My vacation at the Paradise Hotel in September 2025 left me with the warmest memories. They greeted me, took care of me, responded immediately to my slightest request, surrounded me with attention, and congratulated me on my birthday, which fell during my vacation. For my birthday, we booked a restaurant in Sukhumi, but a storm began, with rain and hail. The taxi drivers were unwilling and unable to go. They drove us into town, but picking us up was problematic. The receptionists were in touch with us, the taxi drivers, and the restaurant staff all evening. They picked us up and, under their sensitive guidance, delivered us to the hotel, showing us warmth and hospitality. A huge, huge thank you to them for that! And the receptionists are absolutely beautiful! The hotel is clean and tidy, not only in the rooms but also throughout the grounds. Everything is fragrant, neatly trimmed, and well-maintained. It's simply pleasant to stroll through the garden. The rooms are cleaned daily, the food is excellent, and there's nothing to complain about. The shashlik, grilled vegetables, and soups were perfectly prepared. The breakfasts were thoughtful: freshly squeezed tangerine juice, watermelon, cottage cheese, eggs, and porridge. The hotel owners promptly resolved any issues. It was a great pleasure visiting. The girls with such beautiful names—Laura, Saida, Ilona, and Anzhelika—are not only beautiful on the outside, but even more so at heart!
