Excellent customer service! They really care! I had a problem with the shower head in my room & I got a free upgrade. Nice, quiet and cozy.

The staff people here is very nice and friendly. Their rooms are clean and is a pretty calm and relaxed environment. If you want to rest this is the perfect place.

I stayed in the highest grade room at the Viajero Hostel, up the metal spiral staircase. Truly excellent room. Very clean. Lots of hot water.

I had a really great time at Oasis Hostel in Cali! The atmosphere is super relaxed while still being very social – it’s easy to meet other travelers without it feeling too party-heavy.

Great stay at Oasis! Arrived after a 28 hour bus and Ella was wonderful on our arrival. Had an amazing salsa class with Carlos! also Ane was so helpful & Camilo was a great bartender!

Great value. Sandra is the kindest and most helpful — when you stay here you will surely have everything you need.

The hostal's owner was very accommodating showing us around the local area and giving us tips for navigating the city. The rooftop bar and restaurant was a perfect space after a long day of walking.

This is a very nice and affordable place to stay while enjoying Cali — nice rooftop and free salsa classes available every day.

Really nice vibe and atmosphere, easy to meet other travellers and Julia which was one of the volunteers from France was very nice and super helpful!

I stayed at the Pelican Larry Hostel during the Petronio Festival, and it was amazing! ☺️ perfect location close to the action but still quiet when needed.

Friendly and welcoming, with a lovely team and great style. Great location while still remaining quite quiet. And the food is great too!

Had a fabulous studio room on the first floor, with a kitchenette that we used. Great facilities, delicious restaurant downstairs, filleted water, and lots of interesting details throughout the place.

I stayed with a friend and we were lucky enough that we didn't have to share our 4 beds bunk room with no one else. The Venezuelan guy at the desk is awesome, very friendly, funny and helpful.

Everything, such a good value for money. Owners and workers so helpful and kind, had also some private salsa classes there and Stiiven was amazing.

We spent one night at Les Balcons Hostel but our stay could have been much longer.

A very nice hostal. Very friendly and helpful owner. Very clean. The room is good size. Nice terasse. You can use the kitchen.
Even though it is next to a main road it is quiet at night.

Had a great experience staying here for the Feria de Cali. Had a private room with 2 double beds for extremely good value, each bed had a fan and plugs sockets.

Pretty good place located in one of the coolest neighborhoods in Cali.
