Nice hotel close to the railway station n many restaurants.

Due to Corona everything was closed😢😢😢

It's ok. Small room and doublebed for married men, used to Superking. Only 2 nights and had to take the ironing board out of the small wardrobe to give hanging space. Small ensuite. Much more room and space on the Queen Mary 2… Finding Denmark expensive compared to Cardiff.

I booked 3 nights at First Hotel Mayfair recently. After the first night I informed Enric the Front Desk Manager that our bedroom for 2 was inadequate. I was most impressed by the way in which he attended to my complaint immediately, his manner was very efficient and courteous and our problem was resolved in no time. Would definitely stay at this hotel again if in Copenhagen and recommend this hotel to others thanks to Enric. By the way, the breakfast each morning was excellent and the staff were very attentive. The rooms are neat and clean very small that’s still ok but no aircon lovely windows that we can’t dare to open the noice is terrible and our room is above the pub! Sure we could have done better at any other hotel for the price.

Room totally different than pictures. Said twin bed but had single bed. Staff show only arrogant attitude and said I order single room. Room smell of old cat. Paid 200$ and you can find much nicer hotels in Copenhagen for that price. Tivoli Hotel is a much better choice. Will never recommend or stay here again. What a dump.

Great location accessible from train station direct from airport. Lots of eating places nearby friendly staff great on site restaurant and bar. Lovely varied breakfast products well worth a stay for the money.

Stayed 4 nights here in a suite. Room was amazing the extra space allowed us to relax more.
the staf were all very helpful and the breakfast was brilliant
my only slight issue was tea/coffee/Milk for my parents room wasnt replaced.
this seems pretty standard.
however the hotel itself is a gret location, central and accessed easily by trains and busses.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Breakfast is included and it's a great one in deed. The hotel has a gym some inner sofa area and a Nespresso coffee machine (extra charge — 20dkk). Location is very central.

The hotel location is excellent. Just 2-3 min walking distance from the central station. All the attractions are also nearby. The rooms were clean and comfy. The single room of mine was not that spacious though but ok for a single person. The bathroom was a bit small and had to struggle for space. The breakfast was also very and delicious. Highly recommended.

This hotel is in a great location. Two blocks from central train station and easy walking to most attractions. The hotel had a great breakfast. Our room was good and not to small. Staff were excellent.

Excellent room. Decor is a bit dated and truth be told… Ugly! But the bed was comfy, the bathroom modern with great bath products, the snack bar was great and you cant beat the location.

Terrible experience minuscule room, even smaller bathroom, suffocating atmosphere, all round a totally dreadful experience well at the beginning anyway then however… with the help of the truly friendly, helpful and professional staff everything changed to a totally awesome experience. Highly recommendable so much so we stayed two more nights! In a word or two enjoy it!
PS If your not happy with your accommodation try talking to the staff things can only improve try it!

Ideally situated just a 10 minute walk from the main train station. Check-in was done quickly and efficiently. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Expecting it to be small we were pleasantly surprised by its size. The staff were very helpful. Yes, there is a 'Club' across the road but we heard no noise from it all. I would unhesitatingly recommend this hotel to any overseas travellers. Graeme G, Whangarei, New Zealand.

Small rooms, small bed, no ventilation, no a/c, no fan. Windows open but no breeze comes through. Bathroom is bigger then most European hotels, but no shelf to put anything on by sink or in shower. Cafe below our window may be noisy tonight but if I close the windows it will be extremely warm.

Good location but the I had to upgrade my room as it was just incredibly compact and useless. The Suite was nice but but the way the Hotel is designed makes for a very public experience, there is no way to have any privacy other than closing the blinds which isn't ideal. Great breakfast (10/10) Also, there's a strip club right in front of the Hotel which doesn't help if you bring kids.

Nice hotel with charm, centrally located, clean rooms and attentive service. The rooms are quite small but nicely decorated. The bathroom is tiny. A mini bar is not available in the room, and there is also a kettle for morning coffee. All in all, I don't have to stay there again.

Mayfair Hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Blackpool, 500 yards from the Blackpool Winter Gardens Theatre. Featuring a terrace, this property is within walking distance of Winter Gardens Conference Centre, Coral Island and Blackpool Tower. The bed and breakfast has a shared lounge.

Hotel 5 minutes from Tivoli Park and Central Station. The rooms are clean and the staff always friendly and helpful. Our room, unfortunately, was a bit cold! We said if it was possible to increase the temperature but it was not possible and in the end they provided additional blankets. The breakfast is spectacular! Everything delicious and abundant and ranged from sweet to salty.

Booked the room for me and my son traveling through Northern European. Room was small but clean and efficient a little like a nice youth hostel. The breakfast buffet has something for everyone and was excellent. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Definitely rent the bikes to see the city. You can’t beat the great price for the room and quality of the breakfast. Not a fancy 5 star hotel but clean, friendly and good food so what more can you ask for at this price! The hotel lobby looks good and you are greeted by welcoming helpful staff. Unfortunately then you get to the room, which looks a lot more run down than the photos on Expedia would have you believe. There was old furnishings and aging wallpaper and chipped wood work. There was a new looking bed which was comfy enough and the bathroom looks like it might have had some upgrades and was clean and functional. The saving grace was the attached sports bar. This had an excellent breakfast buffet that set you up for the morning, it also is not like a round sports bar in the evening, making it a good place to relax with a drink to keep you out of the room and maybe catch a general of football.

This hotel was very close to the Central train Station which made getting to and from the airport and around Copenhagen very easy. The hotel and rooms were very clean and welcoming. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious with many options!

I have a bit of mixed feelings about this hotel. Location is very close to the central train station, just about 5 minutes of walking distance. However, it is pretty near or should I say almost within the red light district. For instance, there is a club just opposite the hotel. Plus point is, Tivoli is just around the corner, and there are some restaurants nearby too. Room: we loved the bed. It is one of the best bed so far as we have travelled to many places. We slept really well through the night and that is not because of the long walk during the day. Room size were a tad bit smaller, no jug kettle and coffee provide. All we got were two plastic cups and some toiletries. Service: room service was ok, but one day we put a Do Not Disturb card on the door before we went out but they came in to clean anyway. That was a bit weird, but everything was intact though, just weird. Breakfast: the selection was plenty and the danish pastries were divine. It could be better if the staffs were friendlier. Check-in: friendly and speedy check in process, very helpful especially when we arrived really late at night. Some check in staffs were quite "cold" though, but maybe it's due to them having to work on the Christmas day. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others for their close proximity to many places and the convenience of staying around the several grocery store and 7-11.

Very clean and comfortable bed Our room was a little small for 2. Service was great, stored our bags for us all day after check out and were very helpful when we arrived late on Friday night. Great breakfast although the hot food was only warm. I have no doubt that if we had asked, this would have been sorted with a smile. Also it has what is described as "the best strip club in Copenhagen" right opposite. You can decide for yourself if you feel that is a positive or negative.

Rooms were nicely designed and laid out. The bed was fairly comfortable. The customer service at the check in desk was nice, and the rooms had good noise insulation. There was some room for improvement though, there was a leak in the bathroom sink's drain, causing a sulphuric, sewage-like smell. I've stayed here before and this wasn't a problem, but it seems like they're having some plumbing issues come up. Perhaps the crew who did the recent renovation here was shoddy, whatever the case they should really fix this.

Stayed here for 3 days. The location of the hotel is very good. The train station and the Tivoli are just 5 minutes on foot. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very large. The box-spring beds are super cozy, you can sleep very well in it. The choice at breakfast is huge, there is really something for everyone. A great hotel that we will definitely book again.

Was in mid August 2017 for one night there. For a 4 star hotel was my room, and generally the hallways, very cramped and small. So the bathroom was so small that I had to turn the Duschtüre inwards to go to the bathroom. However, the room and bathroom seemed very clean!
The bed was very soft but slept well. View was on the courtyard, respectively. Who does not draw the curtains is in the spotlight, which is also true for a self.
However, the breakfast buffet was super tasty and well covered with different dishes. Nice to see are also the many photos related to the sports around Boston.
Despite the rather tight conditions, the hotel is nicely decorated and even has a gym which was even available for free.
The central location will probably justify the price despite its size.

Beautiful rooms, definitely worth it for its price. Breakfast is great as well. And I must recommend their shaving kit, best cream I've ever used. Shower is spacy and has a handy soap dispenser. If you need anything, there's a handy door hanger on which you can check what you need fixed. Staff is helpful, friendly and professional. In the standard room there is no safe or minibar, though.

Rather well placed next to the central station. Cosie room with a mattress a little too soft for my liking. Excellent Breakfast. Charming and helpful person, non-francophone.

I am glad I ignored some of the negative reviews about this hotel. My two night stay here has been very pleasant. The location is super convenient, many attractions and Central train station easy to walk or bike to. The receptionists were all very nice and helpful. My single room was comfortable and included a nice desk and chair, iron and ironing board, contemporary European bathroom and hallway closet. Everything was very clean including the hotel carpeting. While there is one strip club across the street, the rest of the street is mostly lined with other hotels and some restaurants. Not a bad neighborhood whatsoever, I would stay here again!

This was an ok hotel! Fresh and clean rooms, breakfast was good. A bit sketchy area though.

Location close to downtown but in the Rono neighborhood so you are surrounded by strip club. The beds were fine but the room was small and uncomfortable. The bathroom even smaller and with regular maintenance. No heating/air conditioning unless you pick up top. Decent breakfast. Nothing remarkable.

I stayed 3 days at the first hotel Mayfair and kept quite well the breakfast is great and super plentiful the only flaw is that no one can speak Italian.

Only stayed at two hotels in Copenhagen, but this was by far the worse deal. Carpets were so thin it felt like you were walking on pavement in the rooms. The bathroom/shower soap dispensers were so bad it felt like they were aiming at saving on soap — so unpack your travel kit here. No coffee or tea but a fair sized waiting area downstairs. Inadequate bag storage, but they accommodate extra bags in a locked conference room. They also do the whole separated sheet, sleeping bag thing — which I can't really fault them or any other place for, but it would be nice to provide an option when booking your room for a single sheet to cover the whole bed. Avoid if you can. I tried to avoid the place myself but it appeared to be my best remaining option when I booked. Across the street from a strip club, but doesn't feel like a seedy area. I had no problem with noise, but it might have been because of my location.

The rooms were lovely, as was breakfast and dinner. Sadly some people were smoking near us outside but that's not really the hotels fault. We hired bikes from them and had a lovely time cycling around Copenhagen. All around a great experience.

Tiny rooms. No closet, no mini bar no space. Yet iron and iron board! … Νο thin curtains. Dark colours. Shower space for slim guests only! Luxurious salons nice armchairs. Too expensive. Good location. Good breakfast. At least cheap food in the neighbourhood.

DO NOT STAY HERE! NIGHTMARE HOTEL! I spend $2000 to stay here for 7 nights. It is a nightmare. The neighbourhood is loud and busy, with strip clubs and traffic at night and construction starting at 6 am. All would be manageable but there is no AC so your options are to close the windows and swelter or leave them open and not sleep due to noise. Some staff have been helpful but others have been incredibly rude. Theses some sort of hostel across the street. For the past three nights an idiot across the street has been hanging out his window with a bull horn. Now a group of kids is hanging out the window yelling. I complained to hotel and the incredibly condescending front desk guy told me he couldn't control what others do. Here's a thought — move me to another room. He wouldn't. As this went on a woman was robbed in front of the hotel doors. He was equally unfazed and unhelpful to her. Save yourself the grief and stay anywhere else!

The bathroom door should be oiled because it squeaks ;-)
And some of the room doors at second floor you can only close with a second very strong tug. Køpenhagen is a wonderful city. I will be back.

Very good hotel, perfect reception, luggage service and bathroom in the room. Clean and well soundproofed! Don't hesitate, just a few steps from the train station and close to the city centre.

Fabulous location, very clean hotel with bike rental service at 150 kroons per day. The rooms are small and the one that happened to me was very dark.

There is no free breakfast. At least that's what we experienced. Our room was tiny and pretty expensive but central. The hotel is basic clean and functional. It is quaint and the staff are friendly. Free Wi-Fi is a bonus. There is a nice gym and if your booking included breakfast there is a small cafe on site. Centrally located its a short walk to Copenhagens heart. Don't expect big rooms this is not a cheap city and rooms are tiny. There was no bar fridge so we could not chill our drinks. Beds were soft and sheets clean and comfy. Pillow wise they give you a very tiny pillow! Our hotel room overlooked a brothel on the other side of the road ;0) lol. Double glazing of windows eliminates all road and city noise.

Excellent location, rooms had everything we needed. Rooms were a bit noisy, could here people walking around upstairs and TV next door. But otherwise, exactly what we wanted.

My first time to Denmark. This is a cozy place and very convenient in the downtown, however the room is quite small.

A decent hotel with a good location near the central train station. Rooms are small but good overall, and so is the breakfast. Now, if you're planning to come here with kids I would look for something else because in front of this hotel is one of the most popular strip clubs in town, which canbe awkward with kids. Also, avoid the southern streets to the hotel, especially at dark, as the crowd there can be unpleasant, as well as having a hige sex store which has huge windows, not for kids.

Rooms are too small to be usable. Also bathroom is laid out in the most useless fashion imaginable… I am having to keep my toiletries out on the desk in the room and walk back and forth to wash my face, brush my teeth, shave, etc… Icing on the cake? They don't even give you a modern iron with a steam feature… So about half my items I either can't wear, or will need to send out. Total thumbs down, I would never stay here or at any of the First Hotels based on this experience.

Located right on the edge of the town centre. Quiet rooms. Good transport links.

The room, despite being superior, was very small and the bathroom tiny. The buffet breakfast very good, dinner was light. We had problems with the bond that we were charged, booking we had to solve the last problem a few days of having left the hotel. If I were to return to Copenhagen I think that it would look for another hotel.

Cozy hotel in the center of CPH. Serving complementary mini dinner for free with some warm meals and beverages for additional fee.

Friendly, nice food and room — roomservice. If ever go back to Copenhagen, this will be the place.
