Paradise Hotel

We stayed at the hotel in September 2024. Polite and responsive staff. Delicious varied hearty breakfasts. (Separate selection of photos of breakfasts ;) ). A beautiful well-groomed area under 24-hour security. The rooms are clean, cleaning was done every day, bed linen and towels were changed, there are also beach towels. The pool is heated, with a smooth transition of depth. There is a children's playground. Beach 6 minutes, bus stop 3 minutes walk. There are two shops on the way to the beach. The distance from the road is a plus. The beach is pebbly and sandy in places (we stocked up on aquashoes in advance). The sea is clean. The beach has its own sun loungers (but perhaps at the peak of the season there are not enough for everyone), there are also shady canopies. We dined at the hotel a couple of times and the prices are no different than in a cafe. Tasty. On the advice of the staff, we took a taxi from the hotel on an excursion and the three of us went on a tour, without picking up anyone along the way (in the end it turns out to be more profitable to travel with a taxi and an individual guide) you stop where you want, decide where to go or not for yourself. When purchasing the tour, we immediately took a transfer from the tour operator, and regretted it : (, (even though everyone in the reviews writes that you shouldn’t do this, it’s very long, they take everyone to hotels, we didn’t listen to the advice : (, ), take your own personal transfer, don’t waste time.

Vacationed with family in July 2024. I liked absolutely everything about this hotel! Excellent cuisine, beautiful and cozy hotel grounds, clean modern rooms (cleaning every day! ), a quiet 5-minute walk from the sea, free towels and sun loungers. Friendly and helpful staff! We vacationed in Abkhazia for the first time and are very glad that we chose Hotel Paradise! This is love forever) I recommend visiting this hotel!

We rested from 26.09 to 03.10.23, we liked everything, delicious breakfast, beautiful territory, very polite and attentive staff. The holiday coincided with my birthday, I received congratulations from the hotel, which was very nice. We lived in a wooden log house and liked everything. Well, the sea is fabulous, clean, beautiful. We will definitely come again, I recommend it.

The impressions of the place were excellent. Beautiful and well-kept area, polite staff, rooms are quite modern by the standards of the south. But the big disadvantage is strong audibility. Perhaps we were unlucky with our neighbors, but for the first 3 nights we heard loud conversations and laughter until 6 am. The following nights were calmer (or maybe we were already used to it). I would like to improve this point.
Otherwise everything is fine, breakfast is quite generous. The sea is nearby and the beach is excellent, not crowded.
It takes about 6 minutes to get there, but the road is not entirely convenient. There was no paved footpath along the highway.
It is located in relative proximity to the center, there are bus and minibus stops nearby.

We rested from 31.07 to 12.08 2023.
For anyone traveling on a package from a tour operator, I advise you to take your own transfer rather than travel with other vacationers. Because we arrived at 17.10, and arrived at the hotel only at 23.00. They won’t be able to feed you anymore, you had to order something in advance, but of course we didn’t know that. There are 2 shops in the vicinity, one until 20, the other until 23.00. So you will have to go to sleep hungry if you didn’t take anything. Decide for yourself whether you want to live away from the city. Because buses to the market cost 100, 50 and 35. And at night we took a taxi to the hotel for 1000 rubles. 15 minutes of travel by the way. And excursions from Instagram will be a couple thousand more expensive due to the location. Instead of 2200 we went for 3700.
Let's start with the cons:
— No sound insulation. You will wake up from any stomping of your neighbors, especially if there are children there.
— Bad Internet connection. Although they work extremely poorly on the territory of 2 access points, plus they do not have a password, it is unsafe.
— Bad mattresses in the bed, periodically my back hurt.
— Breakfast. 1 time was not bad: 2 pancakes and 2 casseroles, they were delicious. Everything else: porridge, vitamin salads, watermelon, sandwiches and scrambled eggs — tasteless and bland.
— No leisure time + sometimes the lights may turn off.

We had a family vacation at the end of August and really enjoyed everything. Thanks to the staff for a great stay. The cuisine is top notch. Swimming pool on site, sea 5 minutes walk. The beach is equipped with sun loungers from the hotel, the sea is clean, there were few people.

Vacationed with my family this summer. We had enormous pleasure. Among the advantages I would like to highlight: the beach is 3 minutes from the hotel, polite staff and cleanliness of the rooms. We rented a suite. I really liked the concept of wooden houses, we love this style. They wrote that there were ants, but we didn’t notice any during the week of our stay. Before this, we vacationed in Gagra for 5 years, by the standards of Abkhazia it is certainly 5 stars. We recommend!

We vacationed in June. Amazingly large area, secure parking. We lived in a standard room. The room is spacious with a balcony. Room cleaning was at the highest level, towels were changed every day. Breakfast was included in the price. Special thanks to the chefs, the cuisine is very tasty. We will definitely come again.

I rested with my boyfriend for 7 days in this hotel. We were very pleased with our trip. The hotel area is quite quiet and village-like, there won't be many beach restaurants or clubs. There is a quiet, calm and peaceful atmosphere here; in the morning the cows of the local residents come out to graze; we have seen horses several times.
The beach is sandy, there are no restrictions on buoys, it is possible to rent a sun lounger on the beach. The sea is clean, the view of the mountains is breathtaking.
Pros:
-Delicious cafe, with traditional and more familiar dishes.
-Friendly and helpful staff.
-Opportunity to smoke hookah and drink cocktails on warm evenings, after walks.
-Close to the sea. Convenient access to the water.
— Possibility of organizing excursions through the hotel.
-Large portions in the cafe.
-The rooms are clean, with a beautiful view. Daily housekeeping is provided. There is a TV to which you can connect your own flash drive or a DVD with movies.
-There is a small and neat swimming pool on the territory. Very green area, many fruit trees and various flowers, the lawn is looked after.
The kitchen deserves special comments. If it's always delicious, fresh, homemade cheese, dough, butter. Very tasty, it’s even a pity that you can’t eat a lot at once. The portions are quite large. Prices are affordable (compared to Moscow). For those who are planning to travel: you can order dishes at breakfast for a convenient time for you for the whole day.

We vacationed with friends in May 2022. The hotel is located in the suburbs of the capital. Very well-groomed and large area, a lot of greenery and flowers. Breakfast is super, not a buffet, but very filling and tasty. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately we were unlucky with the weather, but we will return to you in August.
