Hotels in Sukhum with Parking

An iconic place, everything is clear… you can come and sit with a girl, the atmosphere, service and cuisine, everything is clear (by local standards)

We went to the restaurant, our first time here, we are not residents of the hotel.
The building itself looks very luxurious and elite.

The best hotel in Abkhazia. We stayed twice – at the beginning of summer and before the New Year, because we don't like the heat.

The staff was incredibly polite, the food was excellent, the pool was actually warm in November, the rooms were beautiful and clean, and everything you need was there.

Excellent hotel, first line, which is rare considering the railway, its own beach (sandy), its own restaurant, clean, cozy area, its own parking, amenities on the beach, its own umbrellas, sun

Simply magnificent people. Sea. Houses. Food. We arrived in the same mood and left as completely different people. I am delighted with the hostess who worked with me like a child.

My husband and I stayed there from September 1st to September 12th. I'd give the hotel a 4 out of 5, and I'll tell you about it step by step.

I went there just to breathe. I didn't book any procedures in advance, but they picked everything out right away on the spot. We went to the sauna, then a massage, and finally to the jacuzzi.

The hotel is good. Everything is clean and high quality. The staff is kind. Everything will tell you. The rooms themselves are clean and well maintained. The food is delicious.

We stayed at the Vesna Hotel during a trip to Abkhazia. A very pleasant place for a beach holiday, conveniently located — the sea is nearby, everything is clean and calm.

We chose this hotel for our vacation in Sukhum and did not regret it. It is located 5 minutes walk from the sea, at the beginning of the embankment. There is a store nearby, 15 minutes to the market.

Very decent and modern hotel! I was with my beloved for the New Year holidays, everything was gorgeous, many thanks to all the staff! I recommend it to everyone.

Great hotel for a holiday!

I stayed at the hotel in October 2024, the impressions were amazing, from the meeting when making a reservation to the farewell.

I didn’t even think that there would be such a cool hotel. Clean, everything is there! I will not be ashamed to recommend this hotel to my friends. Everything is nearby — beach, market, shops, food.

Great hotel! My husband and I have been on vacation for 9 days already, we arrived for 3 weeks. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. We are already friends with everyone or communicate well.

I had a rest in early July in this wonderful place. I don't know how I can describe all the charm and warmth that was there. It's indescribable.

Guys, everything is very cool, 👍 the Caracas hotel is excellent. The exit to the city of Sukhum is excellent. Not far from the sea exit. The pool is hot, the staff is polite 👍 responsive.

I organized a yoga tour here and did not regret it for a second.

A great place for those who love a comfortable stay in secluded places.

Nice friendly hotel. The room is clean, comfortable and large. The breakfasts are delicious and filling. The atmosphere is relaxing. Everything is done with taste. Thanks to the manager.

Excellent hotel, in a quiet area just 150 meters from the embankment.
We booked a luxury room for our guest, we were surprised by the service, everything was at an excellent level.

A very wonderful place to relax! The staff is responsive. The cuisine is just super! I recommend visiting this hotel!

We stayed at the hotel in September 2024. Polite and responsive staff. Delicious varied hearty breakfasts.

Amazing just amazing stay tatiayan very help full break fast was amazing specially potato was very crunchy as expected and coffee like moms coffee I will recommend this place 100% and amzing beach

Abkhazia is Abkhazia. I haven't been here for 8 years, nothing has changed in that time. There was still no service.

We really liked everything, the service of the staff and the location 50 m from the sea, next to the Penguin coffee shop, visible from the window) ) delicious desserts in the morning)
The rooms are

A good place. The rooms are not the first freshness. The service is excellent. There were no complaints. Overall a solid four. Breakfast for five) )

I spent a week with my parents in this hotel. We took a superior room with a sofa and bed. Yes, the hotel is located a little away from the sea. And for Sukhum I think this is not such a big minus.

Truly a boutique hotel. Spacious family room. New furniture, plumbing. The pool does not smell of chemicals. Client-oriented administrator Elena.

We stayed at the seaside Aitar — the room was nice, the staff was friendly, cleaning was done every day, towels were changed.
Large bed, gorgeous balcony to sit on in the evening.

We had a rest in Aitar in June 2025! Expectation and reality coincided on 5+ to the sea to cross the road, own beach water is clear as a tear!

My husband and I were on holiday and chose this hotel. Expectations exceeded reality! Everything was so cool that it is impossible to describe in a few words.

Good day, I would like to share my impressions of the vacation spent in this hotel.

We liked everything very much, we were on holiday with our daughter, the pool on the territory — my daughter was delighted, we went to the beach with cafes by minibus, because the beach nearby is

Great place, friendly staff, always ready to help (since we are not locals, we had questions about calling a taxi, as well as the location of some place, the staff always prompted us, called a taxi,

We went there in July and it was great. 👍 there is a swimming pool, for example, or for example, everything was beautifully done. There is only one minus and these are insects.

Thank you for the cozy atmosphere provided in the Premier-Sukhum guest house and I want to thank Ilya, Natalia Ivanovna for creating comfort.

Mini-hotel with everything you need. Friends have been more than once, they were satisfied) and we just live nearby) Bziala sha'beit😇

A good guest house near the sea (7 minutes walk), there is Wi-Fi, a bathroom with shower in the room, and a refrigerator. As a minus, I would note the lack of TV and chairs.
