smell (it was not perfume…) pervaded the whole hotel.
The breakfast of which we speak very well in other comments was plentiful, true, but speaking of standards (tastes I can not discuss them) in Italy (in Bologna) we have 3 star hotels at 50 Euro night with breakfast decidedly with higher standards.

The logistical aspect is very positive: it is close to the centre (Stroget is the most entertaining street and with beautiful shops I have done) and to many ' obligatory ' destinations in Copenhagen, as well as being attached to the station, so convenient both to and from the airport and For the trips outdoor (in Malmo in Sweden in half an hour you are there) the 4 stars just raised the standard of the rooms and in general of the furnishings.

The photo looked fresh and clean, as a result it turned out that already pretty wobbly rooms. The only advantage is the breakfasts and location.

Dirty rooms, plumbing not working, cold in the room, breakfast weak.

The location is good, but all good ends, plumbing requires repair, sewers are clogged, the cold is terrible, but the air conditioning system is set to cool, but the most important thing is of course the staff tried to brazenly carry out a double write-off for accommodation, at first did not issue a cashier's check, then said that there was no transaction, such audacity I did not meet anywhere until I got to their general manager, showed a printout of transactions on the bank card, apologized, the issue was closed. But, a second time, wouldn't risk booking a room at this hotel.

Fantastic location! Very close to the train station — maybe a 3/4 minute walk. Small room but big enough for a short city break. I liked the convenience of having a Lidl next door to the hotel for drinks and snacks. The most wonderful hotel breakfast I've ever eaten!

Very happy with my stay at Comfort Hotel Vesterbro. Just a short walk from the main train station, we were greeted by friendly staff and a quick check in. The room was adequate with some luxury touches — feature lights, quirky signage, cable TV. The free breakfast was excellent — buffet style with hot and cold options. Overall, very impressive.

Hotel with modern ambience and minimalist trend. Friendly staff. I was very impressed with the breakfast as I was not expecting in this type of hotel to find a breakfast so varied and with so much.
The rooms were clean but if you noticed the wear of the passage of carefree customers (chafing on the wall and baseboards, some small desconchón, etc. ).
I liked the location of the hotel because it was quite far from the area of more traffic and bustle but it was close enough to the center to be able to walk. It also has nearby restaurants and bars, without getting to affect the noise of these to the hotel.

Our room was very quiet, the temperature was easily adjusted — which is important, it often gets way too cold in hotel rooms in winter. Breakfast buffet has a clearly marked section for allergen-free foods. Service is good, questions answered promptly. We had some trouble figuring out the shower (it had a stealthy drip guard, or something). Oh, and no kettle in the room.

A modern hotel in the centre of Copenhagen. Very convenient location, close to the central station. Newhaven is 15-20 minutes to new haven. The hotel was created by some fashionable Danish designer, and he clearly succeeded. Style and originality are present in everything. A lot of details. The hotel's lobby is particularly striking. Rooms are comfortable, quiet, medium-sized. Everything you need in the room is there. The condition is good, everything is new. Very pleased with breakfast. Good choice, fresh and delicious foods. In general, you can safely stay in this hotel. You won't be disappointed.

Good service and friendly staff. The standard of the hotel is okay. Just okay, nothing special. Around the hallways and elevator etc you can see it hasn't been cleaned in a while, but it is not generally dirty. If you are staying more than two nights I cannot recommend the smallest rooms, as they do not even have a closet for you to hang your clothes. Nor are there refrigerators in the rooms (this also applies to 'superior rooms). In the superior room you get a small closet for your clothes. The restaurant was surprisingly good (both the burger and the steak), and the breakfast was decent. In my pictures you can see the difference between smallest room and superior. The bathrooms were identical.

Very good Business hotel. Excellent location — lots of eateries nearby. Copenhagen Central train station is just 3 min walk. Has lot of rooms too so availability is never a concern. Lastly, breakfast hours are longer than usual so gives you flexibility on weekends.

Near the train station, spectacular breakfasts, clean and spacious rooms, the only downside that the Nordic was individual and when you moved you uncovered a little.

Stayed at this hotel for four nights, very friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The smallest room provided a comfortable double bed, a television, a decent bathroom and plenty of electricity sockets. Breakfast was excellent, a broad variety of food and drinks where provided. Rented bikes one day from the hotel, nice city bikes, ideal to discover the city of Copenhagen. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Nice hotel, room correct but cleaning leaves a desire with odor in the siphons.

Beds are a little bit hard, but the service is awesome. There's a bar at the first floor what' is nice. I do not like the bathtub showers give me a real shower. Also ask for separate beds if needed. Breakfast is good.

The hotel is central, with polite, good staff and varied buffet breakfast. The only flaw is the non-functioning of TV and Phon and the unloading of the sink malfunction.

Good hotel in a decent location. The staff are friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi was great as travelling on business. However rooms could be a little bit cleaner. All in all a reasonable stay.

Convenient location around Copenhagen, close to train and shopping. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side (and by proxy, the bathrooms). Overall not too had thought, for the price.

The hotel was recently renovated. All the public space and rooms have a new look. I think it's a big improvement, even though they forgot to do the bathrooms. Location is very nice. Close to the train station and in a neighborhood with plenty of bars and restaurants. Staff is young and friendly. The breakfast buffet is very good, but also very busy. Be in time to get a table!

One of the best location in CPH. Close to central station. This hotel has nice lounge. But room amenities were insufficient. Very clean but interior design should b improved. Stuffs are friendly and brk fast was good.

It's a pretty standard hotel — coming from an American. The tub in the bathroom is a little narrow and the shower curtain is just a pane of glass that only covers the front half so water splashes out pretty easily. The location is great though.

Quite central Hotel, well connected by public transport and a few steps from Central Station. The rooms are a bit small (I booked the standard, but there were also small ones), but clean and very nice. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Excellent hotel. Well located at 5mins walk from the Central Station. Rooms are clean and although fairly basic, have everything you need. Staff are polite and helpful and the breakfast is superb!

Nice service, good location.

My room was very impractical. It was small, yes, but the main problem was there was absolutely no storage. None. I had no wardrobe and no drawers and nowhere to hang my clothes. And no iron to get out the suitcase crinkles. And no kettle or coffee machine. And no desk. And no bathmat for the bathroom. And no hair conditioner. You get the picture. It was beyond bare. This would have been fine for one night, but I was here all week on a business trip. If you are going to be here for more than one night, make sure to request a larger room as they do have them. The breakfast, however, was good and the lobby was nice (albeit a bit too lively on Friday evening and full of drunk old men). My bed was also very comfortable. And it is conveniently located.

First we got a room that almost made me cry. Then we got a super awesome room.
