Hotel in quite strategic area within walking distance of Termini and on via Nazionale… the ideal x to walk around. Room acceptable but with smell of sewer… no breakfast inside.

Near by republic subway station and easy to access, many popular places.

Dark room, lack of maintenance and paint, Wi-Fi did not work, middle door broken by attempts to force it, reception in another building at 100m. Overall a disaster. The only good location and that the sheets and towels were clean. In Spain it would be a 1 or 2 star pension.

It's cheap, then you have nothing to rescue. Rooms are in other buildings or floors. There are no extra services. It's not a hotel, it's loose rooms.

Ok, it's a three star, but I would have expected at least one TV to work, there were 3 visible channels. The air conditioner that decided on its own, and it stayed on all night, the water heater stuck in the upstairs that made the hot waters out to splash… The whole thing was not worth The money spent.

Nice and very clean Hotel in the heart of Rome. Very convenient because a 10 min walk from Rome Termini. Close to the old Town at 10 min from the memorial of the Fallen. I highly recommend for a weekend in Rome. Great Prices.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. They put us in an annex building down the street. They gave us a set of five keys to get us through multiple doors just to get to the hotel room which was terrible. Here's a small list of just a few things that were wrong with the hotel: Wi-Fi wouldn't work, they took out half of the lights in each fixture (hard to see in bathroom), toilet didn't work, shower handle was rigged to only allow mildly warm water, heater was rigged to only allow a certain temperature in the room (roughly 16degC), and when you turned off the lights the HVAC system goes into a setback mode (5degC), they put two thin sheet on the bed (no comforter), and multiple outlets were broken. Granted it is a cheap hotel. However, with all the mentioned setbacks I would recommend going somewhere else.

Terrible… bad service with the request of the guest… the air conditioned of the room didn´t work and with the weather in summer our night was a nightmare. Bad experience.

I will recommend this hotel to people who want a clean, easy and convenient (3 mins to Repubbilica, 8 mins to Termini) room. And the employee is friendly.

Nice and big clean rooms which is close to everything. Walking distance about 9 mins from Termini station. Good Wi-Fi. The only downside is the hotel is hard to find since sign is small (it is within the same building as Hotel Miami).
