Love this place for the bar and food. Rooms are fine and the staff are friendly and helpful. The food is the winner though. Eat in the hotel resturaunt or the Irish Bar attached and you will not be disappointed. It's all coming from the same kitchen so you are choosing the ambiance. Live music at the weekends in the Irish Bar. Really worth a visit.

Location East Perth. A little out of the city. Takes about 15 minutes to walk to the shops. Convenience store across Adelaide Terrace. Coffe shops and cafes nearby. Two dinner options are downstairs. Not too loud facing Adelaide Terrace. Rooms Standard king size room is what you'd expect. The room itself isn't too dated but the bathrooms could do with a bit of a refresh. Service Staff seem friendly. I was given a free drink card when I arrived. Daily room service is of a good standard. Options for in room dining. A room with a view over the river would be nice. Gym on the 12th floor provides really nice views.

I received the most amazing customer service experience staying at the Novotel on the weekend. Ly on the front desk went over and above welcoming us with a room upgrade, greeting us in the foyer when we returned from our night out and leaving a lovely bottle of wine and cheese board in our room as a surprise with a lovely card. Well done Ly and the Novotel.

The gentleman who checked me in was excellent and sadly that's as good as it got. Bathroom was small and awkward in need of a total renovation, door handle jammed, toilet roll holder was loose and the bin liner was so small and tight it blocked rubbish going into it. The curtain cheers were torn and very dusty. Overall feel was tired with poor attention to detail. The biggest disappointment was the pitting bed mattress which was very uncomfortable. I've stayed in other Novotel places comfortably without disappointment. I only paid $149 per night plus a daily parking fee so it's cheap. All the staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. I wouldn't recommend staying in this particular Novotel.

This place neede a refurb five years ago — still hasn't happened. The f&b staff are good. The room (king room) was clean but odd. Why would you have three pillows on a bed for 2? The complimentary single bottle of water was weird. It is their policy apparently.

Very nice hotel in a very good location. Close to the city center. The restaurant on the ground floor is one of the best foods I’ve had in a while. Truly amazing! Apparently, it’s an award winning restaurant as well. Looking forward to come back.

Reasonable although older style with a few rough edges. Loyalty members well recognised. There are newer options in Perth however that will provide a more well rounded stay. Nothing terrible or nothing outstanding, a solid midrange options.

Nice staff attitude and friendliness. Has a decent gym unlike many, and it is on the troop floor with great views. Lots of character in the Irish pub on the ground floor.

The best place I have ever been to for a buffet breakfast. The variety, taste and presentation was remarkable. All staff are always pleasant and welcoming.

Stayed here for an afl game. Was nice room. Hotel reception staff were a bit low of current local knowledge. I had to find out the best way to optus stadium myself after getting incorrect information from them… breakfast was really nice. Overall a really nice stay.

Disappointed with hotel restaurant poor service wait staff forgot to take my order then did not apologize, walked past me 10 times and never acknowledged. Took 45mins to take my order and hour to get my drink. The opposite with their breakfast team who were attentive on the ball, but it was hard to win me back.

Great big rooms that were very clean. Awesome staff as well. Little bit of a walk from the city centre but it's a nice walk through the Supreme Court Gardens to the new Elizabeth Quay.

Novotel Langley is one of the best places to visit and enjoy the best cuisine in town with Fenians Bar and the best restaurants in Perth. You can also enjoy the spa on top of the hotel and view the river views from the balcony, and also with the friendly staff.

Located just 10 km from Perth Airport This Novotel is a short walk from city hall, restaurants and cafes. Especially on the edge of a walk on the edge of water and the lights are beautiful at night.

The best in the west. Great ser vice with quick check in and out. Very spacious and well appointed room. Restaurant is sensational.

A decent choice in a central location. Friendly staff, good breakfast and convenient parking. Rooms clean and comfortable but a bit dated.

Stayed plenty of times and always good. Friendly staff and nice clean rooms with everything you need. Highly recommended getting the breakfast it is always excellent food and friendly service.

A wonderful Australian welcome, smiling, helpful staff. Although the bathroom in the room has a few years, the hotel is nice, clean and offers a gym with mini SPA on the 12th floor to train and/or relax with a breathtaking view of the river. Excellent location, close to the park, Riverside, to the media, to the center. And now inside the Irish Pub with live music.

Breakfast was very good during the week and the staff at the buffet were amazing, polite and very helpful. Room was a little small but comfortable. Yes I would recommend my stay here.

Staff were amazing throughout the whole stay. My room was spacious, clean and tidy and had great views. I also ate at Sen5es restaurant. The food was fantastic and the staff — Francesca and Jeff were very attentive, friendly and a real asset to the restaurant.

Good: Friendly people throughout the hotel. Nice clean room. Not so good: Bed was not great and high parking cost is quite disappointing for a paying guest. Bonus: It's very handy to have Fenian's Bar next door. Again good staff.

Overall it was a happy stay at Novotel Perth Langley. Room was clean, comfortable and hotel staffs were very helpful. Few days before I reached, I requested a king size bed room for my 21 months toddlers to be able to sleep between me and my husband, it was wonderful that the next day hotel come back and confirmed a king size bed for me. Besides, I would like to mention that the hotel restaurant also served delicious food, we had tried few dinners and one lunch here and every time it did not disappoint us. The chef even accommodated to my special vegetarian requests and make me a excellent cheesy pasta with different type of fresh vegetables. I was enjoyable with my stay here.

The hotel is in a perfect location. The staff at reception were excellent. Bar/restaurant very friendly but had to hunt them out for service… The rooms are very nice. Certainly slightly dated. Bathroom need far more lighting! no mirror lighting at all. A better shower would be great too… Very comfortable bed and pillows. PLEASE get some better coffee! those freeze dried packets are disgusting and then to have a day with only decaf made me get dressed and go downstairs to buy a coffee very early in the morning! good parking facilities. Had dinner in the restaurant and it was excellent and very reasonably priced. Certainly better than most hotel restaurants… Overall very good stay and will definately stay again.

This is my 3rd time at the hotel and the service just keeps getting better. I am a tough marker when it comes to service however I could not fault the staff. The breakfast crew in the restaurant were outstanding and really made me feel valued. They were attentive and friendly and made sure that I was greeted on entry and farewelled as I left. Well done Novotel Perth.

We were made very welcomed by the first contact. The Junior Suite was lovely very spacious with breath taking views and a spa. We mentioned when booking that we were celebrating our Anniversary. After enjoying the spa we were relaxing in the large living area when we had a knock on the door to our surprise a staff member was standing there with a bottle of wine and chocolate cake wishing us a happy anniversary. This made our weekend to think that a large corporation like that would think of doing such a nice thing. Other hotels we have stayed at have always charged us for the little extras we have never been given complementary wine before so thank you Novotel. As we booked out with a lovely late checkout time we were surprised once again to be given free parking which was going to cost us $15-00. These little extras make people feel important. The Novotel overall was lovely with staff that were very attentive and helpful.

From check in to check out cannot find one area for improvement. The room upgrade was fantastic — first time in WA so loved the river view. The room was perfect — large comfortable. I loved the bath. The service was fantastic — all staff friendly, professional and listened to us. Breakfast in buffet was awesome — so much choice and the pastries from France were an added touch. Also liked the Irish Pub as part of Novotel — I liked the choice of Irish Pub food and entertainment to the intimacy and fine dining of Senses. Service very quick. Overall great 4 night stay.

Our stay was only very short but we were very impressed. The food in the restaurant was amazing, we highly recommend the signature dish, the surf and turf. We received a free upgrade to a king room and I worked out in the gym which had an awesome view of the river.

I can't say enough about the staff they are so professional and make you feel welcome especially the foreign staff! We need more education for our Australian staff, and no I was born here and so were my parents I'm very much Australian. We can learn so much from our overseas workers. They are amazing people hard working and so respectful. The rooms are nice and clean, but are looking a bit old. The food is top quality it was a shame that they ran out of a couple of dishes.

The conference room was a good size but there were electronic issues. As such the audio didn't connect to the equipment. I also found the screen positioned too high for the closeness off the seating. It would have been better if lower down. The catering was great based upon a free event. Staff were friendly. Positioning of the service areas could have been better located away from the service doors.

Really poor service! My check-in took forever while the guy serving me took phone calls from people trying to get out of the car park. I couldn't understand why the others at reception didn't help him or me! Lifts weren't working at various times so people either took the stairs or had to wait forever. Trying to order room service each evening was frustrating. The first night I ordered a glass of Merlot with my meal and was asked "is that red wine? ", the second night I almost gave up because they would continuously hang up the phone without taking the call! I had to call reception and ask if they would take my order. Also, Air con didn't function for heating. I won't be staying here again! Can't believe it's actually a Novotel.

Actually I wanted to feedback this at the hotel itself before I leave but due to my busy schedule I couldn't, all the staffs are very professional and good customer service, starting from lobby front desk to breakfast restaurant, all very nice smiled and greeted nicely, shows high level of professionalism. I was very much impressed on the service. I wanted to tell something that happened in the car park, one of the day when I arrive to hotel around 8pm, all the car park lots were taken, but the security officer who was there, managed to find me a car park and ask me park in that space for the night rather than ask me to leave and find a car park lot myself outside, very much impressed.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The location was perfect for a night out. I did think however, that the parking was not very good (we almost couldn't get a parking bay and the car was difficult to maneuver underground).

We only stayed for a night and had dinner at the restaurant. Was very enjoyable and the food was great. Our room was very cosy and had a comfy bed and pillows. Pillows are very important when you are away from home and can either give you a good experience when you wake up or not. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone staying in the city, close proximity to shops, cafes etc.

Really enjoyed the experience. We arrived early (10am) and were told we were being upgraded to a better room which was very generous. As the room was not ready, the person at the front desk said she'd call when housekeeping had completed their preparations. We didn't get a call, but were busy anyway so weren't too concerned about this. Had our timetable been different, this might have annoyed us. We were also treated to a welcome drink which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was excellent even though we had to eat quickly due to a sleep in. It would have been more relaxed if breakfast service finished at perhaps 11am rather than 10am. Again, not such a big issue. The only thing I'd say would need improvement about the room would be the lack of available power points, particularly near the bed. Also the light switch for the lamp by the bed was not easy to get to. Overall, a very good stay and I'd recommend this hotel.

While there she also offered me an "energy ball" and was so friendly and fun. It set my day up well and I had a really successful trip. Small things make a big difference. Thanks Sarah!

Hotel in great location at competitive prices.

Went to the hotel for a French arts day. There was French music and French food and French people. It was nice.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Irish pub run by hotel downstairs serves fantastic meals!

Lovely rooms and the foyer and dinning is very grand and welcoming. Would recommend.

The ball room was decorated well and the staff were friendly. The buffet food was reasonable for the price and the service was well organised.

Service was friendly and positive. The room was so comfortable and nice with a great view of part of the city and a portion of the river. The buffet breakfast was amazing.

Service was excellent and included breakfast was quite the treat. Great views of the river from our room, which also had Modern TV and clock radio. Curtains were in a bit of disrepair and aircon was a little noisy but didn't otherwise detract from the overall experience.

We ate at the restaurant Sen5es and Fenians Irish Pub. They were both great. Our last night's dinner was paid for by the manager and then we were given a box of chocolates for our anniversary. They catered for me being gluten free also.

Great staff, lovely restaurant and function rooms. Fenians bar is a great for Irish and lively music.

We ask for clean towels. Because housekeeping didn't clean our room. Front desk said they would get that fixed for us. Still waiting for clean towels. They seen that we had a kit Kat from the mini bar but still didn't makeup the room. Very disappointed.

Excellent staff and service.

My husband and I had an overnight stay here for our anniversary. The manager had a nice chat with us in the lobby when we arrived and asked what our plans were. We told him we were celebrating our anniversary and he had a complimentary bottle of champagne delivered to our room. The room was very nice, but no slippers which would have been handy to go to the spa. The breakfast was good but the staff looked a bit lost. The power went out on the coffee machines. But overall we had a nice stay.

Shocking internet plans. Seriously, go to Cambodia and get better value, and a system that will actually let you connect! Someone should be fired over this despicable internet system here at Novotel. Disgraceful.

One of the worst hotel I've stayed in. The doors closed loudly, disturbing your sleep. Housekeeping staff can't keep their noise level down. Wifi is terrible slow.

Good awful Internet connection options, 27aud for 24 hours or 1GB transferred and my notebook wasn't able to connect to the Wi-Fi.

We ate at the restaurant though it was a very nice meal I found it expensive. $38 for main course and if you wanted vegetables it was an extra $9.00! Service was highly professional and I would recommend for a special occasion but wouldn't eat there regularly due to the pricing.

One of the best hotels in Perth. Ideal venue for conferencing. Check out their great breakfast.

Was a fairly nice hotel, the furnishings were quite well chosen although the room a little small (also we could clearly hear what the neighbours were doing! ). The bathroom was very nice and spacious. I really feel hotels in Perth need to start providing free wireless to guests! The staff seemed lovely enough and the restaurant looked inviting (although we didn't get a chance to see, and room service seemed quite expensive! ). It is well situated and everything is very close by. We got it for $135 as a mystery hotel so I feel it was quite good quality for money, would go again.
