Lovely very modern hotel with absolutely fantastic service and staff!

Had a fabulous visit in January to celebrate my 50th birthday, the hotel was amazing, staff were friendly and helpful, the service, breakfast and spa facilities were of a very high standard. The Ambrosia restaurant and Bar truly spoilt me and made it a wonderful experience. We will definitely be going back.

Great central location. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice quiet rooms with free drinks/fridge refilled daily. All you could possibly want for breakfast. Lovely rooftop bar. Looking forward to returning one day.

We stayed in a Comfort room with a horrible view. The room was adequate although the pillows smelly. The hotel itself is well run and staff very attentive. Breakfast was very good and head and his assistant were excellent. The best part if the hotel is the restaurant on the 7th floor the food was absolutely stunning. Good quality ingredients tasty food and excellent presented. We ate first on Valentine’s evening and it was so good we booked the following evening. Fantastic experience. Esther small room and smelly pillows I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

A beautiful hotel with amazing, helpful and friendly staff. Lovely breakfast each day with delicious coffee on offer and so close to all the attractions. Beds are extremely comfortable and a fantastic shower. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, we so glad we picked here to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary! Perfect location to see all of Rome! Hotel Artemide is a fabulous hotel in a great location. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was an occasion, not just a meal, with an amazing choice of tempting goodies on offer. We would love to go back to Rome and there’s only one hotel that we would consider: Hotel Artemide.

Fabulous hotel with comfy beds and amazing service from all staff from start to finish! The free mini bar in the room was a lovely little perk. We also ate in the restaurant which was delicious and went to the spa which was really relaxing. Had a lovely stay and would definitely return.

Stayed here during the Easter holidays for 3 nights and would love to come back. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the food at breakfast and in the Ambrosia restaurant is excellent. Loved how they brought out different extras for people to try at breakfast time. The free mini bar was also a bonus.

My experience at the hotel was great! It's located near the train station while still being close to the major attractions. The staff were very polite and helpful and let us check into our room very early. The room was reasonably large and very clean.

My Wife and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in Rome and decided to stay in the Artemide. While Rome was fantastic… our hotel experience was what we will cherish most. Excellent hotel. The staff was friendly from the moment we walked in. Room arrangements were very nice. We arrived with three guests after accidentally booking a room for two, the hotel made quick arrangements to accommodate the third person. Both rooms suited our needs perfectly. Free coffee and mini bar I the room with great refreshments. The rooms were very modern. Nice bathrooms. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel Artemide is one of the nicest hotels you will ever experience. As well travelled as I am, I can't fault this Hotel. Every staff member is polite, friendly and helpful from the concierge desk to the cleaners and the waiters in the Ambrosia restaurant. We received a wonderful warm welcome as soon as we arrived. Whilst the Hotel is situated in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions, it has been tastefully renovated. You won't regret booking this place. The breakfast is fantastic and it's worth experiencing the rooftop bar and restaurant ambrosia. The spa too is well worth a visit. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in the heart of rome.

We had a very positive experience. Clean & modern, friendly staff, we received an upgraded room at no cost. The spa with hot tub & Turkish bath was wonderful & we received 50% off. The hotel restaurant was very good too with very attentive service. Great location. Highly recommended.

Absolutely and honestly the most beautiful place to stay in Rome! Fantastic and genuinely caring, attentive and really friendly staff. Restaurant Ambrosia is delicious, nicely proved, and completely innovative — best scallops dish I have ever had, hands down.
Maurizio is not only a skilled mixologist, but creatively brilliant in developing new cocktails and twisting traditional drinks with flair!

The hotel is a fantastic location for shopping, great food and within walking distance of so many tourist attractions. The STAFF is beyond friendly, professional and really goes the extra mile to help you any way they can. Amazing suggestions for dinner! My wife and I are staying here for two nights and hope that all the other hotels we stay in on this 10 day vacation to Italy are even half as good as this hotel.

This hotel is located in a perfect area. There's lots of great restaurants, shops, and beautiful buildings and churches to tour. The service here is great and the rooms are beautiful.

The breakfast is fantastic under the supervision of Mr. Pasquale. The breakfast staff is friendly and eager to please. Make sure to try the restaurant it offers good roman cuisine. Don't miss Maurizio' spritz royal, the best I ever had. Artemide Hotel, is for us the best hotel in Rome.

Lovely hotel on a street that is somewhat less touristy than many others. The room was a bit small, but what it lacked in size it made up for in comfort, cleanliness, elegance and silence. The breakfast (which comes free with the room) is OUTSTANDING. A huge variety of delectable choices and a friendly and efficient staff make it a meal not to miss. It's an easy walk to the Metro and several attractions. Photos are of the view from our balcony of the Via Nazionale, as well as the front of the hotel.

A very good hotel with an excellent extra breakfast. Our room was modern and spacious. No complaints about the bedding, we slept very well! The mini bar is free and refuelled every day. The staff are very nice and helpful. During our stay we had the right to several small touches that make the stay even more enjoyable! The location is ideal to visit everything on foot and to arrive from the train station. There is a restaurant on the top floor that we have not tested and a spa.

My husband & I had a mini-breakaway in Rome last week & we had the pleasure of staying for 3 nights at the Hotel Artemide. The moment we walked in we were warmly welcomed & All the staff throughout our stay were kind, helpful & spoke brilliant English. Our room was well equipped with everything we could have needed & the little finishing touches made for a very lovely stay, including the complimentary mini bar & snack selection that was restocked daily.
The bed was extremely comfortable & everything was perfect for our stay.
The staff were on hand to answer any questions, help with information, give recommendations & generally help with anything & everything which was really appreciated being in a foreign country & speaking very little of the language.
The Breakfast was divine with a huge selection to choose from & freshly made cakes & pastries to sample were a nice touch.
The location of the Hotel is fantastic, a 10-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain, 5-minute walk to the Bus Station for a tour bus & plenty of shops, restaurants & bars on the same road.
This Hotel should be a 5 star as there is nothing I can think of that would make it any better then it already is. Perfection.

Arrived here after a 12 hour flight, could not have picked a better hotel it is beautiful, so elegantly decorated. The Location is excellant. Do not hesitate to stay here. The staff is wonderful. My husband says this is the best birthday present I have ever gotten him. Breakfast is superb. We are staying until Wednesday when we are off to cruise the Med. I only hope the service on ship is even a fraction as attentive the staff here. Decor, food, convienant location, the nicest spa. True hospitality at its best. Elegant surroundings and a really classy atmosphere. Absolutely love it, we will be back.

We are now for the second time for a week at this hotel. The service is excelent — you try to satisfy all your wishes. Breakfast does not leave any wishes open. The roof restaurant Ambrosia offers fresh Italian cuisine. Again, there is nothing to complain about.

We got upgraded to the top floor in a suite which was amazing. Breakfast is incredible with fresh foods baked for you to try along side with all your other breakfast goodies. The overall service is exceptional, staff really can’t do enough for you and you even have staff that show you up to your room and take your bags, which is a really nice touch. They have the roof top restaurant which I recommend you book as soon as you get there and it’s extremely popular. Spa facilities which we didn’t have time to try but by the looks/standards of everything else I have no doubt it would of been amazing. It’s located on a lovely stretch of the street, I would definitely recommend staying here.

✯✯✯✯✯ Excellent Hotel with Extraordinary Staff and Very Convenient Location✯✯✯✯✯ We spent 8 nights here in August and would readily recommend the Hotel Artemide to anyone traveling to Rome. The hotel was very nice and and the Staff (Valentina especially were beyond compare. We had a slight booking issue with our room and Valentina and the manager were more than accommodating and actually gave us a discount off the first night as well as an upgrade for the rest of our trip. The entire hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything that you could want to see in Rome is close by. The room was fantastic, spacious and tastefully done. Housekeeping was excellent. The hotel has a really excellent free breakfast for guests as well, I am usually not a big breakfast fan but really enjoyed their breakfast. The bathrooms have really cool led lights. Overall a very pleasant stay indeed and I would recommend Artemide Hotel to anyone traveling to Rome!

Very nice hotel. Nice clean comfortable rooms. Very helpful staff. Nice breakfast and good restaurant and bar on 7th floor. Rooms well equipped with free minibar, tea and coffee plus plenty of sockets for charging phones and laptops. Absolutely no complaints.

The hotel is located along one of the main shopping streets in Rome. The rooms are updated for a modern day feel and are very nice. We were surprised at how much nicer they are than the American 4 star hotels we have stayed in. The desk reception are staffed by very nice people with good English skills, and the restaurant is as well. Most of the attractions are within walking distance except for the Vatican. I recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay within Rome.

The best place I have ever stayed! If you don't stay here when you come to rome, the experience just wouldn't be the same! I've been some pretty outstanding places in my time but this tops everything. Couldn't have asked for a better setting to celebrate my birthday!

A fantastic modern Hotel in a central location with very friendly staff. We had a lovely meal in the rooftop restaurant and very well priced coffee great for the mornings before greeting the rush of the city. The spa facilities are fantastic to unwind after a week of walking. I simply could not recommend enough!

This is a great hotel made 5 stars by the service. Impeccable. The staff are friendly and will cater to any of your needs. Upgraded us to a junior suite just because we were excited to be in Rome. Rooms were very spacious and well-kept and the morning buffet service was also very good with a wide variety of morning foods. Defiantly recommended for a short / long stay in Rome. Keep up the good work Hotel Artemide!

Beautiful hotel. We took Superior room for 3 days in November. Good size room, daily housekeeping, clean, customer service was excellent. Our room had free drinks and light snacks daily. Location is nice and convenient to Colosseum. Highly recommended.

We recently stayed at the Artemide hotel in Rome. We cannot praise the hotel enough. The welcome and all the staff could not do enough for you. The food quality was very good and the roof top bar/ restaurant were smart and comfortable. We had a comfort room which was very clean and well equipped. Free mini bar and various snacks and nibbles. It is well located for all the main sites of Rome. We would highly recommend this hotel when visiting Rome. We shall return to Rome and stay here again.

Nice service especially for breakfast.

What a great surprise this hotel turned out to be. Being in central Rome we were not expecting too much from this hotel but we were wrong. When we first arrived the foyer looked great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a room for 3 adults and the room was spacious with a large bathroom. Another surprise was that everything in the room bar was free, snacks and drinks. Even tea, coffee and biscuits were included which we found most hotels around Italy did not provide. The sitting room in the hotel also offered this which was great when returning from a late night out. The Spa special was fantastic. For 15 euro we were given a robe and spa thongs (which we were allowed to keep) and spent about 90 minutes in the spa room. We had it all to ourselves. There was no rush for us to come out. The Turkish showers, spa and sauna was just what we needed after a hot day out walking around Rome. Then ending the session with an exotic tea in the relax room. No other hotel we came across offered all this. We felt very special. My biggest surprise was yet to come. After leaving the hotel I realised, about a few days later, that I had left several items in the hotel room. I didn't worry about it at first as the items were not particularly expensive. But then after about 7 days I realised I had also left an expensive dress that I had worn to a wedding in Italy. I contacted the hotel and gave a description of the items.

Second stay and just as fabulous as the first we are still here and know we won't want to leave. 10 mins walk to all points of interest in every direction. You will not be disappointed with the breakfast it is wonderful, the staff are so friendly and the roof top bar/restaurant is amazing. Beds are so comfy, rooms are immaculate, free minibar containing beer, soft drinks water, tea and coffee plus nuts biscuits and crackers. Really is 5 star.

We are currently sat in the bar on our last night of a 5 night stay drinking a long island iced tea made by Maurizio. The Artemide is perfect, from the location, the rooms, the breakfast, the cleanliness and most of all the staff. This should be the template for all hotels. Highly recommended for a stay in Rome.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Specially David! Over our stay we developed a relationship where he knew I would stop by in the morning with all kinds of questions on best way of transportation. We never ate at the restaurant on the roof but did stop by for drinks and it was fabulous. It's all the little details and surprises that make this place so special. Would highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic modern hotel with excellent service. Great breakfast! Location is perfect: 15-20 minutes walking to 5-6 of Rome's treasures. Not one bad thing to say — would return any time we are in Rome. Also, was traveling with a baby and was very quiet.

Absolutely lovely hotel, personal, small and friendly with luxury feel without the high price tag. Would definitely recommend, staff were very attentive and made our experience even more special. Great position and all aspects had been carefully considered from the well needed spa area small but effective, to the delicious breakfast from the wonderful staff and freshly baked bread to the quiet and beautifully designed bedrooms. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and we were certainly stay again or at a sister hotel. Thank you so very much to the staff for helping me give my husband a new wedding ring at dinner (he lost the first one in the sea! ) … it was just perfect. Please say hello to the staff… you really helped make our holiday… nothing was too much trouble and your advice on the sight seeing was great. Bus stop right outside, on a street with plenty of shops and walking distance to many of the sights. A special 40th treat… first time without the children abroad, and one we'll treasure and remember for many many years.

Central, renovated in new, with free minibar. Room and comfortable bathroom. In the room also a kettle with various teas and snacks. Excellent International Breakfast.

Beautiful hotel within a short walking distance to the Metro station, or you can have a pleasant stroll to the Coliseum or to the Spanish Steps. Shopping, restaurants, and historic places are all within easy walking distance. The rooms are clean and spacious and the staff were very friendly. The bathroom is one of the larger ones we had in our room when we were visiting Italy. The minibar is stocked everyday with free drinks. Wifi is free and decent speeds. Avail yourself of the Roma Pass while in Rome.

The perfect hotel. Very well located, rooms modern and relatively spacious, very quiet, but the best thing is the staff. Always with a smile, will serve you on everything you need. We went on honeymoon and we improved the room free of charge. The breakfast buffet is very good, with freshly squeezed orange juice. The cleanliness is commendable. And the exquisite restaurant. The food that is the most exquisite I have ever tried, and with a terrace with good views.

Stayed at Artemide Hotel on last leg of our Italian honeymoon trip. Staff is wonderful. Rooms are small but standard size for Euorpean hotels. But you wont spend time in your room because they have a rooftop bar/restaurant that is a hidden oasis! The rooftop restaurant deserves it's own review! Great food! Pleasant, clean rooms and services equally. Location within walking distance to shops and restaurants, various transport stations very comfortable if someone had such needs. Highly professional and very obliging.

I decided to end the honeymoon after evaluation of all hotels. This was my first stop, probably for this reason, let me to the hotel to have a good, professional and enthusiastic at the front desk, room was small but very clean, detail, great location, free mini bar a plus, breakfast is a must for us to meet. Overall feel of the hotel is better than some five-star. Five-star recommendation!

Staff very helpful, they did their utmost to help you out. Service is very outstanding. Our room, overlooking the street, we could see the city's beauty. This is a remarkable building, staff are super great. Everyone said English. A continental Breakfast is also very good. I cannot fully describe this wonderful place.

We stay at this hotel was very good. Right from the beginning until the end, the whole experience was very good. Of course, the hotel is very comfortable, beautifully designed, and free mini bar was very good, but there is no customer service, which has become meaningless. Hotel management has a very strong will of customer service. Their employees, no matter where you meet them, are very loving passionate, and shows a great deal of interest.

The decor is great, there are many modern facilities. FREE Bar are neat. Hotel location very good, distance to malls, attractions and the Rome train station are very close. The Breakfast service is quite good here, perfect.

The Hotel staff are very polite, helpful, friendly and professional. They will go out their way to help you. Breakfast here is amazing! Rooms are excellent! Location is great. Roof top restaurant is great and the food very good. Everything from bread to desserts is home made. At breakfast they come round with samples of different foods that they have… Try them! One of the best hotels we've stayed at and made our Rome stay so much the better for it.

Great hotel. My wife and I stayed here twice for a total of six nights. All the rooms have been recently renovated and are in great shape. All the rooms are nonsmoking with no smell of stale smoke. The rooms were very quiet. When we checked in they have us two vouchers for free champagne in the rooftop bar. The food in the rooftop restaurant was excellent. The breakfast buffet is great. Soft scrambled eggs, a selection of hot and cold meats, breads, fruit, cheeses, yogurts, juices, etc. Waitresses wander around and bring coffee and offer special treats such as tiramasu. In the rooms, the small refrigerator is stocked every day with bottled water, a couple cans of soft drinks and two beers. All free! Wifi speeds were excellent. There are USB charger outlets on both sides of the bed. The hotel location could not have been better. We walked to every major Rome attraction with the exception of the Vatican. For the Vatican, it was just a very short walk to the metro station. The staff was very courteous and friendly. I would recommend the Artemide to anyone.

Absolutely wonderful hotel in the heart of Rome. Everything about our stay there was perfect — the room, the service, the food, the location. Among many delights of the hotel are the complimentary minibar, the free Wi-Fi in the room not just in public areas, the excellent breakfast, the rooftop restaurant, the lounge area with free coffee and tea. When we return to Rome its it's the place we will stay for sure.
