Vesna Hotel

The Spring hotel offers an interesting holiday in Abkhazia with an emphasis on beach pleasure and sightseeing tours. We liked the excursion “Seven Wonders of the Land of the Soul”; it was very informative and exciting. Interaction with the staff left a positive impression. I recommend staying at the Vesna Hotel for those who want a joint vacation and cultural acquaintances!

Loved this hotel!
The rooms are cozy, the breakfasts are delicious and varied. The staff is friendly and attentive. From the window there is a beautiful view of the city. We had dinner and breakfast at a local canteen: the food was decent, and everything was already included in the price.
I will definitely come back here again — excellent value for money. And the location is ideal: close to the sea, the beach, Old Gagra, excursions and you can always quickly catch a taxi.

We rested here as part of the “Seven Wonders of the Country of the Soul” excursion tour. I liked everything, the hotel is conveniently located, close to the sea infrastructure. The rooms are good, clean. The food is decent. The excursions are amazing, the whole family is happy.

We stayed at the Vesna Hotel this year and were very pleased! Excellent location right on the seashore in Abkhazia. We took the excursion tour “Seven Wonders of the Country of the Soul” — it was simply unforgettable, we saw so many beautiful places! I would like to note the excellent work of the staff, especially Anatoly and Christina — they are always ready to help and answer all questions. We will definitely come back again!

My friends and I spent a long time choosing a place to spend our vacation. After consulting with our parents, they recommended this hotel to us. The service is good, the staff is polite, we had a great time with friends.

Excellent rooms, breakfast for every taste. Very pleasant service from all the staff. View of the city from the room window. We had breakfast and dinner in the dining room inside the hotel, a la carte, not bad at all. Everything was included in the price. I'll definitely come back here again. Because price = quality and location of the hotel are excellent. Within walking distance are taxis, old Gagra, excursion attractions, the sea and the beach.

Stayed for 3 nights with family. There were no problems with check-in. The room is clean and comfortable. Shower, refrigerator, air conditioning work. Cafe with beautiful views of the sea and mountains. The cuisine is very tasty. The staff is responsive and friendly. The beach is across the road with various cafes and restaurants. Prices are reasonable everywhere. We will recommend this place to everyone.

The hotel is well renovated, has a modern design, a nice courtyard, the rooms are comfortable: there is a hairdryer, a mini set for personal hygiene, a TV, a kettle.
The location of the hotel is very convenient within walking distance of a pharmacy, market, cafe, beach, city center.
The sea is across the road, the beach coastline is quite large, with all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay, many cafes and areas for children's recreation with slides, trampolines and etc.
The hotel employs the kindest and most friendly people, professionals in their field!

Expressing my deep gratitude to the hotel staff. I would like to note that everyone is very friendly and polite, so an atmosphere of good relaxation and good mood is created.
The administrator Milana is smiling and responsive, she checked in quickly; if any questions arose, she resolved them with ease.
Many thanks to Armen for the delicious and varied cuisine, the barbecue and vegetables on the grill are just the bomb!
A huge THANK YOU to Bella for the cozy family atmosphere, kindness, warmth and care! I cried when I left… I hug and kiss the hands of this wonderful lady a lot!
The hotel is new, 15 minutes from the center, the rooms have everything you need, cleaning is done daily, on the ground floor there is a relaxation area where you can spend time in the evening with a cup of tea and discuss current affairs. There is a cozy restaurant on the top floor; in the evening we only had dinner there; we didn’t want to go anywhere else at all. There is also a terrace with sun loungers where you can sunbathe.
Pharmacy, shop, market (where you can buy fruit) are a 10-minute walk away. Across the road is the sea, the beach is really not equipped with sun loungers, but there are almost no people and you can relax in silence and enjoy the sea, then a long promenade begins with many restaurants, cafes and equipped beaches for every taste.
Abkhazia is very beautiful and vast, all myths have been dispelled!

Visually the hotel looks interesting. But! There are no windows, glass doors that open into the common hall, so they are always forced to be closed with curtains. Located in a swamp. Therefore, no fumigators can save you from mosquitoes. It's damp, you might say. Laundry takes a very long time to dry even on a dryer in the yard. The service is excellent! The staff is wonderful. Clean, linen changed frequently. The food is monotonous. Edible, but no more. Gets bored quickly. Fresh. The hotel is definitely not for a beach holiday. We were on a tour with excursions, so it was tolerable. In any case, we will not come again and will not recommend it to others.

Good hotel. Friends were vacationing there, but it’s very damp, you just walk in and it smells.

We are currently living in this hotel. We have been here since August 9, leaving the day after tomorrow (August 26). How many times have we reproached ourselves for not reading reviews and believing everything they write. The hotel is very good! Our room is two-room and has everything you need. The breakfasts are quite decent, Armen cooks wonderfully. We came to dinner with friends several times, for a fee) Simply gorgeous, tasty, cooked with soul! Cheaper than local restaurants! Bella cleans the rooms. A wonderful person, the children adore her.
We rented a car and went to Mocha. The sea is clean, the beach is excellent!
I may have written chaotically, but it’s the truth). We have vacationed in different countries, and we agree that Abkhazia is still far from Turkish, Egyptian, and Thai service, but there are still very worthy places here!

The hotel is located away from the center, on a noisy road, near the old technical port, at the end of the embankment. Apart from the friendly girl at the reception, nothing good for the mentioned 4.8t per day. Atrium type rooms, facing the courtyard, without normal windows. Close to the sea, but not a place for swimming.

We stayed there for three nights before the May holidays in 2022. I really liked the service, helpful staff, the hotel itself looks new, just built. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The photographs displayed about the hotels reflect reality. Breakfasts are good portions and tasty.

An excellent, hospitable hotel in Sukhum.
We arrived in the spring morning, were greeted like family, immediately accommodated and fed. The staff is friendly and welcoming, it seemed like I was vacationing with friends.
The rooms are clean, freshly renovated.
Breakfast is delicious, usually porridge and cottage cheese/cheese cakes, buns, coffee/tea, sometimes omelet, croutons, fruit. In my opinion, everything that is usually eaten for breakfast, I don’t share the reviews that are dissatisfied with breakfast)
There is an embankment across the road, which is very nice to walk along in the evenings, but yes, that beach is not the most comfortable entry into the sea.
If you go a little to the right (15 minutes walk), nearby is the excellent Delmare beach, where you can go for the whole day. If you have a car, you can go to Mocha.
But the location allows you to explore Sukhum on foot, which was a big plus for me.
I saw negative reviews that it was difficult to cross the road, but this is not a problem for Vesna specifically. According to my observations, in Abkhazia all the highways are high-speed and you can only cross when they “wink” at you with high beams and in some places in Sukhum where there are traffic lights)
