My husband and I stayed in a double standard room on the second floor with a balcony. The room is quite spacious and comfortable to stay. There is air conditioning, TV, refrigerator. The bath includes a hairdryer, towels and liquid soap. There is a water cooler in the corridor.
They serve delicious breakfasts: porridge and sausages/cheesecakes/pancakes + sandwiches with butter and jam and black/green tea, they seem to make coffee upon request, but we took our own.
Cleaning is done every day.
The people here are responsive and polite.
Nearby, 5 minutes away, there is a grocery store and a very good canteen where the food is delicious. There is also a transport stop there.
15 minutes walk to the beach.
We liked everything, the only negative for us is the bed, which creaks, and the mattress.
Success and prosperity to you!

I have never seen a more terrible hotel. Well, it’s like an overnight hotel. The only advantage is the location in the center, but the exit from the hotel is directly on the road. The room is dirty, there are big problems with water, there is no shampoo or soap, the staff is boorish, the breakfast is far from Swedish, there was never any cleaning for 4 nights.

We decided to go to this hotel in Sukhum, because it has 3 stars and breakfast is included. Well, if you are going to this hotel, then there will be little good. First of all, we took a standard room, NOT ECONOMY. But I'm afraid there is no difference. The bed is terribly hard, the mattress is useless. The air conditioner works, but it is obvious that it has not been cleaned from mold, a rotten smell in the room is guaranteed. There is a cooler on the floor, but there was never any water in it. Towels, disposable soap and toiletries were, but of poor quality.
The cherry on the cake — one night our room was flooded. The faucet in the shower broke, and while I (a girl) was sleeping at night, a man who lived on the floor below with the administrator Vitaly burst into my room. While the men frantically tried to stop the flood, I was caught in my negligee, which was very unpleasant. They didn't even apologize to me.
Breakfast is an acquired taste, there is no buffet, they bring porridge (rice or oatmeal), one boiled sausage, two slices of bread, apricot jam and a small piece of butter. Instant coffee, the cheapest.
I don't recommend this hotel, you can find much better for the same money!
