Fantastic service, Value for money, Large meals, clean tidy venue and play area for the kids. Meals very filling
kids meals decent size with dessert and drink. service with a smile and staff very accommodating.

The staff at the Olde Tudor are simply the best! Kind, great service and always helpful and friendly!

Staff turned over the TV on the Hawthorn Vs Sydney game while multiple people were watching just because a regular wanted a different game on. They didn't even ask anyone if they were watching it. Seems if you are not a local then you don't count.

Family delux room was great perfect for that we needed, very clean. Had dinner in the bistro food was fast and very nice.

Staff are great. Just a short visit. Old local providing locals and travelers with a venue that gives them a place to hang out. Clean. Not much else to say.

Bit clinical with the atmos, but alright if you want a quiet convo and a drink. Music system must be broken and their tailor went on holidays with the staff smiles.

Rooms are ok and pub has restaurant. Pub is friendly and serves some meals and has some specials. Have a driven in for takeaway alcohol. Nearby has ATMs and food shops also IGA store.

Stayed in the spa suite. Very good value. Very clean and well maintained. Close to all amenities. I would visit again.

We stayed here for 11 nights with 44 under 18 hockey players. Some of the rooms were a little old but that meant I did not have to worry about a few bumps (boys rooms). The manager Jenny was wonderful and the night manager Gary was very helpful. I cannot praise the housekeeping staff enough the ladies really looked after us all. Thanks Ladies.

I stayed in the Motel and really think that it is an ideal place for families to visit as it also has a pool, sauna and spa as well as gaming room for adults etc. Ate a scrumptious breakfast and very happy with the room and service provided.

Rooms are nice and the service was good. Food wasn't great for me but the others in my group had no issues.

Lovely place to stay, particular for our young family. Customer service was outstanding, rooms and beds very comfortable. Playground and pool are both great for kids, convenience of supermarket and strip of shops next door is definitely a plus. We will stay here again but be sure to book a room with kitchen facilities next time.

Came for the Christmas day buffet and had a great meal. All the staff were very pleasant and no-one left hungry. Will be back next year.

Food was not very tasty, my chicken was not cooked properly & the garlic sauce tasted old & reheated. My son who loves nuggets wouldn't eat his saying they tasted gross & my husband's veges were cold! Upside… service was ok.

The people working there are lovely, very helpful and are very nice, the foods not the best but its still good and id say its worth the money.

Good food. Room was missing heating jn bathroom though.

Ended up here cos everything else was booked up or to expensive. 2 stars for value for money and pleasant staff. The place itself is a drab, dreary,, outdated and dirty.

Room was awful. Bathroom in a revolting state of disrepair, bunk bed mattresses thin and useless, no top sheet supplied — only questionable quilt covers, pillows flat.

Just a typical Australian RSL. Nothing too exciting.

Great facility. Very helpful management. Had some issues with the bath tub but it was fixed immediately and we got complimentary breakfast for our troubles.

Planned a special family treat at this venue, we made reservations. We arrived and were not greeted at the door, we had to find our own table not a good start. That's ok it's valentines day they are busy, we booked a high chair for bub had to ask for it, it's all good. Waited patiently for a menu we are all out of menus, had to wait for others to pass one along that's ok obviously resources are stretched. Let's get a drink, go to the bar to order can't get eftpos cause the girl is not trained, almost ready to scream and walk out! Line up to order our meal, it arrives not up to scratch. Ask to see supervisior, sorry she is busy. Well it's the first time and the last time I will ever bring my family to dine at this appalling venue.

We love this place! It's always our first choice to stay in Launceston. We come here for a quiet weekend get away for two but we have also brought our children here and now grandchildren. We slso stay here for airport stop overs. Everything you need is in walking distance and it seems to be central to attractions. The staff are friendly.

Basic. Pub/motel, simple bistro restaurant. If you expect nothing more you'll be quite satisfied.

We stay there all the time and its good as kids stay free, just needs play ground updated and maintained but otherwise sweet. Love the pool spa sauna bar food, keno in your own room.

It was okay. May return one day.
