Staff was nice, rooms were comfortable, and breakfast was good.

This Marriott property was great. The common areas and rooms were spotless. Esmeralda at the front desk was very professional, friendly and helpful. We will be back to the Fairfield Inn in Yakima.

Clean, but front part of suite is super tight if you use the sofa bed. Friendly staff and great breakfast.

Omg! The best hotel to spent as many days you can! Good sleep, good service, good food, and the choices you have to eat going out of the building. Nice people specially the lady at the front Desk, she was there at 4:30 I guess on the 15 and she was there early the next day tired but still giving us her best. I love ❤️ it.

I was attending a conference at the convention center. The hotel was close enough but not in the middle of town. Perfect location to me. The staff was great and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Well-located near downtown, this Fairfield Inn is the only Marriott brand in Yakima. It's clean and comfortable here. The rooms are slightly small — they couldn't take rollaways. They do have connected rooms and accessible facilities here. We were in an accessible room. It was fine, but the shower grates are misaligned and water leaks around the bathroom. Parking is free here, they have a complimentary breakfast buffet and the lobby is pleasant. While not a posh Marriott, I would stay here again when in town.

Always ridiculously friendly at check in. A great experience. Bob's burgers close by is not bad, though they close a little early. Very well located.

Very nice room, quiet, comfortable. Staff very efficient. Easy access, good parking. Nice to see the American flag displayed in front if hotel.

Friendly staff at check in and out. The hotel has complimentary breakfast and free coffee at all times which is great! Small gym but it has free weights and cardio machines. The room was average and overall cleanliness was average as well.

Love Fairfield inn. Simple accommodations with all the necessities. This particular one had a great spread for breakfast. Staff was very helpful. It is kinda of hard to find, but don't let that stop you from staying at some nice digs. Clean, modern, safe.

Thus was a nice hotel. It is less than a mile from downtown. The lobby was welcoming and the staff was friendly ans helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. The was a decent complimentary breakfast in the morning. Not a bad place to spend a night in Yakima, WA.

The rooms were very nice. The beds we're also very comfortable. There is little floor space in rooms with two beds but it was an overall good experience. However the breakfast starts at 7 which is later than most hotels.

Nice clean rooms! Definitely found my hotel of choice in Yakima, finally! Only downfall — If you stay on the first floor beware of the outside lights, you cannot shut the curtains to block them out. Still slept like a baby! Great breakfast as well!

Had a great time. The front desk agent was so polite and funny. Made our check in experience great, even when we had to wait for another to check-in. I would recommend this hotel to my family that live there! Staycation worthy!

We checked out after one very sleepless night for both of us! Bed not comfortable nor pillows.

For rooms that cost me $179 sure were small ill-equipped staff went home windows don’t lock and heater is no good staff got rude with us will not ever recommend or stay at this Fairfield Inn and suites in Yakima worst mistake I made on my trip to take my stepson to treatment.

After a long day of hiking around Mt. Rainier we decided to head down towards Yakima for lodging and thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. The staff was wonderful, room was clean and beds were very comfortable. On top of that they served a wonderful breakfast. What's not to like…

I was not super impressed. I will say the room we got seemed to have been updated. New carpet etc. There was a weird odor in the room. The next thing was NO Pool towels on a 95 degree day. There was just a weird feel in general. I felt like there were people that "LIVE" there as oppose to people actually traveling. Oh and back to the room. We went to eat dinner and when we came back I opened the curtains and the slider had been left OPEN and not by us. I was really unhappy about that. So I am assuming housekeeping, I really don't know. Be ready for the environment (across the street, down the street, the general area) There were many what appeared to be homeless or not homeless maybe just street people maybe not. I am sympathetic to people's situation but have never seen so many all around like I did during our 1 night stay. And I live close to Seattle. It was an overall unsettling night/stay. I will say the 2 employees I encountered were friendly. Unfortunately I would not stay here again.

Always a fan of this fairfield. When I checked in, the front desk told me I was going to be by the elevator and that some people have complained about noise. After getting to my room, they called a bit later to make sure I was ok with the room, and if not they could move me. Awesome work going above and beyond!

The lady that checked me in was very sweet and polite. All the staff I encountered were very responsive and nice. My room was very clean. I was surprised my name was on TV when I entered, thought it was special. Breakfast was good choices and well presented. Will stay again on next adventure.

The location is located near a few parks and local restaurants which makes it a great place to stay for families. Rooms are very clean and look like they have been recently remodeled and updated. Service is great, friendly and respectful staff along with delicious free home made cookies in the evening! (Like really good cookies)

VERY small pool only about 18 or 24 feet long. Work out room was getting updated when I was there but the front desk staff were great and they didn't care that a friend and I hung out in the lobby all night catching up. Good bathroom products-designer.

It is a great place to stay it's easy access off the freeway. The room was very clean and comfortable to.
The pool and sauna were outstanding had lots of fun with the granddaughters and Family.
The Continental breakfast was well stocked with food. Counter tops were clean the server was doing a great job.

Pros: the room was really clean and comfy, the breakfast lady was extremely helpful and went above and beyond, the front desk personnel were very friendly. Neg: bath drain was broken, the maid told me breakfast was over at 9 so I almost didn't go down (she was wrong, thankfully I went down anyway), had a late check out arranged and our key was shut off early so we had to get it reprogrammed.

Standard fare. You'll get what you expect. Helpful and friendly staff, below average free breakfast, solid room, good toiletries, price was a little high. Overall, pretty good. Would probably look elsewhere, although I'm not sure how many options are available in the little Valley town.
