Sukhum Hotels near Colonnade

An iconic place, everything is clear… you can come and sit with a girl, the atmosphere, service and cuisine, everything is clear (by local standards)

We went to the restaurant, our first time here, we are not residents of the hotel.
The building itself looks very luxurious and elite.

Modern hotel in an old building. I really liked it.
The only thing is that a cabinet for cosmetics, combs, and small items would be nice near the mirror and in the bathroom.

Cozy, beautiful hotel. I would especially like to mention the breakfasts on the veranda. Later on this veranda we read books and ate fruit. Beach towels are provided. The staff is friendly.

Wonderful place with wonderful staff. Convenient location in the city center. Shops and bus stops are within walking distance. We will come again.

We vacationed in September 2022. I liked everything. Responsive staff. Quiet place. Everything is available. Cafes, shops, beach and promenade are all nearby.

Nice friendly hotel. The room is clean, comfortable and large. The breakfasts are delicious and filling. The atmosphere is relaxing. Everything is done with taste. Thanks to the manager.

Excellent hotel, in a quiet area just 150 meters from the embankment.
We booked a luxury room for our guest, we were surprised by the service, everything was at an excellent level.

We really liked everything, the service of the staff and the location 50 m from the sea, next to the Penguin coffee shop, visible from the window) ) delicious desserts in the morning)

A good place. The rooms are not the first freshness. The service is excellent. There were no complaints. Overall a solid four. Breakfast for five) )

Great hotel and hospitable hosts! Clean, spacious rooms, convenient location. We stayed three years in a row, we will come again. Esma and Timur, thank you!

I liked everything very much. Purely. Cosy. Friendly hosts responded to all our requests. There is a desire to return again.
Anastasia.

Pleasant, polite, hospitable owner. We vacation with him almost every year and are planning more.

I liked it, it’s not the first time I’ve vacationed there. The service didn’t let me down much.

The place is not bad, clean, friendly staff, has everything you need, central.

A wonderful, clean guesthouse with a great location, at the junction of two embankments—one for pedestrians, the other for the beach. The hosts are welcoming.

A great place to spend the night and take a break from excursions and the sea. The food is delicious, just like in a camp (porridge, omelettes, cheesecakes, eggs, bread and butter).

Good hotel for its price and location. You can walk to the sea and the beach in 10 minutes, there is a store nearby, and also a 20-minute walk to the market.
