Excellent customer service! They really care! I had a problem with the shower head in my room & I got a free upgrade. Nice, quiet and cozy.

The staff people here is very nice and friendly. Their rooms are clean and is a pretty calm and relaxed environment. If you want to rest this is the perfect place.

I had a really great time at Oasis Hostel in Cali! The atmosphere is super relaxed while still being very social – it’s easy to meet other travelers without it feeling too party-heavy.

Great stay at Oasis! Arrived after a 28 hour bus and Ella was wonderful on our arrival. Had an amazing salsa class with Carlos! also Ane was so helpful & Camilo was a great bartender!

Great value. Sandra is the kindest and most helpful — when you stay here you will surely have everything you need.

Very nice hostel in a charming and safe neighborhood, with plenty of bars and restaurants.

I stayed at the Pelican Larry Hostel during the Petronio Festival, and it was amazing! ☺️ perfect location close to the action but still quiet when needed.

The hostal's owner was very accommodating showing us around the local area and giving us tips for navigating the city. The rooftop bar and restaurant was a perfect space after a long day of walking.

This is a very nice and affordable place to stay while enjoying Cali — nice rooftop and free salsa classes available every day.

Overall a good hostel. Clean and good location.

An excellent place to arrive. You can rest peacefully and enjoy the different tourist sites in Cali and its surroundings.

Had a fabulous studio room on the first floor, with a kitchenette that we used. Great facilities, delicious restaurant downstairs, filleted water, and lots of interesting details throughout the place.

I stayed with a friend and we were lucky enough that we didn't have to share our 4 beds bunk room with no one else. The Venezuelan guy at the desk is awesome, very friendly, funny and helpful.

It's incredibly staying here:) Lovely staff and good beds. For those saying it's too loud are just boring people anyways so if you're a boring person just stay away (also not even loud in the rooms.

This is by far the best hostel in Cali with perfect location if you like dancing! Helena is treating her guests like family and I felt so at home during my stay.

Helena Hostel is the best you can find in Cali, it's new, clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, close to the Loma De La Cruz park and to the salsa Club Topa Tolondra.
