I made friends here owner nice and am safe here.

Quiet and convient whenever for HOSPITAL stay didn't realize it was their ACTUALLY. Don't pay attention as I got off freeway coming into town.

We enjoyed how humorously unfancy this stay was. The breakfast was quiet small.

No tolitpaper no towels and no way to reach the office disgrace.

Bad place to stay… lots of drugs and prostitution. Lots of cops coming and going all the time. If you wanna party sure go there but you'll probably get kicked out if you're obvious.

The T. V. Was seriously outdated and had about 6 channels, I believe the t. V. S were from the early 80's. The toilet seats were stained and burned, the towels were yellow stained in color and the heat would switch back and forth between hot and cold. The price was ok, I guess it goes back to the old saying "you get what you pay for"

Great motel, lovely service, the housekeeper is extremely friendly. The owner is also very nice. Would highly recommend. The people that dislike the place may have a bias since they dont accept crackheads.

At fist this place was great. Stayed there for about 7 nights total. The first 2 nights we stayed in 212. Clean. Everything was new. It was good. Then we left for a night and came back and got put in 203… My son woke up with bites all over him. I looked and looked or an hour and found nothing until I lifted up the box spring and found a bed bug festive. There was bug poop all over the wood and so many bed bugs. I got vasiline and managed to get what I could see atleast like 15 of them, and took them up to the office where the lady in the office told me she had no other rooms she could move us too. I had to call my mom and have her complain for us get a new room. Then they only refunded me for one night even though we had been sleeping in the room for 2 nights. I had to spend money washing clothes toys everything. My son had bites all over his body it was horrible. The price is good. But not when you have to sleep with bed bugs! I was told I couldn't come back on the property and that they would no longer rent to me. Oh! And the Wi-Fi didnt work. Ever. It was so slow we had to walk to the lobby to see se it… Hahahahha. Joke. Don't stay here if you don't Wang bed bugs!

The hotel is not bad from my experiences. The customer service was exceptional and had all the amenities I required. The rooms had microwaves, refrigerators, decent beds and bathrooms, and most importantly for me, blackout curtains and quiet rooms. For the price, this hotel is well worth it.

The rooms were very clean and everyone was friendly. The check in was quick and easy.

The room is clean and quiet, and overall the property is very nice for such a reasonable price, however this has to be the worst most uncomfortable mattress I've ever slept on. For that reason, I won't ever stay here again.

My stay was an overall good experience. Was there all week for 3 weeks. Every place could be a little better but this one had clean beds clean rooms good housekeeping microwave safe refrigerator. You can't get a better deal for around 50 bucks. Three things though need new lamps, electrical outlets are loose and need to be replaced, pillows and beds are hard. But some people like that :-).

Great front desk staff, our room had a fridge and microwave, very close to Target which was handy. Would stay again for sure.

Just the worst. I've stayed at this motel, when visiting Yakima, for the last four years. This was the last time. In fact, I had a reservation for the next week, which I cancelled. This place is in desperate need of an upgrade. Everything is old and used up. The front desk person I dealt with had no idea what was going on. I stayed one night and ended up with over $500 in charges that I still haven't figured out. Just stay away if you value your sanity. The motel next door cost the same but had a pool and much nicer rooms.

The room was warm and cozy and clean. The bed dipped down severely in the middle, I told my husband must be a popular place! We slept in the dip in the bed cause you just kind of roll there as you sleep. One Prostitute worked out side the front of the hotel which has nothing to do with the quality of the hotel. (we saw her when we walked down the street to dinner and back) We love the cozy feeling of breakfast in the morning. We are repeat customers cause we Love the Place.

It was clean; it is by two top flight motels so is in a good area; the room was clean and comfortable; the breakfast was OK. I liked the place and the price and would stay there again.

We always enjoy staying at Guesthouse Inn Yakima. I am impressed that it always seems full. I guess others appreciate the courtesy as much as we do. The secret is out.
