Room was clean and comfortable, although there is some noise from the corridor. Access to the kitchen and laundry is a plus. One male member of staff not very friendly, I would actually say he was rude, we weren't finished our lunch but did some of the washing up with the intention of completing when we finished our lunch, he came in and started shouting about it, making me feel very unwelcome. Someone else who he said he knew hadn't bothered to clean the grill pan after use and apparently that was fine? He proceeded to put their stuff in the dishwasher. I wouldn't have him dealing with customers. He put us right off the place.
