Very comfortable stay & nice views from the pool. Having the bath a bonus. Breakfast good. the pool looked very inviting but early October visit the water is freezing.

Helpful staff, clean room and great views. Short walk into the city. Close to restaurants and bars.

Restaurant was amazing Thankyou. Hotel room was lovely a little dated but it was still nice to stay n relax the night. The rooms to me did appear not to be spotless clean However we still enjoyed our stay was amazing staff were beautiful too.

Great place to stay, Staff super friendly comfortable beds very clean. Moderate parking at hotel and plenty 200 mt down the road reasonable parking price. Great variety of food on offer and breakfast has everything you can think of highly recommend.

We checked in just before COVID lockdown. Our room was lovely and clean with an amazing view. Sadly we had to leave a few hours later but were given a full refund. The staff were all very friendly and understanding. Anxious time for them too and they still put us first. We will definitely be back. Thank you Crowne Plaza.

Constant door slamming due to door hinges not repaired & bed linen with holes in it. See photos. Been here a few hours and not impressed at all. My lunch was forgotten. All the doors slam shut here like it’s a prison and the linen is terrible. I asked for a blanket as none in the room. They sent me an old hospital blanket with holes in it. See photo.

This place has a fabulous vibe, an amazing view by the pool and a great park to play with the kids across the road! The staff are excellent and very friendly, one of my favourite stays in Perth for sure.

A bit tired. Our " room type" was not available but other people checking in we're fortunate in that their "room type" we're available. ☹️ But staff are great, spotlessly clean, larger room. Nice.

The room was great, we were on level one & right above the restaurant, so it’s noisy.

They charged me $65 a night for a 3rd person but the room wasnt catered for a 3rd person. No towell. No cup. No glass. No anything. Plus we are all so stuffed up with allergy. The room must be quite dusty. Very very very disappointed. This was supposed to be special but I've been over charged. Even breakfast was $24 and it was extremely basic. Just want to cry. No movies either. The manager said there is nothing he can do.

Great location, rooms well furnished, staff are very friendly and treat you with respect, willing to help you. Great place for a city stay vacation. We will be back.

I recently received an upgrade to a suite for my birthday and it was totally amazing, the room was so big we couldn’t hear room service knocking! The balcony rooms are the only way to stay with spectacular uninterrupted views across the Swan River. Food is great, facilities are great it’s my new go to hotel whenever we’re having a weekend in the city.

Crowne Plaza hotel all staffers friendly and helpful information on all hotel services. Room clean and very functional amenities inside, very comfortable bef and pillows= Breakfast cooked but not hot in food holders — perhaps the heater under cooking tray had broken down but this needs urgent rectification. Other than this will book again and enjoy.

Smooth check in. Bedroom has all the usual facilities. Bath and separate shower, but no hand-held facility in the shower. Iron and board in the wardrobe. Bathrobes provided. A 'universal' power outlet in the bathroom. Convenient bar and lounge on the ground floor. Gym and pool available. Dinner service a bit slow, but food quality good. Breakfast buffet varied, with hot items well presented and kept hot.

My family and I enjoy a brunch at the Restaurant. The FOOD Are tasty and Health. Maybe not too much options available. But it come with butter chicken and salmon as main. They also provide fresh juice made by ourselves. That's pretty tasty. The staff are friendly especially the manager. He is really Good at social.

I would like to thank management and staff at Crowne Plaza Perth for their amazing service and understanding. Last Friday night I, with many others had a flight cancelled from Perth to Brisbane. After many hours of waiting around at the airport we were all bussed to various locations around the city. I was lucky to be one of a group sent to Crowne Plaza. We could not have received better treatment, and considering we arrived at 2.30 am, the stafff then and the following morning were so friendly and helpful. I wish to thank you all so very much. My room was absolutely beautiful, and just a shame couldn't have stayed there longer. If we ever bet a chance to come back to Perth, your hotel is a priority on our place to stay. Thank you.

Nice river view from the balcony. Just a minutes walk to riverside drive. Good staff. You will surely enjoy your visit here.

A Surprising evening. Decided to drop into the Restaurant for a quick Bite. No reservation, not a problem. Greeted by a Charming French Gentleman. Shown to a great table. Nice menu and ordered a very Tasty Randung. Let me say, we will go back. Usually not in the area. Perth Foreshore. Worth a trip. And might even think about staying a few nights. Happy for them to invite us to check it out …

Great location, not to far for the Crowne at which we had an event but also not to far from the city to enjoy our day up their shopping. You get exactly what you pay for with an awesome buffet breakfast. The 4pm late check out was a surprise on the day for us which was very handy! Would stay again.

I stayed here for two nights, the night prior to my wedding with my bridesmaids and the night of my wedding with my husband. From the moment we arrived, nothing was a problem! We asked for a few things, and the staff had no issue running them up to our room, and directing all my wedding vendors up to our room as well. The room being a King Suite was spacious and perfect for a bride getting ready with her entourage. The view over the Swan River made for stunning photos.
The b…uffet breakfast was fantastic and there was so much on offer, husband had a great time the following morning! I would highly recommend this hotel for any prospective bride looking for a place to stay and get ready — everything was perfect and I honestly have nothing to complain about. Nothing we asked was a problem to the staff and they all helped us out with the best attitude and nothing was a bother. Will definitely be staying again! Thank you so much for everything.

Great view, staff pleasant. No wine in the bar fridge — beer and soft drinks plus water only? Room clean, spacious and comfortable. Bath and shower. In Room dining menu a bit limited and my request for vinegar was ignored. Otherwise recommend though pool is outdoors. BWS and supermarket around the corner.

A lovely boutique hotel with beautiful unobstructed 180deg of the Swan River, Langley Park and across to South Perth. Stunning lap pool overlooking Langley Park with deck chairs and deck umbrellas. Pool phone to order drinks and bar snacks to enjoy on the pool deck. Rooms are spacious and ours had our own private balcony with table and chairs to sit out and enjoy the view of this amazing city. Buffet breakfast is downstairs and has both inside and outside seating. Food was really good and a huge selection. Have stayed here before and will definitely be coming back.

Great hotel in a convenient location. Easy walk to Elizabeth Quay and City shopping area. Very friendly staff and good facilities. Parking is the only issue costing $35 per day. But the location makes it worth it. I will stay again.

Good quality hotel situated close to the Swan River with river view rooms available. Reasonable rates for clean, well appointed rooms with rooftop pool and gym facilities available. The attached restaurant does a great buffet breakfast and parking is easy with concierge services available. This hotel is situated both far enough from the city centre to be quiet, yet only a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to Forrest Chase.

Rooms are a little dated. Bathrooms need renovating. The lobby is dated but the staff are really nice and helpful. The pool is the best assest to the hotel.

Location, location, location and ease of access. This is our preferred hotel when we like to have a little staycay in the city. We always get great service from the time we pull up at the door to the time we say goodbye. The staff are always smiling even the valet guys after running back to the entrance from parking the cars on a hot and humid day. We order room service and our number one pick is the Crowne Club Sandwich and the kids meals are good too. We always have breakfast at Gusti and they have a wide variety of healthy options or your classic bacon and eggs complete with sides. The beds are so comfortable as soon as your head hits the pillow you start to drift off. We always get our preferred options when booking the room. Keep up the great service!

Wonderful stay. The view from the hotel room is amazing. Was here for couple of days. They do serve a decent breakfast, not really rich with many options but still really good. The hotel staffs were really friendly and helpful. It is good hotel for the business people to stay. The rooms are spacious enough. The swimming pool and the fitness center is really nice. The location of the hotel is just okay compared to other hotels in the city.

Nice rooms, excellent breakfast spread, lost one star as the overall building is starting to feel dated and they had some issues with elevators, but the staff were excellent and very helpful. Will definately stay again when in Perth… Also easily accessible by car.

Well furnished, clean and comfortable room and I had a nice view. Reception and Concierge both knowledgeable and helpful. Lift is a little bit dodgy — like climbing into a cupboard but definitely a stay I would happily repeat.

Ordered room service, was excellent, had a meal at Gusti Restaurant absolutely beautiful, best steak ever, my husbands opinion. Breakfast outstanding. We try and stay at least once a year for a special occasion. Highly recommend this hotel, just beautiful just like the staff.

Limited luncheon menu of expensive toasted sandwiches. If toasted sandwiches are your thing then they are nicely prepared. Staff are friendly and efficient.

I have travelled the world in a business capacity and have stayed in Dubai, Los Angeles, Singapore, Hong Kong and London just to name a few. I would rank Crowne Plaza Perth up there with any of the 5 and 6 star hotels I have stayed in — all the staff, without exception, are cheerful, polite and extremely professional — from James on the Fron Desk Night Audit to Trevor from Room Service. Rooms are always spotless, service always prompt and the check in and stay process is always seamless. I don't know what the GM of this hotel is doing, but big corporations should take note, and take a very big leaf out of his / her book. My favorite hotel in Australia at the moment.

Weekend stay for my birthday. Received a bottle of red wine and some chocolate as a present from the hotel staff which was nice. Staff are all pleasant and hotel is well maintained and facing lovely views of the swan river. The city is in walking distance so great spot to see Perth. Great weekend.

Nice rooms that have the simple things that make the stay more pleasant (e. G. Scale, toiletry kits, etc. ) The gym here is small but has all you need for a good cardio workout. The front office staff and concierge are helpful and friendly. The breakfast and dinner dining at the restaurant is a little expensive ($35 AUD for full breakfast), but it is like that in every hotel and there is a wide variety of hot food, fruit, pancakes, and a do-it-yourself juicer/smoothie machine.

As per previous reviews the staff really have a constant high level of customer service, thank you. Breakfast, excellent. Parking within the hotel — Pricey. But on weekends plenty of parking out front. Will be our go to when staying in the city.

Second time my partner and I have stayed with these guys and definitely will continue to use them. Service spot on! Everyone's so cheerful and attended to our every need. The room was clean and big (we had a King with Spa no river view — which we wanted) only issue was the vent was quite loud. Managed to get to sleep straight away because I was pooped but I can see it being an issue for more than two nights. We were there to celebrate my birthday and received complimentary sparkling wine (which was actually decent! ) And Margaret River chocolate (a BIG bar of it). Definitely coming back.

It as a great experience to be an guest of crowne plaza. Their stuff were very friendly. Room is very clean, and no strange smils. Room also quiet in night. Only one thing which needs to improve, which is their diner. Steak is a bit expensive.

Gusti's Restaurant is a hidden gem — and selfishly I trust it remains so, with rarely a need to book for breakfast, lunch or dinner, 7 days a week. With views over Langley Park and the Swan River, with opening windows on appropriate days, or just outside under the umbrellas, a relaxing environment to enjoy seasonal, palate pleasing repasts. Rarely disappointing, and delivered with quietly professional, but always friendly, service.

Stayed over the 2014 Australia Day Week-end. The staff from all aspects of the hotel were delightful — friendly and helpful. Thanks to all of them for making our long week-end so enjoyable. The restaurant and bar service was second to none — once again thank you.

Everything works, personal is nice, the room was clean. Pool was super clean and nice temperature on the water. Bathroom was clean. The resurant is nice. Sux that the breakfast isn't included. Anyway really nice hotel. And the service is great.
