Olimp Hotel

A great place to spend the night and take a break from excursions and the sea. The food is delicious, just like in a camp (porridge, omelettes, cheesecakes, eggs, bread and butter). The staff is friendly and polite.
Warm, even though we were in October. Clean, comfortable towels available. The floors are washed and cleaned every day. The only thing is that there is no door from the shower (it doesn’t close all the way), the mattress is hard, it’s difficult to fall asleep right away. There is a small refrigerator in the room, mugs, a cooler in the hallway, and a hairdryer. Playroom for children, small cozy balconies. It's a 10-minute walk in a straight line to the sea, there's a shop nearby.
Overall I liked everything, we expected the worst)

We had a standard double room with one bed, the furniture and walls were tired and required at least minimal repairs. The room is incredibly cold, the air conditioner turned on doesn’t help with the heat, it just makes my back feel cold. Towels and bed linen are stained. Breakfast is not bad, tasty (butter sandwich, porridge, cheesecakes). The staff is polite and responsive.

Good hotel for its price and location. You can walk to the sea and the beach in 10 minutes, there is a store nearby, and also a 20-minute walk to the market. Breakfast is standard, the rooms are a little tired. The downside is the sound permeability, you can hear everything that happens in the neighboring rooms.

So-so, deception with numbers, trying to relocate, straight tricks. Don't set foot here again. There is nothing except liquid soap. We were placed in a standard room, I can’t even imagine what kind of budget room it would be. Variety of breakfasts from two cereals, not a buffet. The windows are like paper, noisy. The bed is holding together, the refrigerator is just pretending to work, the ice cream has melted.

Horrible crappy hotel. Everything is old. The bed is about to collapse. Everything creaks and fails. The mattress is digging in with springs.
Shower doors are broken. The drain is clogged. The sink has water up to the sides.
Breakfast was promised as a buffet, in fact it was porridge + eggs/sausages, and so on every day. Tea is the cheapest coffee for a fee.
The seats in the dining room are all worn out, it’s like sitting in a basin, creaking and falling through.
The staff is a separate issue: they checked in an hour later than the appointed time, because we clean for you, but in fact the floor is dirty, hair is everywhere: bed, shower, refrigerator.
On the 4th day they somehow changed the towels, they said there was no bedding at all. The floors haven't been washed for 6 days, you won't be questioned.
The TV only has 1-2 programs and then only with ripples.
The hotel is located near the road, there is no sleep or rest. Exhaust fumes and cars driving around the clock, and we were still on the 4th floor, on the second the guys completely moved out of the hotel a day later.
The beach is far away, about 700 meters, the shore is rocky, muddy and dirty. It takes about 7 minutes to get to a normal beach by taxi (at the speed they all drive there), the distance is 1.2 km. There is nothing within walking distance.
In general, the vacation is ruined and not worth the money spent.

The main cleaning lady is rude, touches personal belongings, but forgets to wash the floor, there is no infrastructure nearby, far and high from the beach, no place to dry things in the room, TV with ripples, Wi-Fi only up to the 2nd floor, closets are covered in dust and smell like a deceased grandfather, hair on the bed. (Although I’m not capricious and have been to worse places)

Don't come to this hotel. If you arrive, check into the second floor. Above it there is no WI-FI. Bring water with you, as there is always no water in the cooler. Take another tool for repairing electrics, the sockets are falling out. Don't forget the antenna if you watch TV. It's quite far from the beach.

We are in Abkhazia right now. This hotel is simply terrible! It’s a pity that they believed the good reviews, probably bought it. The rooms are extremely cold, the house is stone. The water is only cold, the air conditioning does not work, the audibility is terrible, the reception staff are rude. The hope was that at least the breakfast would be normal, again everyone praises it, but it’s also bad. There is no porridge, sausage, no coffee, all the tables are in dirty dishes, they sit down with other people where there are no dishes, you don’t choose what to take, they just bring everyone the same thing, half of them refuse because they just don’t eat what they bring. The tea is the cheapest, I came for a bag during breakfast so much on me that I just need to eat there. We've been to many places and at different levels, it's all about the attitude towards the guests. Don’t be fooled by the price, it’s not the first time in Abkhazia that there are a lot of different options here at different prices, both higher and lower. I hope this review will help at least someone not to ruin their vacation, good luck to everyone. )
