The rooms are so spacious, clean and comfortable. Slept like a baby. Beautifully decorated and the historic photographs are wonderful. Impressive breakfast and wine tasting included. Many restaurants within walking distance. Excellent stay.

Best big rooms and beds in Yakima. And if you are a wine person, it’s a great springboard.

GREAT place to stay! The amenities were amazing; Delicious ice tea and fresh cookies on arrival, lovely hot teas to choose from and coffee out all the time in lobby, coming back later in evening to different fresh cookies and coffee and hot or cold tea! Front desk ladies always so helpful and kind. Beautiful room!

It's a Beautiful Vintage hotel in the heart of Downtown Yakima. If you're wanting to enjoy a comfortable yet classic hotel this is it.

Nice looking and clean hotel. Nice room and friendly staff. But found it a bit expensive.

This is a hotel that wants to be great but is unwilling to invest in the extra effort to achieve such a goal. This process will be hard especially since customer satisfaction is a moving target. The underlying structure of the building is very wonderful and the location is great also. The front desk staff is robotic and perfunctory of attitude. We were locked out of our room and the parking garage on the second day of our stay which caused parking difficulties and 20 minutes of wasted time making us late for a special dinner. My wife and I believe a better mattress could be found at a motel 6. It was so soft that we were both folded up like clams. The shower stall is large and has half of a wall rather than a door which means turning on the water while standing in the shower and having no idea of how hot or cold the water might be. The artwork looks very cheap because it is. The telephones didn't work and appear to be some kind of cordless junk from the 1980s. My advice would be to focus on the basic items that matter and forget about pushing wine. Our next visit to Yakima will find us at the Holiday Inn.

Love the restoration of this property, a very nice hotel in the heart of downtown Yakima, Tv's were to small for the size of the room, they ran out of Red Wine to sell and serve in the lobby but all else was fantastic, the stairway was a walkback in time, loved the lobby and can't wait for the top floors to be completed so we can see the architecturally beautiful inner chamber… Within walking distance to numerous restaurants.

The location was fantastic, and I was within walking distance to everything that I needed. Check-in was simple, as well as check out. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, spacious, and clean. I enjoyed my stay in, and I would definitely stay again.

Very clean, wine, cookies and other drinks are available in the lobby. Smaller hotel right in downtown Yakima, walking distance to nearly everything. Breakfast is included in the room fee and is very good. Took a while to find parking, but staff was able to point us in the right direction fairly quickly.

A unique stay experience, elements that harken back to French inns and hotels. A nice break from the typical hotel/motel stay in Central WA.

The room was large, spacious and comfortable. Great location for walking to local restaurants. Only issue we had during our stay was with the cable. Not the best connection. Although everything else was lovely and the small breakfast options were simple, yet thoughtful. Also our stay came with a complimentary tasting ticket for their featured local wine or cider. I would recommend this place.

Hotel Maison is a quality establishment! Their service was very good, and we enjoyed our stay while on a business trip in the area. The beds are comfy and the decor is stylish, but not opulent. It felt just right for a business trip. The employee at the desk was very helpful about letting us know what was in town and how to get there. That was greatly appreciated! The only thing I believe I wish would be improved is the amount of water flow from the shower head. I felt like I had to take twice as long to rinse because there wasn't as much as I'm used to. Overall, it was a superb experience and I would stay there again for sure.

We stayed at Hotel Maison on July 15th. We checked out at noon at 3pm July 16th. I realized I left a dress draped for the chair in our room. I called the hotel to inquire about my dress, was put on hold and then told the dress was gone. Gone? In a three hour window from a locked room? I was told they would look for the dress and call me back, never happened. I called back twice, nobody seemed to care that the dress was gone, from the manager to the front desk person. Of course it is my fault that I forgot the dress, however I don’t understand how a dress can simply vanish, or that the staff could care less. Top it off TV didn’t work and internet was terrbile. Needdless to say, we did not have a great experience.

Cute hotel the middle of downtown. Rooms and service was great, and the complimentary breakfast was great!

Easy to find with a nice parking garage. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are extremely clean and spacious with modern furniture. Our only regret is that we could only stay one night. Highly recommended!

Nice hot2wl. Great breakfast. The maintenance man was the most friendly am2d knowledgeable about the city and what to do. He should be the manager or at least the concierge.

The hotel lobby and public area are beautiful but the rooms are not worth what you pay. It appears upscale, but isn't. The windows in the rooms are odd and too high to be of much use. They are also single paned, which allows LOTS of outside noise — construction and a main thoroughfare. It's an historic building which they tried to convert. Would be a decent place if the prices were more resonable.

Beware of "corner" rooms — not worth the price. Windows are odd with very little airy feel. We stayed in 301, windows were at armpit height for me. Could not see anything but sky or ugly building when sitting. Upgrade suites were roomy (viewed one after seeing our room) but 2 small creepy windows. Needless to say we shortened our stay from 4 nights to one and stayed elsewhere for the remainder of our time in Yakima. In summary the hotel appears nice, and kind of is, complimentary glass of wine is a nice touch, but the rooms are nowhere near worth the price you pay. Btw — the luggage cart had a flat tire, seriously? Bring your bicycle pump. Morning arrived with the soothing sound of traffic on the road. Do not stay here or at least be aware you will not likely get what you paid for.

Super clean and very open feeling rooms. Very good breakfast and facilities. One of the better hotels I've stayed in for sure.

The hotel was great. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. We came here for our anniversary. I would highly recommend this hotel anyone traveling you to Yakima.

This hotel is trying to be a luxury hotel in Yakima. I would assume they are trying to cater to tourists who are coming for a wine vacation. This hotel is very disappointing. The hotel rooms are cheaply furnished, there is no restaurant, the cost of the rooms is higher than other local hotels and the staff do not rise to the level of a luxury brand. We were so disappointed on many levels. I think it is quite frankly a scam to cater to tourists who think they are getting a luxury brand, and then provide the product of a two or possibly three star hotel. Even the coffee pods are of poor quality and you get one small creamer. I have cancelled my future reservation at this hotel and will stay elsewhere. Too bad, as Yakima really needs a luxury hotel that caters to wine tourists.

Hotel itself is beautiful. It's an old Masonic Lodge in downtown Yakima converted into a historic, spacious, hotel. The staff was overall very friendly, courteous, yet at times aloof. Easy walking distance to some fun restaurants in the core of the city. Overall I'd absolutely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

My stay was over night for a company function. I loved the interior design and the rooms were nice. The amenities were nice as well. The only complaint would be that I called the front desk for additional K cups of coffee. I never got them.

Me and my husband stayed here for two nights in our honeymoon and absolutely loved it. The front counter receptionists were amazing, so polite, courteous, and professional. The hotel itself was beautifully remodeled but still had character from its historic past. The best part is there are only thirty or so rooms to stay in so there is never too many guest or too much noise at once and remained very quiet during our stay. We loved our room it was definitely on the larger side and was just beautiful, as well as the breakfast in the morning, just delicious! Will definitely be staying here again and have already recommended it to all my family and friends.
