This was the best hotel we stayed in while in Italy. The location was amazing and staff couldn't have been better. They really give you the 5 star treatment.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The standard double room is a nice size, and the staff are very friendly.

First off let me say this — the 5 star reviews are not BS. They are desreved.
This is simply a superb boutique hotel located in just the right area of Rome to see the sites.

This was out vey first city break to Rome (Roma) and what an incredible experiance it was. The attractions of course are second to none and we did manage to do all the major tours.

We had an amazing time at the RF Hotel de la Ville.
Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Ania, instantly making us feel at home.
The spa experience was another highlight of our stay.

I was amazingly shocked at how clean this hotel is! Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff is incredibly friendly and so helpful, making our stay here very comfortable.

Our four night stay at the Spotlight Hotel was excellent! Our room was comfortable and contained everything we needed. The bathroom contained a large shower, which is hard to find in Rome.

This place really deserves all the 5 star reviews. The hotel is located a little away from some of the tourist sites but that's a plus in my book.

The atmosphere of a place is created by the people❤️
The hotel is located near the main tourist attractions, yet is tucked away and very quiet.
It has a lovely patio where you can spend time.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel in Rome from January 2 to January 7, 2026. Everything exceeded expectations.

Lovely, clean smart hotel. Good sized well equipped bedrooms. Good public areas including bar/restaurant. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Located just a five-minute walk from Termini Station, the hotel is extremely convenient for catching trains to the next city.

Great location for travellers. We stayed one night and it was perfect, right next to the train station with plenty of food options nearby, and within walking distance of the Colosseum.

This hotel is very well located in the city of Rome, the room was clean and cozy. The team, especially Angela and Alejandro are the sweetest hosts you could encounter.

We’re just back from a long weekend staying at Palazzo Venere, we had a fantastic time the hotel is spotlessly clean, we stayed in a suite with terrace lovely (albeit not the best view!

Wonderful experience staying at Palazzo Venere! Marzia and staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.

This was the best of the 4 hotels I stayed at during my trip to Italy! The rooms are clean and updated with advanced technology. The bathrooms have beautiful marble flooring!

The Universo is a consistently good hotel we have enjoyed several times over the past decade. The location is excellent, convenient (but not too close!

This charming family-run small hotel or guesthouse exudes warmth and hospitality.

I would have liked to be told which floor it's on. I was helped to locate… on 2nd floor. Hosts were fantastic… my room was really well appointed.

The staff were wonderful, especially Ludovica — she was so sweet and helpful. The location, breakfast, and room were all perfect.

It's a solid hotel with an amazing receptonists, every one on them is happy, informative and helpful. Room is ok, clean and everything working, beds are comfortable and noises are minimal.

Very nice hotel, friendly Staff. Big rooms. The beds matress is a bit hard. Very clean rooms and also over the hotel. Recomend this hotel.

Very convenient to the train station, buses and subways. The staff is five star, friendly and helpful. There’s plenty of restaurants in the general walking area.

The atmosphere is very nice. The staff at the hotel is very friendly. Davide and Anna but also the others helped us with information and also gave us some little “gifts” to remember our stay there.

What a great find aNed excellent value. Ideally situated near to the main train and bus station. Really easy to get to anywhere worth visiting in a 20-30 minute walk.

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at this hotel. When we arrived the man on the reception desk was super friendly and helpful pointing out parts of the city to go to and how to get to them.
