— the air conditioner leaks and interferes with sleep, because it is next to the bed,
— COCKROACHES in the rooms on the 2nd floor,
— not all the lights work in the rooms, even in the superior ones, not economy.

This is the worst thing that could have happened. We spent so long preparing for our vacation, I read so many stories about the 4-star Ritz Hotel, and I was simply stunned by what I saw. There are no curtains in the room, only tulle, although a curtain is supposed to have a curtain. When I asked where the curtain was, they said no one would see you 😱😭. You wouldn't even see this in economy rooms in Abkhazia anymore. The bathroom is a whole other story; the mold can't be removed at all. Dear management, please pay attention! And the icing on the cake, there's nowhere to charge your phone, there are no outlets. Of course, in the last century there were no phones, but they claim it's a 4-star hotel 🌟 in this day and age, why such an attitude?. My vacation is ruined!
