I booked a 1 bdrm apartment for a $90. This was for myself, My 8yr old son and my 11yr old daughter. It had an adjoining 2 nd bdrm attached to it that was locked. After extending my stay in this room for 3days I was going to extend for another night but due to the hot water system break down I was moved to another 1 bdrm apartment. I was then told I had to check out and check back in they then said I had used the second room and charged my credit card $160 penalty fee. And on check out did not return my $250 credit card deposit bond for a reason I still don't know. Before checking out I rang from my room to the front counter and requested to use there luggage trolley. I was told they didn't know were it was and if I took any more time vacating the room I would be charged another penalty of $10 an hour. I then replied well I will have to wait for the trolley and was told I have feet and hand, bye then the phone was hung up terrible horrible reception staff that rip you for every cent you have for NO GOOD REASON … Nice hotel but shotty rude management.
I have stayed here twice. The first time was OK. Rooms are good sized and facilities are close by. The second time I was met by a very rude gentlemen who had no customer service skills. He was rude when asking for my name and I had to repeat it 3 times. He was rude when asking for the bond and could've explained more about the process of the return of it. We had booked 2 rooms. 1 rooms bond was released straight away when handing back the keys and we are still waiting for the other rooms bond to be released. This information about the bond process should've been given before taking the bond. Not very happy with the customer service.
