Don't even think of staying anywhere else in Rome. I have lost count of how many times we've stayed here. Never disappointed. The staff is exceptional and will help make your visit to Roma unforgettable.

Stayed for three nights for our anniversary and it’s been an excellent experience from beginning to end… I would highly recommend this hotel!

Wonderful hotel, pleasant staff. Has a little workout room with a sauna which is major bonus points in Europe. Nice complimentary breakfast. Super close to the Roma Termini with a fabulous market in it. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Room is clean and with a loro of space. Breakfast is international and good. Service is very kind, they provided me a newspaper for free getting It from the kiosk because It wasn't present at the desk. Minibar is for free and has soft drink and water. Very close to Termini station and there are nice restaurants at walking distance.

Centrally located, small hotel with excellent staff! Breakfast was lovely and free internet! A small bar in fairness but plenty of bars and restaurants in the locality so not a hassle. Tour buses and all amenities are close at hand, would recommend for a city break!

Didn't die or get bed bugs. Room wasn't bad. Great location with lots of resuraunts and bars nearby.

Hotel Diocleziano was conveniently located to Termini which was definitely a bonus. Upon arrival, the room was clean and the staff extremely friendly (shout out to Sherwinn). Breakfast is complimentary and the fresh squeezed orange juice is a must. We neglected to bring wall adapters to help our American phones be charged overseas, which wasn’t a problem because the front desk had options for checking out adapters with a €10 deposit. Check out the restaurant that is next door to the hotel (on the right of it) for amazing cuisine! I would love to stay here again!

Overall a good hotel. The rooms are pretty small, the smallest we've had in Italy, but they're functional. I appreciated having a real shower instead of a tube shower. The one bad part is the area around the hotel. The walk up the side street from the train station is disgusting. It smells of piss and alcohol. There was garbage including 50 or more beer bottles all over. I would have deducted a star for that but one thing I really appreciated was the fact they stock the fridge with drinks at no charge. It's such a small thing that really makes a difference when you're traveling.

Excellent hotel and great staff. Rooms were nice and clean and the minibar was free and refilled everyday! Location was prime as it was next to the train/metro station but also walking distance from many things.

Good location and nice staff Quite expensive with comfy beds, but not very comfortable. They use to put a waterproof mattress cover of plastic (unpleasant, but hygienic) to protect the mattress. Good breakfast.

Staff was extremely friendly. We were desperate to find a place after our train was cancelled. However this place is far from a boutique, far from trendy. It's clean, but very outdated in decor. Seems like they are attempting to be boutique but in a very cheap way.

Small and comfortable Hotel, Cèntrico, 5 min. Walk from Termini station, soundproofed rooms. Very good breakfast. Small gym and sauna. Parking is not available although there is a payment to 3 min. Walk.

Excellent stay at the hotel. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is very good. It's situated just across the street from Termini Station which is a transportation node (railway station, two metro lines and buses). It's location is central allowing you to walk to a lot of points of interest in Rome. You have a mini bar with non alcoholic drinks replenished daily included in the room price. All in all a very good experience.

Nothing to complain about, hotel super, home nothing to complain about, rooms are clean and large. Very full Breakfast.

The location was very good and the staff were very nice and very friendly and clean.

Very close to the Termini station. We stayed in a spacious room for two overlooking the street. Expect some noise as you are staying in the city but it is certainly tolerable. Staff are very attentive and helpful. Will definitely stay again if in Rome.

I am currently staying at this hotel and everything has been great! The staff is very nice, it is quiet, and the breakfast is nice variety. They have gone out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable. Hotel is very close to the train station.

Excellent excellent hotel. Absolutely recommend this for stay. The location is perfect! It's a small City but this place is bang in the middle of it, making most of the attractions walkable. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Breakfast was very good. The only lacking thing is the microwave, but that's common across hotels in Italy.

The rooms are very nice, comfortable bed. Very full and very rich breakfast, freshly made coffee and natural orange juice, a luxury all. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The perfect location to get around. Would definitely go back.

We loved this hotel! The Staff was amazingly friendly and always very accommodating. The hotel is conveniently located to Termini Station as well as many nearby restaurants and museums. The Diocletian Baths with attached Basilica are right next door. We were very pleased with the effort made by the staff to maintain its “like new” appearance. The heated marble bathroom floors were an unexpected treat. When we return to Rome this will be our hotel.

It was really lovely. All of the staff were wonderful. The room was of a reasonable size and the bathroom was huge. Their dinner offerings for room service were yummy.

Very good location close to public transport professional but mostly smiling and for some speaking French nice room D a great cleanliness good bedding breakfast hearty mini bar with 4 free drinks and renewable Every day. Recommended without hesitation.

Good hotel close to the main train station. Area is not the best, but is very close to many transportation options. Rooms can be small but space is well used. Great breakfast and staff.

Stay in April 2017. Staff very friendly and nice. The room is very clean and the rooms are very good. Very quiet hotel.
Breakfast is really top, sugar, dirty, no need to eat lunch.
I advise this establishment with eyes closed.

My family and I had the opportunity to stay in this wonderful hotel on January 2015. We are still looking forward to the opportunity to return. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. Their nicest gesture was when we were leaving the hotel, our flight from Rome to Madrid left early in the morning and we were not going to be able to enjoy the delicious breakfast. To our surprise they prepared breakfast bags that we were able to take to the airport. We are forever grateful.

Hotel close to public transport, ideal!
Clean room, drink (coffee tea water soft drinks) delivered every day.
Nice breakfast there are for all tastes, sweet, salty, hot, cold.
Staff very available and smiling (this is very nice compared to the merchants of Rome)
On the other hand one of the streets where the hotel is located is infected (foul smells, urine. ), but we live not in front of the hotel!
For what was our room we had seen on not very friendly homes and on the breakfast canopy (a whole night of rain falling on it and it's a damn night! )
And finally I find the price a little high:
3 nights = €275

Just to sleep… pretty sight on nothing! And a little high price for a hotel without a restaurant. But rather nice gesture, we left at 4:00 in the morning, we had prepared a lunch bag and the staff is nice.

Well overall warm, very good breakfast but I lost 3 fight Royal clash because of the Internet connection that is BOF but otherwise it goes it is fine.

This is a lovely boutique hotel close to the train, metro and buses. The staff is fabulous! They will help you with anything you need or want. The hotel has a small bar which we enjoyed during the after dinner hour. The breakfast was the best we had during our six hotel tour of Italy and London! They had fresh squeezed orange juice and great cappuccino. There was an abundance of choice among hot and cold items all tasted great to me. The rooms were nice and most importantly the beds were great and plenty of nice pillows. They give water, sodas, coffee, and tea complimentary each day. The bathrooms were nice. The place was great we were thrilled to return after our trip around Italy and before we returned home. It was like we were home! The staff was so good and welcoming.

I just got back from this hotel, a lane here the following Terminal is just five minutes ' walk. Look from the outside is not here, but after we came was amazing. Concierge and front desk staff were fantastic, room was very spacious, overlook the Diocletian baths. Everything was spotlessly clean, and free soft drinks in the refrigerator, and very intimate. Breakfast very good, fresh-squeezed orange juice and coffee blending coffees, hot buffet Cook turnip? We will definitely come here again …

The hotel staff was most friendly. They made us feel welcomed. The breakfast was really good. The rooms was clean and the mini bar was free and was replenished daily. The hotel is just a few minutes walk to or from Termini. It is also located in a quiet section of termini.

Really nice hotel. Rooms are confy and soft drinks from the mini bar are for free, staff is very friendly and we got a 50% discount for staying for more than 3 days making an awesome value. The only down side we could find is that the breakfast wasn't as big as we expected for a four star hotel.

Approaching the Hotel Diocleziano, you will find a very modest entry with the Hotel name posted on glass without any big sign out front. Do not let the modest entryway fool you. This is a very nice boutique hotel. My wife and I recently stayed there for 5 nights and enjoyed every one of them. The price is very reasonable and the hotel is spotlessly clean and everything works as it should. The beds are comfortable and the room was very quiet despite the fact that it faced the street. The location is excellent on a quiet street a 5 minute walk from Roma Termini the main train station. There are excellent restaurants within walking distance. You can also book tours through them at a reasonable price. A very bright attraction for this hotel is the staff. On the front desk, Doreen, Emilio, and Giordano are exceptionally cheerful, with very good English (Doreen especially) and very eager to dispense advice on almost anything in Rome. The staff that helps with luggage, etc were also quick and cheerful. The complimentary breakfast is very good with a good assortment of both hot and cold entrees. Again, the staff is exceptionally cheerful and helpful. Especially note that the AC works very well, non-smoking rooms are really non-smoking without a trace of smoke, and they keep the fridge in the room stocked with COMPLIMENTARY soda and bottled water. This is refreshed every day!

We have been very lucky to find this hotel. It is a great value foe the money. It is very quiet, cosy street close to everything: museums, transportatiion, shops in the heard of the city. Exceptionally friendly and helpful stuff, directed us to great local shopping and restaurants. The room was great, with big comfortable bed, nice TV and clean and warm bathroom with all ametiries, including always fresh towels. The hotel provided good internet connection. Breakfast was pleantiful and delicious, specially italian great capuchinos and frech orange juice. It is so important to have a good rest and meal before extensive siteseening which Rome is so great. We highly recommend this hotel to all visitors of Rome.
