Fantastic central location. Nice staff and good food for breakfast. Lots if places nearby to eat. Tivoli 2 Streets away.

This place is located at a convenient place, (Central station is a 2 minute walk from here) but the good things come to an end there. This place's free breakfast is disgusting, this place has no air conditioning, and I had a tough time sleeping here. The location is the only good thing that prevented me from giving this place a one star.

Room 437 was really very nice with a beautifully renovated and new bathroom. This was an upgrade from another quite small room. The staff were very friendly. A nice touch was a kids section at breakfast. Breakfast was the full spread including waffles and pancakes. Only minus I can think of was that the coffee appeared to be instant.

Lovely place, friendly staff and compact well laid out room. All that was missing was a bar but that's just what I'm used to. Breakfast was very good with a fine selection of fresh and cooked. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was only my second experience with a Best Western Hotel. The first was in Seattle and it was not that great. This hotel in Copenhagen really changed my mind about this hotel chain in a good way. Myself and 3 other traveling companions stayed there after our Scandinavian Cruise. It was a very nice place tucked away off a main street. It was beautiful, quiet and nicely appointed. They even had a lovely courtyard right off the lobby which offered a nice place to visit and have a drink. The staff was very helpful including the front desk staff who offered very great suggestions on sightseeing and food. Their continental breakfast was on par with any of their competition and the food selections were excellent. I only wish we had stayed more than one day. We were within walking distance to everything we wanted to do including the Tivoli Gardens and the old town. I will stay there again if I am ever in Copenhagen!

A really great hotel in the heart of copenhagen. The area is buzzing with restaurants, theaters and so on but still this hotel is quiet. The staff at reception is super friendly and genuinely interested in making a warm impression and creating a warm atmosphere. We brought our dog without any problems, he was very welcome. Staff catered for bowls for water and food. Rooms are rather spacious and bathrooms modern and really nice. Not very sound proof towards the hall way but it didn't disturb us. Breakfast is rich and has everything you expect. I stay a lot at hotels in Scandinavia — and for me staff friendliness is key on top of hygiene factors such as cleanliness, internet and good bed etc. Hebron has it all in place and gives great value for money at this location. I will surely come again.

Good location. The rooms are small but adequate. Bed with motor. There is a kettle. Do not provide drinking water bottles.

Pleasant stay at an affordable hotel. Took a single room for a few nights. Single bed was big enough for me, but definitely don't count on it being big enough for two. Cupboard was a touch musty, room safe a bit small. That said, multiple compartments in the cupboard helps with organising personal effects. The toilet, however, is something else entirely — very modern, bright and roomy. No bathtub — who has time for those things anyway — which helps create a spacious shower area. A joy to come back to a nice warm shower after a day in the cold. The hotel breakfast is tasty, one of the better ones I've had. Standard Continental fare, plus some Scandinavian touches like flat bread and smoked fish. Enough to fill up hungry travelers for a day of exploring. Speaking of which, the hotel offers bicycles for rental — do take advantage of that. Copenhagen is very bicycle friendly. Never cycled in a city before — but Copenhagen makes it easy to get around that way. Do note that some of the hotel cycles — if not all — come equipped with coaster brakes, meaning that pedaling backwards will activate the rear brakes and cause you to slow down. All in, a very decent place for a few nights' stay. Well worth the price, and there's plenty of great food and drink in the area — Mikkeller viktoriagarde is a short walk away, as is the meatpacking district, which is chock full of great eateries, and the Warpigs brewpub (yes I'm a mikkeller fanboy).

Good hotel very close to Copenhagen station and a stone's throw from the center. Clean and spacious rooms Clean but very small bathroom; Great breakfast though expensive. A very positive quality/price ratio.

Really great location just a couple blocks from the central station. Room is decent size, clean and quiet. We had no problem with noise despite facing the street. The breakfast was good and comprised of high quality breads, meats and cheese selection plus the more standard American fare.

Great location. Staff very helpful. Breakfast is a good mix of American and European. Clean rooms. And I love the heated floors in the bathroom. No complaints.

I slept in a very noisy room in front of a back door of the kitchen. Starting from six o clock in the morning you can hear people working in the. Hotel going through that door. Footsteps, and opening and closing the door. If you go in that hotel avoid room numbers fron 016 to 024.

Great location, calm surroundings, 5-10 min walk to restaurants, 5 min walk to Copenhagen Central Station, reasonable breakfast, clean spacious room with modern, bright bathroom (regardless of room's decor being quaint and calm)

A tiny, but cozy hotel. The rooms are rather small and lack space for sitting. During my visit the lounge was under reconstruction but I believe it might bring some more cozyness when that is complete. The personell was kind and very helpfull with directions and service. The restaurant only served breakfast, but there were many options nearby like kfc, mcdonalds, starbucks and many proper restaurants close to the hotel. I would recommend the hotel to smaller families and alone travelers as the rooms are not the biggest. If you choose to visit I recommend visiting the frk. Barners kælder or jenses bøfhus; their steaks are wonderful and the waiters were fast and very helpful. I would also recommend taking a stroll through "strøget" which is a long street which has many shops and big-brand stores like Gucci, Prada, Rolex and many more.

The stars are solely for the location, since it is great but the room has paper thin walls! And I'm not exaggerating. I've been to several hotels that I could hear someone walking, or sometimes the TV and I understand it can happen. But I could hear this person's pee on the other room and just about everything they did and it was VERY uncomfortable. For that reason alone, and I'm really not that picky, I would not recommend this hotel.

Clean, new, neat. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, 3 min walk from the train station and 10 from the pedestrian area. Great!

Decent place to stay at Central Copenhagen. Most of tourist places are nearby. Nice and healthy breakfast :)

Beautiful court yard, great breakfast buffet but no Bell boy with stairs to room that stores luggage for early arrivals. But fabulous location. Central and close to Tivoli and main train station.

Excellent location and size of rooms but was let down by housekeeping as had to ask at reception for replacement toiletries/tea/mugs each day.

Good location for visiting the historic and personal centre.
The hotel does not stand out for its services and spaces; The room was old, with still the signs on the ceiling of the two previous chandeliers that had been replaced, in the bathroom the accessories were dangerous, the carpet saw better times.
At the reception the employees are not even the head when you enter the hotel, and the greeting is an option.
Simple but complete breakfast; There the staff is nicer and more helpful…

Nice and friendly personell, my single room was tiny and had a weird carpet. But it was clean and the bed was ok. Breakfast was nice with a selection of bread, cereal and English breakfast. The central location was very nice.

Good value, extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel allowed us to park our motorcycles in the courtyard, which meant bringing them through the hotel lobby (see photo). Not a problem! We felt happy our transport was safe and sound. Hebron is close to the red light district, but in a fun lively part of town. Really good breakfast too. Highly Recommended!

The location is great. The breakfast was great too. I think my spirits were damped by the weather and the receptionist who received us made it worse. She made it look like we were a bother, talking to us while her face was glued on the computer. No smile or even a pretend welcome smile to show that she was dealing with human beings. On one occasion, I asked her to show me where the hotel is on the map, she took a pen, marked the position on the map and went straight back to her computer without saying a word. So many unpleasant and unspoken words I could have put in her mouth. However, the receptionists on duty the following days were really nice and helpful. The cleaning staff and dining staff were excellent — really great human beings.

Great central location near to Central Station, Tivoli and much more. Quiet street, simple rooms but adequately comfortable. Good Wi-Fi throughout hotel and full range local style breakfast included in price of our stay. Very enjoyable stay on a budget.

Centrally located, well maintained House. The building is no longer the youngest, but tastefully decorated and very clean. The rooms are rather small and the shower is rather unusual. The locus is located more or less in the shower compartment :-) This is somewhat strange, but not disturbing. Can recommend the House without restriction.

The hotel was clean, the breakfast is good and the location in the
Downtown is also satisfactory.
The TV picture was poor and there was only a German
TV program.
The bathroom had no shower Cup but only a water-
drain in the floor, so that after the shower 80% of the
Bath under water was — also the toilet area.
In the ventilation shaft was the fan — if ever one was present — defective, so that of always a little musty
Roch.
The ceiling in the bathroom was without cover, so that
seeing the naked bulb was.
