Perth CBD Hotels

Olde world charm. Central location. Nice little caring touches by the Anne.
Quiet and peaceful. Close to free public transport. Home away from home.

We enjoyed our stay, the experience was amazing. The space is brilliant to explore and the apartment was open to the outside of the building. Views were great and good bathroom.

The Stirling Arms generously donated their function space for our school P&A quiz night. We are so thankful! A great space, delicious food and a friendly and well organised team.

We hosted our son’s first birthday in the Percy playground and it was absolutely amazing.

Stayed here overnight prior to my next flight. Staff were very friendly and professional. Phone calls.
Were answered promptly. The room was clean, tidy and spacious.

Stayed a Friday night in June after arriving from NZ. Room was very cleverly designed like you would find in Japan or Scandinavia.

Just stayed 4 nights what a beautiful spot lovely relaxing great position excellent position very welcoming thanks Shelley will return loved the dogs and awesome surrounds thanks.

A wonderful, relaxing surprise. Quiet little gem with open verandah where you may enjoy your breakfast, the local birdlife or “the scerenity”.

Best hostel in Perth! Everyone is really welcoming and the facilities are very nice and clean. They have an amazing outside area with a pool. Good vibes!

I loved this place. It feels home even though I am miles away from mine.
Ollie is the best manager you will ever find in a hostel!

Very Beautiful Balcony View and Good Room Service.
I love my hotel room service which I had request for one latex pillow and one boomerang pillow and also one bowl for my instant noodles.

We recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Perth and had a really enjoyable experience.

The moment we walked in to our room we were very surprised. It seemed totally upgraded from the last time we stayed here. Everything was clean and tidy and we had a nice view of the chapel.

I was in Mecure Perth On Hay for 10 days. Staying at the hotel give me a feel of convenience for access of public transport to everywhere. The room is cleaned and the bed is comfortable.

A huge thank you to the team at the Hougoumont! I realized I had lost my iPad two days after checking out in Dec 2025.

The perfect location for exploring Freo.
We were upgraded to a room with a balcony, which was nice.
The rooms were clean and tidy and the staff were helpful.

Really good property. My room 211 was a bit dated in parts but it is still a modern hotel.

Hotel in great location. Easy walk to many food and bar options and walk to attractions such as the beach and Fremantle Markets.

Wow, this hostel honestly made my entire time in perth. I will for sure be telling all my friends back home to stay here!

I had the chance to try almost all the hostels in Fremantle during my stay, but this one is definitely the best.

We went for a late lunch on Mother’s Day, my daughter has a lot of allergies. After ordering on the app someone came to check what the person with allergies had ordered.

Ordered the chicken schnitzel and it was incredible… perfectly cooked, crispy, and actually held up on delivery (which is rare).

Exceptional accommodation. This lovely studio apartment is immaculately clean, has absolutely everything you need (including washing powder, pegs, clothes airer, plenty of toilet rolls and more).

Just landed back home this morning after a rather lovely stay here in Malibu Apartments.

This motel was tucked away on a busy hwy, with bus stop nearby.
No charge for parking, areas for smoking, friendly team.
Comfortable bed & pillows, mini kitchen area, fridge, table with 2 chairs.

Couldn't fault this place. Convenient to everywhere with nice rooms and very comfortable bed. 5 🌟 stars.

Better location and more closer to UWA. Clean rooms. Breakfast is served to the room and not much of variety.

Good if you want to go to UWA and enjoy a quiet night. Working facilities for a long term stay, you can cook easily. Huge wardrobe. Helpful staffs. Clean.

Had such a great time at the bottomless brunch on Saturday 23rd May at The Terrace Hotel restaurant 🍾✨
The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely hospitable from start to finish.

Great central location on St Georges Terrace with charming heritage style. Rooms are comfortable and clean, and the bar/restaurant has a nice relaxed atmosphere.

This is a giant hotel in downtown Perth; we stayed here two nights in July 2024, a suite connected to a room with two twins.

Was an excellent place to stay for my mates wedding, can say though the bathrooms are kinda a bit much in white, the QT's Black tiled bathrooms are by far superior.
4 ⭐️'s easy overall.

Spent five nights here, after crossing the Nullarbor, and free-camping in our car (saving our money to pay for this stay). What luxury!

The quality for the price is amazing. The rooms are spacious, big kitchen, big bed and even big terrasse and living room. The service was lovely.
But the Wi-Fi was non existent, it was a desaster.

This hotel is in a very central location — right next to the bus station and also right downtown — no car needed. The room had everything we needed to make our own meals and the staff were helpful.

Spacious apartment with a full kitchen, air‑con, fridge and washing machine. The bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent, just a short walk from Elizabeth Quay Station.

What a wonderful experience, Theresa the host is such a lovely friendly person, you couldn't ask for a better host. Room is large with comfy double bed.
Highly recommend 👌

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had a wonderful stay at Palms Bed & Breakfast! The staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home.

I spent a lovely 3 nights there. Good location near lake monger and walking distance to subiaco and leederville centers with good food options.

Stayed a night and loved it. Slept like a baby on the comfy bed, enjoyed the complimentary breaky and had it on the veranda, looking at the beautiful garden. What a piece of heaven.

Nice outdoor seating with QR code to scan, order and pay first before food is served.

One of the best venues I’ve to in my life. Service is above and beyond and staff make you feel very welcome.

Stayed here for a couple nights and we were very happy! They were very kind and give us a room upgrade, booked for 1 room and they upgraded us to 2 rooms apartment. It was very spacious unit.

It was a great stay. The staff was very cordial. Only one gripe. After reaching the location, there was no way to figure out where is the entrance and the hotel itself.

Love this place. Could live there. Great friendly staff. Huge rooms. Quiet. Small gym. Lukewarm Jacuzzi. Laundry in the room. Full kitchen.

Great service, friendly staff who went out of their way to help. Airport shuttle was convenient and simple. The lift to the level 2 apartment was small but served the purpose.

Had a fantastic stay. Staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating.
Room was lovely and clean. Full size fridge, and toiletries a supplied.
Kitchen pots and pans need to be upgraded.

Always stay at this place on my way to the mine up north. Room is a bit dated but roomy and clean. The hotel also offers airport shuttle pick up and drop off, very convenience!

The room is well equipped with everything you need. It's spacious for 3 people. It's clean. There is a fresh coffee available 24hrs.

We stayed at the Peninsula Riverside and had the Grand Riverside suite and it was absolutely stunning.
The room was HUGE with a separate kitchen and bathroom and open plan lounge/ diner.
