Very decent and modern hotel! I was with my beloved for the New Year holidays, everything was gorgeous, many thanks to all the staff! I recommend it to everyone.

New hotel, adequate, friendly staff, everything is clean, safe, artesian water, reasonable, friendly owner, very good internet throughout the entire territory, in the rooms and in the courtyard, delicious food.

Excellent hotel, European level, no complaints, highly recommend! We'll definitely be back!

The hotel is in a quiet location. Near the sea. If you like a secluded holiday, this is the place for you.

Clean, close to the sea. There is a safe and appliances. In Sukhum the lights are often turned off; this hotel has its own transformer. There are rooms with sea and mountain views, we had a courtyard view and no balcony. Things were dried downstairs next to the laundry room. Clothes washing services are available. Bed linen and towels are crystal white! For me this is an indicator of good service. We were often changed because we were with a child. There is an ironing board and iron on the ground floor. The hotel also has a dining room. There is a cooler with cold and hot water on each floor. The manager is a polite and attentive person who knows his business. Thanks to him for everything! We stayed from September 24 to October 5, 2023, room 202.

Excellent hotel: comfortable room, good linen. Cleaning every day. The room has 2 beds, a wardrobe, a table, a refrigerator, a TV, and an air conditioner. The water is hot. The beach and promenade are 200 meters away. There is a cafe and shops nearby. 10 minutes walk to the market.

The hotel was clean, we had cleaning every day, linen was changed every 3 days. We asked for blankets, they brought us everything. The downside is the soundproofing, you could just hear everything that was happening in the next room. If your neighbors' air conditioning works, but yours doesn't, you feel like you're flying on an airplane. The view from the window certainly leaves much to be desired, but this is not the hotel's fault. 5 minutes to the sea, the beach is clean. The hotel staff clearly try to maintain service and are very friendly.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Cleaned every day. Towels and bed linen were changed. The room has a refrigerator, air conditioning, hairdryer, TV.
The hotel is quiet and peaceful.
I would especially like to praise the kitchen. The food is delicious and satisfying. Everything is clean, homely.
It's a 5 minute walk to the beach.

The hotel is located near the sea, 5 minutes walk, but very far from the city center. If you walk along the embankment, it will take about 40 minutes. There is a cafe on site where you can eat, it is open from 8:30 to 22:00. The food is delicious, the prices are average.

The hotel is located at the end of the embankment, 3 min. From the sea. Since all of Sukhum is abandoned and destroyed houses, you can’t expect beautiful landscapes here. The hotel is located on a vacant lot, the view from the windows is appropriate, and at the crossroads of roads that need to be crossed and are very inconvenient. This can be considered a disadvantage, but not critical. On the plus side, the hotel's furnishings correspond to the idea of ​​hotels. 5 floors, elevator, reception, coolers on the floor, daily cleaning. The local canteen is not the cheapest; breakfasts cost 800-1000 rubles for two, without overeating. But overall it's delicious.
I don’t know how to live in the very center, good or bad, but from here it’s quite possible to get to sights and the market on foot. We went to the beaches by public transport, it’s even interesting, someone swims on the nearest city one.
As a result, the hotel can be recommended.

We rested from 08/19/22 to 09/12/22 and did not regret choosing this hotel. The entire hotel staff is responsive and welcoming. The restaurant is great. I had to dine in many cafes and restaurants, but in Samson the food is still better. The children were happy with the food. The service is always at the highest level. At the reception they will always help and tell you. Very hospitable people work here. Cleaning is superb. Linen is changed regularly. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. We were on holiday at the Samson Hotel in July 2022. Excellent hotel, we were happy with everything. The hotel impressed with its cleanliness. There is a water cooler on each floor. There is an iron and ironing board on the ground floor. Upon request, a kettle is provided in the room. There is a restaurant on site, the cuisine is very good. Very good location: 5 minutes walk to the beach. Near the market, promenade, restaurants and cafes. Very friendly staff. Many thanks to the manager Astan, the girls administrators Vera and Lolita, as well as the administrator of the restaurant Mzia. We will definitely return to this hotel again.

Excellent hotel! We were pleased! We lived as a group of four (two adults and two children), and the room was equipped with an extra bed for the eldest child (6 years old) and a playpen for the baby.
There is everything necessary for a comfortable stay: air conditioning, safe, set of dishes, mini refrigerator, hair dryer. There is a cooler with hot and cold water on the floor.

The hotel itself is located at the very beginning of the embankment, within walking distance of the market and the main shopping street. There are public transport stops right next to the building.
Like everywhere else, there were power outages, but everything was fixed within a few minutes. There was always water in the room.
Very convenient location of the dining room-cafe, no need to leave the territory. The assortment is not very wide, but enough to try something new every day. Sometimes they offered dishes that were not on the menu, which was very pleasing.
Thanks to Samson, we will be happy to come back here again. And we will recommend!
