I don't know yet. The rooms are not so big. I was staying at the best western. On n1st rooms bigger and nicer. And free breakfast good breakfast. And cheaper. The only reason I'm staying here. I thought it will be more luxury. Because your paying more. But I wish I would of stayed at bw.

It’s nice, clean and it’s quiet. There’s tons of low lighting in the rooms and they are roomy. The beds are comfortable. The only thing we wish it had is a freezer inside of the refrigerator. Bought some popsicles for our son for his bedtime routine and had to toss all but 4. Oh well. The pool is freezing the hot tub is hot. There were some very unruly high school kids by the pool. Their language was so fowl we had to leave and go to our rooms. The staff are really nice and the rooms are great.

We left this morning at 9 am and returned at 9 pm to an room that hadn’t been cleaned. I love paying $150 for an unclean room. Thanks Hilton!

Highly recommend staying here. I’ll be back next time I’m in town.

The suite was nice, clean and spacious. A decent view, of Yakima's main street. Great food, even better breakfast. However, you must request breakfast to be included in your room reservations… it's not complimentary! it's the best place to stay in Yakima!

The Hilton garden inn was suitable. They were very accommodating with a slightly early check in. There was nothing bad about the stay but nothing to make it memorable either.

Honestly, have been to much nicer Hilton Garden Inns… This one seemed somewhat dated. My room was comfortable, but the place could use a little updating. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel, great rooms and within walking distance to many shops, boutiques and restaurants.

The location was central in town and perfect for our needs. The staff were amazing and handled everything we requested. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy.

I Really liked most things about our stay at this hotel. The rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was VERY good. The parking however is terrible. The lot is small and often full but parking a big suburban in the small parking garage was a bit difficult.

A solid hotel with an oasis hidden away. The rooms are spacious, clean and well designed. The hidden surprise is the pool, hot tub and gym. Yes the pool is small, but the hot tub is a good size and the gym is small but quite functionally. It is rarely used and is wonderfully clean. A nice place to hang after a long day at the conference center. Oh yes, they put out wonderful homemade cookies at the front desk.

Incredible staff! Rooms were spacious and clean, looked like they maybe upgrading, carpet was old, but clean, bathroom seemed brand-new! I will go back.

Most excellent. Soft beds, clean linens, plenty of soft and medium pillows. Dark, quite room at night. Love the layout of the floors. Hall's are big and you aren't running into people with all their luggage. Plenty of exits from every floor. Easy way to get down to parking without going through lobby from 2nd level. Tasty healthy breakfast options made to order. Nice pool and hot tub.

Nice lobby with friendly staff, but the rooms need some improvement. Perhaps new carpet would do it. But over all the experience is great and it is a nice hotel.

Not such a great night's sleep! I stayed with at the Hilton Garden Inn Yakima location this past Saturday night, and at around 10pm, the fire alarm started going off. Now, it turns out it was a false alarm, and that a kid had pulled it as a prank. I acknowledge that the hotel staff had no control over that kid, but I was appalled that there seemed to be an utter lack of hotel responsibility. A bunch of guests exited the side door only to stand in the cold with no direction. …The hotel next door ended up letting us in from the cold, but no one from the Hilton even came to see if guests had exited the building! We eventually went around font to find a ton of people just milling around in the lobby, many of which seemed to have stopped to pack their belongings and get dressed before leaving their rooms. The staff were calmly carrying on and proving little information. Finally, we were allowed to go back to our rooms, but about 15 minutes later, the alarm started going off again! And then it stopped, and then it started again in earnest. We spent more time outside in the cold, again with no staff members checking to see that people left the building. We went back about 20 minutes later to be told that they couldn't figure out how to turn off and reset the original alarm. Regarless of whether it was a false alarm or a real fire, the fire safety protocol seemed non-existent.

Always clean, nice size rooms and very comfortable beds. Price can be a little high at times but for the location you can not get much better. Only downside with this hotel is they do charge you for parking.

I've stayed here and been to a catered event. Both experiences were excellent! The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the food is delicious. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Rude rude rude front desk ladies. They ignored me for 10 minutes while they gossip and talked about guys that worked there. And when they were done talking. I was treated as if I was bothering them to do there damm job! and then in the middle of helping me she had to get back on her phone to answer text messages. What a Joke! I would rather sleep in my truck then go back to that place. Save your money folks it aint worth it! I just walked out and they didn't care one bit.

Love coming here as a local resident to have dinner un the restaurant. The service is always very good and so is the food. Its also always so quiet, I dont think people think about going to the hotel for dinner. Definitely a hidden gem.

Nice clean rooms and close to downtown dining. Hotel also has a decent menu if you want to stay in.

The inn was awesome. Nice views of adjoining buildings. Located in downtown near some excellent food.

Day staff is great! Night staff not so great! Rude even when you show your key! I stay here every other week and she is not kind or helpful! Just plain rude!

Fairly basic hotel, but it's clean and comfortable. We were especially impressed with the staff, and especially with Crystal Johnson — she was extremely efficient and competent. We had an issue with Expedia and she handled them on the phone with patience and grace. About the hotel itself: it's located in the old mall, and it's in a central location of town, walkable to the Capitol Theater and many good restaurants. We have stayed there several times. There is a fairly small parking lot just off the street and also parking below the hotel (vehicles need to be under 7 feet tall).

Room was nice and clean, because of location it wasnt to easy to find a door to get in. I parked 2 blocks away and walked to check in. Buffet breakfast was excellent.

Rooms and stay were fine. But when we left the garage the arm on the gate came down on my car and damaged it. Hopefully Hilton will fix the damages to my car like they said.

Stayed here for a local event. Breakfast isn't included, but there are plenty of fast food joints and diners in walking distance. Service was friendly and attentive. Loses a star for slow elevators and weird parking arrangement.

Nice place, parking lot full, had to park on side street. Delicious made to order omelettes, breakfast buffet. Props to Sergio in dining room. Very accommodating. Give the guy a raise!

Hilton… shame on you! Arrived to check in after driving 6 hours to find out you had overbooked your night because "some guests dont show up". The front desk clerk said she called the Ledgestone Hotel and made a reservation but upon arrival, they did not have a reservation in their system and were in the middle of a night audit. If I were a Hilton member… you could have given me points but because I am not… offered me nothing for your "mistake", not even a cookie. Just a snarky and insincere, "sorry". I travel to the area frequently for work but will not be booking through your establishment in the future! But, thanks for showing me a great alternative at the Ledgestone. The staff there were friendly, stopped their audit and gave me a room for much less than what you quoted. Nicer establishment too.

Clean. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Parking is an issue. Small lot on the side fills up and you have to park in an underground parking garage. They charge you $5 to park there.

The hotel was nice and met my expectations — I mean, it's a Hilton. What I didn't expect was the sad condition of the surrounding area. There were so many closed and boarded up business establishments — this hotel is located in part of a mall that has been closed since 2003! Apparently there were efforts in 2008 to revitalize the area, but that was unfortunate timing. For now there is art work in many of the windows facing Yakima Ave. An attempt to make the places seem not so deserted-looking. I feel the area is ripe for becoming a better tourist destination, what with the rich soil for vineyards and all of the hops that are grown here, but it has yet to be fully taken advantage of. I hope things pick up — it is an otherwise charming city! And of course, it has a nice Hilton.

Got in late and left early. It was a clean and comfortable place to spend the night. Desk stadf were courteous and friendly. Stayed in the 4th floor. View of the town was nice at night. Great water pressure.

Service was wonderful. The room was nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable and the pillows were hard to leave!

We stayed overnight while in town to enjoy some of the local breweries. The staff was very friendly and responsive when our first room had a broken a/c. They immediately sent someone up to check on the unit, then relocated us to a different room with a functioning unit. The new room was clean & comfy We were also grateful for the breakfast vouchers provided, and definitely enjoyed our fill before checking out!

Really pleased. The staff were all great. One offered to princess carry me over the threshold of the room. This was after a/c unit snafu. We were quickly moved and given breakfast vouchers as an apology (which was super nice of them). Hotel was quiet, clean, And decorated nicely. Would stay at again.

It was nice a room, but the bathroom fan didn't work! We want to sit outside, cause it was nice sunny day! But nowhere to sit in the front outside, so we had to sit outside on the side of the hotel! We didn't like coming all the way round to the front to get back into the hotel! To get our drinks! In all it was real nice!

I would recommend this place for anyone passing through. Clean, friendly and good food, service is excellent, & of course great bartenders! Happy New Year!

Great place to stay, very small amount of road noise. Excellent service, great breakfast, slightly pricey for Yakima but demand was high so they had no lack of customers. Would stay again.

Very comfortable accommodations with attentive and helpful staff.

I went to a meet and greet for a new company in the Hilton conference room it was very nice and they provided fresh fruit and refreshments. If I was visiting I would stay in the Hilton hotel.

Enjoyed the conference room, was only there for an hour, but everything seemed well kept and the staff was friendly.

I've been eating breakfast here for quite a while. It is all you can eat for a very affordable price; guaranteed that you will come back! Get there early, they pack them in!

Excellent location, walking distance to great restaurants. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

Nice hotel. The hot tub was under repairs and the restaurant has gone down in qualty. I have stayed there many times. In the future I will eat elsewhere.

Wi-Fi had a very low signal and there was a fee, no exhaust fan in bathroom, and a little expensive for the buffet style breakfast although the food and service were excellent. Convenient location and great selection of nearby restaurants, more than sufficient parking, staff provided excellent customer service.

Had stayed here before and was pleased. This time… totally different story. Made a reservation for a room with a king bed for two nights and told the man handling the reservation we wanted the top floor and he confirmed the room, the king bed AND the floor. Upon attempting to check in, the woman at the desk told us he failed to note the top floor aspect of our reservation and said she had only one room with a king and it was on the second floor. I expressed my displeasure but since it was well after 11:00 P. M. And my wife and I were very tired, said we'd take it. She gave us two keys and sent us to room 217. The keys did not work and I took them back downstairs and told her so. I also told her I was now even more displeased. She called a maintenance worker who met us outside the room. He could not get our keys to work either and used his master key to open the door saying he'd bring up working keys shortly. Upon entering the room, I saw TWO beds. I then noticed shoes and other clothing on the floor and someone in one of the beds! I exited the room and went downstairs AGAIN and told the woman she put us in an occupied room! Even though exhausted, we were not about to stay in this facility. She said we'd not be billed and I agreed that would be in the best interest of the hotel. I acknowledge that by this time, my degree of frustration and exhaustion resulted in me getting a little profane for which I apologize.

Free cookies, clean hotel and excellent staff. Within walking distance to many food options. Rooms are spacious. No onsite ATM, Wi-Fi does not work well and a bit noisy of a location. One of the top hotels Yakima has to offer.

We have been on an extended stay due to work, The staff at Hilton Garden Inn have went above and beyond expectations to make sure we are satisfied. From front desk to restaurant staff to housekeeping everyone has made sure we are comfortable. Very friendly, just an over all amazing experience.

The front desk staff were amazing. Polite, professional, helpful, and attentive. The cleaning staff were also great. The room was clean, the food was fresh, and the parking was plentiful. I enjoyed my stay, and I plan to stay there on my return business trips to Yakima.

They charge for fast speed internet but not provide one. Unfortunately.

The Hilton Garden Inn staff was wonderful. The front desk staff was welcoming and very nice to two tired travellers, my daughter and myself, when we checked in. The breakfast staff was very gracious as well. The room was clean and as a Hilton Honors member, they had a couple of nice cold bottles of water waiting for us as well. What really set them apart however, was when I realized that I had left an irreplaceable item in the hotel after I had left. When I called they searched the room and couldn't find it, but then called later and said that the hotel cleaning staff had found it and turned it in! They helped me arrange for its return promptly. Most hotels are pretty good at the basics, but the people at this one, really went the extra mile to help me. I will be a Hilton Honors member for life, if I have any say in the matter.

I enjoyed this place it was comfortable and the view was also nice especially at night when I would play my guitar and piano.

Over priced. For this price I expected something better than the surround holiday inns and other hotels. Its the same but actually worse. No free breakfast, no bath fans, hot tub is way too shallow, road noise. Its just another hotel with a famous name. I will not come back.

A cubic zirconia in the rough. Not quite a diamond, but for the area I was pleasantly surprised. The staff definitely make this property a gem. It's unfortunate that I probably won't be back because of the area (very underwhelming), but the staff were delightful.

Check in was very fast. Staff very friendly. My room was comfortable and clean. Heating/cooling system very manageable and comfortable. Breakfast was good and service excellent. I would have no problem going back to the Hilton.

I love having lunch at the cafe with my friends! The two ladies who work Tuesday-Friday are two of the best waitresses I've ever had. Food is great, prices are good. What more can you ask.
