Great place to stay with good restaurants, breakfast. Not overly expensive. Can walk to free cat buses and leave your car in the secure parking.

The Staff here amazing so helpful couldn't ask for better ppl to help u when needing it thank you so much xxx.

Stayed with my family last night. Super hard beds, terrible pillows, leaky toilet in the bathroom, cold breakfast, and no information in the room at all. Apparently supposed to be foxtel/movies — couldn't find this — and no info provided. We hadn't checked out yet and someone came and cleaned the room whilst we were out and were checking out that day. Cleaning should have happened after we checked out. The hotel needs a serious update. We heard all noises from noisy guests, constantly slamming doors and yelling after midnight which didn't help the experience. We won't stay here again.

The supposed cooked breakfast was always only semi warm or cold. When we put the air conditioner on and all this rat poop fell out onto the bench bellow it. We will never stay with you again and will recommend our friends do not as well. So very disappointing.

I've been coming here for 7 years on and off and I recommend to everyone all the staff are amazing so helpful food and bar is amazing close to everything xxthank you comfort in for being my home away from home xxx.

Great location. Stayed here for 1 night… Christmas Work Party in the City. We had superior queen suite. The room was quite dated but very clean and spacious. Our room rate includes breakfast and the price we paid was exceptionally cheap. The breakfast was excellent.

Over two broken stays on a holiday we were accommodated on the 3rd and the 7th floors.
3rd floor is looking very tired. Rusted appliances and dirty floor in the laundry. Torn and dirty carpet leading down to the rooms.
The actual room was a slight improvement. Air conditioned but noisy. Bathrooms left a lot to be desired. Vanity with rotten timber and held together with tape. Toilet requires extensive flushing to clear waste product. Black mold in significant areas.
Reception area staff informative and professional.

Excellent, clean, affordable accommodation.

Close to everything, well appointed and clean suites, friendly staff, would recommend it.

Nice view, clean, good value for money. Just hall light not working but it's fine since we were just staying for some rest and spent most of our days outside. A bit far from shopping area like 10bucks for one way trip taxi to hay sreet but still can take free transit bus. Overall, satisfied. If you are price concious then this budget hotel is suitable for you.

We stay every year. We love the Service and get to meet a lot of people. Very handy to every thing. It is home away from home.

Room is fairly standard for the price, Bathroom is frustratingly awkward to navigate / too small.

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at Comfort Inn & Suites Perth over Easter. Our small apartment with balcony was perfectly sufficient. Everything was a little bit tired looking but for the price we paid, it was well worth it. The staff on reception were always friendly and smiling. If we came to Perth again, I would not hesitate to stay here.

SUPER GOOD International Staff — Accommodation — Location near the River where you can take long walks.

Good location for the city. We were here for a conference elsewhere so we didn't need a room that was flashy or expensive. Happy with the price. Spacious room. Bathroom was okay but hey it's a 3 star hotel. Glass balcony doors are old and thin, so no blocking out that peak hour noise. Didn't bother us because we had to be up early anyway. Pillows very thin and a bit lumpy. Our room was adjacent to the lift so we heard people coming and going.
When I booked it said our room had a view. Still not sure what that meant. (Photo in comment)
Great Irish pub 20 meters down the road open daily. Coffee club across from that.

A great service by the front desk. No fuss check in and out. We got the biggest family room with 4 beds. (3 single and 1 double) though we are a group of three there for business trip. I hope that the hotel will get an update on the furniture as they are quite tired and old. Other than that, the room is clean.

Pretty neat place for a good price. One thing is their beds are movable so for me who likes to toss and turn, the bed will move easily. Hahaha. Still a good place, very spacious cause we took the family suite.

Had a great stay with the kids, breakfast was reliably nice and the staff were very helpful. Location is good we could walk to the Quay and to the city centre, and the underground car park was very secure. Free Wi-Fi in the room was great you just need a new code every couple of days from reception. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and good value for money.

Great location, the room smelt musty and the air-con didn't work, opening the window helped but there was alot to climb up to the window, which my four year old did, big scare for me when I saw him half out of the window. The room's need a facelift. The restaurant facility is not kid friendly but the food is great. When you book a room for three kids and two adults you expect a twin bed but what you get is five single beds. The staff were friendly. Over all it's not a bad place just needs some improvements.

Good Earth hotel is good but they need to improve on below. 1. Internet speed — It's very very dam slow. If you need good internet connection, better dont opt this. I spoke to management couple of times but they are helpless on speed. 2. They should arrange a wall clock in the room. 3. Routine breakfast… they should change the menu. Good things about hotel: 1. Staff courtesy 2. Location 3. Neatness.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at! Staff are unfriendly, they claim to have free parking for guests and then tell you they are full when you arrive. The room walls are paper thin, you can't sleep at night. Rooms are average at best, water in shower is pathetic, hot then cold. Hotel beautician is useless and can't do their job. Chef also doesn't know how to cook. Only good thing about the hotel was the friendly man who made coffee each morning at the restaurant. Wouldn't recommened this hotel to anyone, absolute disgrace!

Very old, in need of a facelift. Had to run around the shower cubicle to get wet because the water flow was a trickle. Also the water varied between freezing to boiling on it's own. The floor covering just outside the ensuite becomes an ice skating rink when wet. I am still suffering bruising after a nasty fall. Saving grace was the sensational staff, very friendly and courteous. The staff running the breakfast service also brilliant.

If you are price conscious then this budget hotel comes at a budget price. Location was excellent and staff extremely helpful. Loved the free car park and also got a late checkout which was great. We were offered to leave our car parked until 2 pm while we caught the free bus to the city centre to shop. The room does need some attention however, some of the small items provided you would not get even in more pricier hotels. The room was clean and the kitchenette provided all the facilities we needed for our overnight stay. We also used the restaurant and the standard of food was good. Would definitely stay here again.

The service was great. Location was very handy. Just wish to thank Mark in the restaurant for his happy and friendly service. A very accommodating and understanding motel. On booking through a 3rd party and stating 3 adults, we were only given a qu bed. We were upgraded free of charge and the initial booking with free bfast was still honoured. Great buffet bfast. Rooms and beds very comfy. Parking with a 4wheel drive a bit tricky.

Alright for an overnight stay. Tiny room and bathroom. Shower screen broken and tap in shower dodgy. Could not get our suitcase down the hall past the fridge without manoeuvring skills. Breakfast was included in the price which was lovely. We got the last carpark arriving at 5.30pm. Bed against a wall is not ideal for two people. Would we stay again, probably not.

I honestly thought we'd landed at some emergency social housing location. Incredibly shabby and poorly maintained. Noisy guests. Corridor smelled terrible. Hated it. Spend a bit more and go somewhere else.

We stay at family suite room on 26 Jun 2017, toilet too small, sofa and carpet too old need to change. Moreover bed are comfortable but the mirror in the room is too big. Reception staff are friendly. We may not choose this hotel if got good choice.

A nice Budget hotel to stay in Perth. Electric kettle with coffee and tea bags are available in rooms. Washrooms and showers are ok. It's very close to Central Perth. The hotel also provides tour packages to Rottnest Island. The front desk executives are very Cooperative. Complimentary breakfast is available which is a nice place to enjoy omlet with bread.

Dirty rooms cigarette butts on carpet in a non smoking hotel, missing fixtures no door stop tap fittings missing, glass barrier of shower wobbly and missing top bracket rod to wall etc, unproffesional unhelpful staff, got told the rm we booked and paid for had a view dining table etc etc but didnt. Menu is very plain and over priced…

Rooms are nice, bathrooms are a bit small and a bit tricky when you have just had surgery like myself, but the staff are 6 stars in my opinion.
They go above and beyond for you, totally amazing.
I would definitely stay here again if I have to stay in the city.

Second visit and would come again. Good rooms, love having kitchenette and beds very comfortable. Good secure parking and fantastic breakfast. Food 2 Go meals great also. Friendly, helpful, efficient staff too.

Apart from poor quality Wi-Fi and the construction next door starting at 6.30 to 7 am, they also charged me an extra $291 for 1 night accommodation. I would not recommend this hotel. For $291 a night, there are far better hotels in Perth.

Good value and nice and central. Parking is extremely limited and they seem to give out more parking passes than actual parks. Facilities are all OK and the room had the usual ac and TV etc.

Hi I was a student from Singapore I stayed at the hotel for a few days the hotel is SPLENDID. I would choose your hotel if I were to be at Perth again.

Nice place, good service and beautiful breakfast. All in all a great place to stay.

The two bedroom apartment provided was very clean and spacious. With a full kitchenette, dining table, bigger than average fridge. Bathroom is also a good size with a adult sized bath included. TV in both the living room area and in the main bedroom. Only slight issue was air conditioner, as there is only one for the whole apartment. Bedroom doors need to be kept open to get the coolness. The buffet breakfast was also nice and hot with a good variety. Otherwise a great place to stay with happy helpful staff. Good value for Perth expensive standards.

Stayed for 5 nights with 3 other friends in a quad room. The room was very big and spacious. It had a kitchen too. It was quite clean eventhough the hotel was old. The WC had no lock. Breakfast was excellent — the classic English breakfast and the price was okay too. A good place to stay for a week-long trip.
