3 stars bc the floor was dusty. BUT 4 stars for the honesty of the owner! He actually honored the rate a 3rd party company offered per night, while also explaining those "low rates" only apply to reservations made 7-10 days in advance. WHO KNEW? He didn't have to give us the crazy low rate but he did. Comfortable bed and pillows. AC was nice and cold. Water pressure great. Room was clean … only the floor was dusty.

Really poor service. We arrived late at night. An off the clock clerk gave us our key and then left. The key didn't work. After a long wait the manager appeared and got us a working key. The room had not been cleaned. Not had the second room we got. Finally, after about an hour, we finally got a working key to a clean room. The room itself was nice, but be prepared for really poor service if arriving outside usual business hours.

Bed is uncomfortable, motel not hotel. Appears to be a bad neighborhood due to the loitering and arguing I’ve witnessed. I can hear people directly above me throwing things against the wall, arguing, and what sounds like physical fighting. Parking lot is small, the rooms are renovated.

Nice little hotel. Comfortable bed! "Hot breakfast" is a stretch, Continental at best.

The staff is very pleasant and kind… rooms are clean … Wi-Fi is fantastic… ive got nothing but good to say about this hotel.

Very disgusting! Bed was dirty, floor was dirty. The freezer had frozen, what I'm assuming was ice cream stuck to it and the lamps were stuck to something sticky on nightstands. Won't stay there again.

This is the worst place I've seen… Dirty sheets blankets floors drawers fridge and microwave. I'm going to the shinedown concert then having a conversation with the owner. Dope baggies and ashes on the night stand.

I stay here whenever I'm working in Yakima very friendly staff they have a pool that's open in the summer months it's literally just a couple doors away from a really good laundromat that I like to go to.

The guy lied about not having a single-bed room, even with shades open on several unoccupied single-bed rooms. There was no hot water and crappy water pressure. The rooms aren't bad, but being ripped off gives this place 1 star.

Room is nice, only one night was rough due to noise. Reasonable rate, nearby restaurant has good food. I would recommend this hotel to others on a budget!

Rooms have hardwood flooring w/ a nice smooth finish. The room itself is a bit small & tidy but manageable. Parking area is small in size. All rooms as of date of this post are being refurnished.

The staff is amazing! Seriously went above and beyond to help me with an issue I had being locked out of my car. It seems they genuinely care about their guests. And Room was clean and comfortable, rates are good, and they let me have my 2 dogs I'd definitely stay here again if I'm traveling through!

New owners are doing a lot of work. It's an older motel. Clean! Comfortable beds and pillows. Normal motel breakfast in a small breakfast room, but you can take it to your room if it is crowded. Rooms are small, but have all the necessities. No hair dryer (yet). Very friendly and helpful owners. Would stay again. Sept '17

Staff was rude but room was clean and cozy… was charged a deposit and didn't get it back because the sheets needed to be washed coz of natural dirtiness caused from bodys sleeping in the bed. Manager tried to charge me extra on my deposit as I checked out because of the sheets being dirty. Very disrespectful staff! I will not stay here again.

The location of the Econo Lodge wasn't very good. It was a bad neighborhood but the service was amazing and the room was great. Will definitely go back .

I agree with the previous post you get what you pay for the pool was out of service during summer go figure the bed was clean my only problem was the matress it was extra "soft" not alot of life left on it.

The dirtiest most filthy motel I have ever stayed at. The people around there reminded me of something you'd see in east L. A. No way in hell I'd even think about staying there again nor would I recommend this sh*t hole to anyone. Rank smelling room, even the bathroom mirror was so dirty it'd make you gag.

Not a bad joint for the money. The pool is in a state of disrepair — more like a pond than a pool. AC/heater worked. Sheets were clean. Bed was comfy. Refrige and microwave worked. Not much to say about it really. Get what you pay for, I am satisfied.

Staff is helpful and have very nice people skills They are very polite and respectful. Rooms are clean and the beds are so comfortable. The shower has good pressure and is hot and relaxing love it!

I was pleasantly suprised by this motel. Read all the reviews and for the price it's a great deal. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. There is a nice Mexican grocery store across the street with both Mexican food and American. The only thing I worried about was how small the parking spaces are. I was very anxious about getting my car dinged — it didn't happen.

Horrible service got to the room and there was only 1 towel for 2 adults and a child. Then asked for more towels they said they had none. They had a guest laundry but no washer only a dryer. The bathroom had little aunts everywhere and the room phone didn't even work. No room service or housekeeping was provided during the whole 4 days we were there bed bugs ewwww.

Worst service available, I asked if there were any open rooms and an Indian man asked if I was smoking. Was very exhausted and had no time for unacceptable service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The good: — clean room. This is a must for me at a budget priced motel or hotel. The rooms were clean, with no stray hair on the sheets or towels. — Bed was comfortable. — fridge and microwave in the room. — Breakfast was very simple, but waffles were a nice bonus for a room of this budget price. — Outlet plug in lamp on the bedside stand made for easy phone charging. The bad: – Those that don't want a door ding beware. Parking here is really tight, mixed with others who choose to park over the line, causing everyone to be really close. That said. Even if everyone parked perfectly in the middle of the slot, there is a good chance you will get a ding in your door. I moved my car when I saw a corner slot open up, and parked close to the wall so that the passenger side was too close to open, and there was a normal amount of room between my car and the one beside.
