Extremely disappointing. Toilet didn’t flush, constant road noise, dirty and greasy kitchen utensils. Rooms are expensive and tired for the price. We all barely slept a wink. Wifi didn’t work, nobody onsite to assist and nobody to get hold of.
Rubbish, waste of money. Ruined my night away with my daughters and my mother. Never again.

Got done for a parking fee $50 to get my car out of the hotel directed parking. I smell a scam $50 and no receipt cash only. Not happy.

Stayed while working in launceston and it's pretty good, has what I needed, however if I never here that bloody clock over the back going off every hour thru the night I'll be a happy man.

Arrived at hotel at 10pm after a wedding reception and 3 out of 3 door keys don't work so we are waiting in 5 degree weather (they said for 15 mintues) on the front steps outside with a 9 year old and 11 year old with special needs while after hours staff come to let us in. Not happy.
It actually doesn't matter how lovely the room is when you're outside freezing cold and can't get into the hotel after hours!

Generous sized modern apartment with all of the amenities one would need. Friendly staff, close to CBD and plenty of restaurants and shops. Free parking across the road in adjacent carpark 2pm to 10am.

4 star accommodation in the heart of Launceston. I stayed in a one bedroom apartment. Reception staff are friendly but I thought were a little too inquisitive for my liking. The apartment comes with all the standard amenities, kitchen included, although the cooktops never got hot enough to cook anything properly. Free car park across the street with ticket validation at the hotel. The interior decor is mid 2000. The bed is large but a little on the firmer side (which I don't mind). Free Wi-Fi included.

Great location. Close to shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. The apartment is nice, beds and pillows are not very comfortable. I like the fact that the apartment is self contained. You can cook your own food and you can do your laundry, without leaving your apartment. Biggest setback are, you have to pay for the parking after 10am. The fold out couch used in the lounge room as a couch is horrible to sit on and the big clock that strikes every hour on the hour outside the bedroom window.

Some nicer apartments then others. Only down side is the town clock, the bell chimes every 15 LOUD!

Great place to stay. Right in the heart of everything in Hobart. If your a foody and want to stay close or enjoy rustic English style accommodation. This is the place for you.

From the start, the customer service was unprofessional, unable to find my booking as the staff for some unknown reason had checked me in prior to my arrival. The booking was for a "studio apartment" which was infact a poorly furnished room in the basement with the only window (didn't open) that was used quite regularly by vehicles and trucks throughout the night, being in the basement the temperature was extremely cold an damp. The tiny heater struggled all night to maintain a reasonable temperature which was constantly very loud, there is what I believe was central heating from the odd whining and howling I could hear on and off all night, the bed was nothing more than two extremely uncomfortable single beds pushed together which made for a rock hard center and horrible sides as they both felt far to used to be able to be in a hotel. All this in a lovely package for $164 per night resulted in ZERO sleep after a 4hour drive up for work plus having to work the next day and drive home made for a horrible trip! Also just to add insult to injury there was meant to be Wi-Fi which was asked for prior to booking which was needed for work but it was unable to be accessed due the site being down for 3 days which as stated on the site. So for a total of $328 for two nights I can't believe anyone has ever given this hotel more than one star!

First time traveling with three month old baby. We booked a one bedroom and it was perfect for what we needed. Appliances were up to date, nice large bathroom with washer dryer in unit, and a laundry sink. The tub was helpful to bath baby. We found the parking situation really simple to get car in and out. Had a few late nights that we mentioned to desk and had no problems getting car in/out. Now that we have a family our travel needs have changed. Staying here made our first family trip a breeze.

Compared to many other Quest apartments this one was cramped and a bit dated. The building is typical of the older part of Launceston so no surprises there. The only parking is across the street in the public car park. However the cost of parking is very inexpensive at just $17 for more than a full 24 hour day.

They need to double glaze the windows and soundproof the rooms, the noise from the street and restaurants in the area makes for a very poor stay.

Older style serviced apartments. Carpets are a little dirty with a bit of musky smell. Convenient location in Launceston.

We had a great room with a great view.

The room was great with everything you need. Air con could be a bigger unit for the size apartment we had. Water pressure could be better, but Quest has no control over that. Very close to food, coffee & some great old buildings including the post office clock.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and a great location. Overall the place is pretty dull, dated and poky. The lift is terrible, so rough!

Thought we had a queen bed but it was 2 beds pushed together big gap between us in the morning couldnt cuddle throught the night was bad. Dont have a nice place to sit outside to relax with coffee n a smoke or read a book. You have to stand in the rain in an alleyway not fun in the dark at night. No pool or sauna or spa's. Also a horrible smell in the kitchen n bathroom like a sewerage aroma coming out of the drains had to keep windows open n they only go up a few centremeters. Noise from traffic outside made it hard to sleep. Only thing good was the staff.

This was a spacious apartment with a comfy bed but pillows weren't the best and none of the channel 10 options were working so were restricted on what we could watch but otherwise enjoyed our stay here, view was great looking over Launceston. They don't have parking but is free out the front or overnight in the multi level car park.

Good location and nice size rooms. The street noise was reasonably high on Friday and Saturday night. Parking was across the road and not particularly convenient but typical for Launceston.

Room was a good size and bigger than some I have stayed in. The room was clean and comfortable and well appointed. The view from the room over the city wss nice and the hotel is easy walking distance to coffee shops and the main city. The bed was very comfortable and a good size. Was just missing an ice tray in the fridge but was able to get one no worries. Staff very helpful and friendly. Overall a good stay.

We just loved the place, great and lovely staff. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Overall the experience was great! Kudos to quest guys!

Great staff, the cleanest room ever, generous sized and modern rooms, very comfortable bed, great location, parking is available for $5/night in a nearby carpark across the road. Great kitchenette, bathroom is generously sized. No complaints. Staff were very very helpful. Highly recommended.
