A convenient location right next to a delicious Mexican restaurant and across the street from a walmart! They have an outdoor pool and hot tub, which was very nice. The contenential breakfast was tasty! The view out of our window was absolutely gorgeous, as it overlooked a river and even a bit of the mountains! Overall, a very comfortable stay!

Convenient location, adequate rooms, very nice front desk people. Only 1 ice machine worked in the whole place. The GFI in our room tripped several times, needs replaced. But good bed and quiet with a river view.

I am a housekeeper for a property management business, used to clean hotel rooms, so I am always critiquing what my room looks like when I stay at a hotel. I was pleased with the cleanliness of my room.

What a beautiful place. Night staff left a bad taste in my miuth was pretty rude but the daytime staff made up for it. Beautiful breakfast spread too.

Oxford Inn Staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and well maintained.

This is a nice place to stay in Yakima, WA. It is right on the Yakima River and the rooms have private decks over looking the river. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful. They offer a complimentary breakfast. It is a bit away from downtown but shares a parking lot with a pretty good Mexican restaurant. Definitely a pleasant place to stay for business or a weekend getaway.

It's a good affordable hotel on the river. 50 feet to river walk. Good manager's breakfast. Comfortable beds.

Rooms clean, good view, staff friendly. Was a little bit of a rip off on price of room. Paid 145 for room on Friday night and 111 for same room on Saturday.

This place is great it's one of the cleaner hotels in the area for a decent price.

A great reasonably priced place to stay. The room had one of the most comfortable beds I've had in a hotel. It's right on the Yakima river creating a relaxing atmosphere. I loved drinking my coffee in the morning, sitting on the deck looking out over the river. The breakfast is pretty standard. Waffles, sausage, eggs, bagels, etc.

Great service, everyone working there seemed genuinely happy. Awesome view of the River. Will definitely stay there again if need be.

Bartender 's are cool but the little guy cooking has bad customer service skills. Haven't been back since his crappy comments. Nice place sorry ur cook ruined it for me. Only way I'd go back is cause he would not be working there anymore.

Was great. Check in out easy. Asked for late check out and they accommodated me. Room clean with comfortable bedding. Can't think of anything negative. Would stay here again.

All rooms overlooked the river running right behind the building, Very nice with balcony and chairs. Room was clean and had plenty of towels and toiletries. Quiet. Good access to room from parking lot, had elevator for guests. Buffet was usual fare but pretty good, better than Comfort Inn we stayed at yesterday. Would stay there again.

Great place for the price, especially with kids. Very functional (though not stylish) decor, pool and hot tub, breakfast with many options, great Mexican place next door, beautiful view of the river from the balcony, and is on the greenbelt. Beds are super comfortable, fridge and microwave very helpful.

Front desk person was practically surely. Room was good but had an odor. Nice amenities. Bathroom was not as clean as it could have been. Priced kind of high.

This hotel is noisy, dirty and in need of major repairs. Every time I stepped out of the shower I could smell cigarettes in what was supposed to be a non smoking room. I booked a five night stay but only stayed for four and was informed of a hotel policy that required me to pay for the fifth night anyway. Take my money for four nights and screw me out of the fifth. Terrible customer service. Save your money. There are nice hotels in town.

Very peaceful place to stay. All the rooms face the river. They go out of there way to make you as comfortable as possible. Free breakfast in the morning as well.

Very nice amenities, including outdoor/hot tub. The rooms have balconies overlooking a rushing river, it's very nice to leave the door open at night. The motel was clean and the staff professional and friendly. They have a continental breakfast which is quite good as far as free breakfasts go. I would absolutely stay here again.

The beds were terribly uncomfortable. The decor was outdated. The biscuits and gravy were awful and actually made me sick. The staff, however, was nice.

Staff are respectful. I'm talking about things that are important to me as a guest. AC is dated maybe built in the 70's and really noisy. Carpet dated please do not walk on them barefoot. Breakfast bar could be improved during my two weeks stay they were constantly out of bananas, nuts. Oatmeal were not home made they came in individual packages filled with sugar. The pool and hot tub are outdoor and wasn't open at the end of April. I would have preferred indoor. The fridges froze my food even with lowered temperature. I stayed in two different rooms but I ended throwing my salad bowls because they got frozen. I would love to come back in Yakima again but not at this place. They use a lot of cans fruits for breakfast. I brought my own old fashioned oatmeal that I was making inside my room with my fresh fruit.

Hotel is showing ita age. The carpet is dated, elevator smells like gear oil. Room had a nice view of the river, had a balcony too!

The rooms were wonderful plenty of extras. What a fantastic view considering Yakimas dry and flat surroundings. We were on the 4th floor looking out onto the river, downside where the power lines and telephone pole other than that beautiful view of the river. Through was very clean smelled wonderful and the bathtub I must have set in there for 2 hours which was very relaxing. The only other downfall I could find about the room was getting into it from the street. The staff was very friendly and the room was very affordable I would recommend any traveler from anywhere that's coming to Yakima to stay here.

Nice location on the river with a beautiful view, free breakfast in the morning and the rooms are amazing, this is my second visit and ill definitely be coming back.

Staff is professional, attentive, and very KIND! The beds are nice and clean, the bathroom and floor could be cleaner but for the price it was fabulous. Plus it is right on a beautiful river trail. Thanks for the stay.

Stayed here 3 nights b/c of the work I do. (I drive dump trucks. ) The room was cleaned and I had clean towels every day I was there. Staff was very helpful. Even when I just wanted quarters for laundry. Yes, the biscuits were cold. Til I put them in the microwave and poured some warm gravy over them. Awesome experience. Awesome place. And I've traveled A LOT for work. This is one of the better places I've stayed in.

Hotel property is dirty and has a low rent feeling. The guy who checked us in was extremely ill with a cold and on top of that, he gave my coworker a room that already had someone in it. Breakfast consists of waffles and cold biscuits with gravy.

Spent almost two weeks here on while my wife worked at the local hospital. We brought our two dogs with us and it worked out great. Will be doing it again when she returns to work there in November.

I travel a lot on business, and I could easily spend twice as much for a room within a mile of this little place. I've read some of the grumpy reviews, and they simply do not reflect the experience I have enjoyed. Nice location on the river, VERY CLEAN, a comfortable bed, VERY friendly people at a GREAT rate. Whats not to like.

Stayed here overnight while traveling for work. I had read the great reviews and was looking forward to checking it out. I was a bit disapointed b/c it was just your basic older hotel — nothing more. The rooms were kind of cramped, the staff was not super friendly or helpful. I will say the room was clean and the location on the river was nice. Other than that, nothing special about this place.

Oxford Inn went out of it's way to accomodate me. My firm kept changing my arrival to Yakima, and Oxford Inn made those changes to my reservation without penalty. The room was clean, and one could tell that the towels and linens were actually laundered with bleach and detergent. None had stains or a funky smell. All were clean and fresh! The maid service was prompt and efficient. I highly reccomend this inn to anyone.
