Reserve after nice booking photos, but disappointed on arrival. Hotel very well located in the center on the 4th floor. But very small room, the bathroom is tiny. Very succinct breakfast. We will follow less advice from now on. Suffice to say what to expect.

Don't miss breakfast because it is really fantastic and the coffee was amazing. The staff was the nicest I have ever stayed with. Great location downtown by all the sights and the train station.

This Hotel is super uncomfortable, the beds of poor quality, no variety at breakfast, I don't recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Martini. The staff is very friendly and speak English well. They were helpful with any questions we had about just about any topic. This appears to be a family run business and that warmth showed in the whole environment. They had a very reasonably priced (5 euro) breakfast each day, with meats, eggs, yogurts, fruits, and sweet breads (made by Mama). Our room was cleaned every day. The beds were comfortable. We never felt insecure or unwelcome. We would stay here again.

Great location. They were particular about using the kitchen/breakfast area but otherwise once we got to talk to the staff they were kind and helpful.

Fantastic cosy hotel close to Termini and major historic sights.

Brilliant hotel! Love the area it is situated in Via Nazionale. Close to Termini Station and all the historic sites. Friendly staff and very clean hotel. Very cosy rooms. Brilliant hard bad. After a long day sightseeing glad to rest on the comfortable bed. We slept like logs! Good Breakfast. Would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

Well there was a mistake the first day, but chatting we managed to solve between the two parts and the truth is that they are lovely and super friendly, we felt like home. That's a good greeting.

Very small and clean It is located on the fourth floor but is served by elevator. Very central, you can reach in 10 minutes on foot from Termini and from there you can easily reach the most beautiful monuments with pleasant walks. Despite the centrality of the hotel you are not disturbed at night as the soundproofing of the rooms is very good. Value for money, too bad for the exaggerated sojourn tax (but not the Hotel Martini's fault).

Next to Piazza della República, on Via Nazionale 18, you will find this three star hotel, economical, good breakfast and varied, of the three times I visit Rome two I stay at this hotel and if I come back I will not doubt it, super clean, comfortable beds and great attention, recommended 100x100, just a step away from Termini and the main attractions of the Eternal City.

Very central, a few steps from all the main attraction of Rome. We had a very good time, quite clean, very friendly staff and always present, day and night. 2 Cosette to highlight: 1. The sanitary fixtures, are a bit outdated, and unfortunately, even if it is not giving the impression of being dirty.
2. Other annoying element, but that does not depend obviously on the managers, is the location. Right over the subway. Let's say the room is a little flicker.
But otherwise nothing to say.

Close to Termini station and bus stops. Approx 15 min walk to Trevi fountain, Venezia, and ~ colosseum. Shower can be small depending on the room you get. Beds are ok depending on the room.

We booked through hotwire and the info we were given seemed fine. When we arrived they said we had an "economica" room which turned out to be very tiny. A bed with about a 2foot space to the wall to walk around it. No space for our luggage a small closet that didn't help. Much. The bathrooms are super small I was used to this from other hotels but I am 5'11" and weigh 150lbs if I was much bigger I wouldn't fit in the shower. The staff was friendly but unprofessional. To get in you need to be buzzed in from the street and sometimes nobody responds so I would ring the other hotel in the same building to get in. The room had good AC but when we went out they turned it off so when we returned we were welcomed to a hot room. One night the guy working the desk was asleep on a fold out cot in the lobby and I had to ring the bell for 15 minutes to wake him up. Also we were told free breakfast but not for us cause we had the economica room. Never going back but the price is cheap if you just need a sleep spot.

Difficult to find but a gem of a hotel lovely sized rooms hotel quit small so felt cosy and quiet. Very nice staff and reasonably priced would definitely stay again.

Highly recommend this hotel! Great location (within walking distance of the Colosseum, pantheon, Trevi fountain, a Hard Rock Cafe). Rooms are fairly small but clean and has all the basic facilities you need for a stay while exploring the city! (And next door to an amazing ice cream place)!

Staff friendly and very helpful.

Brilliant find good position for sightseeing. Very clean and friendly staff x love the ancient lift. All in all a good central location handy for terminus short walk to most attractions would use again if re visiting Rome.

Great Location and staff are friendly enough. Room is adequate and Air conditioner is a bonus plus tea coffee facilities in the room. What else do u need? We r happy staying in Hotel Martini.

It is clean, the staff is courteous staff is too basic, in quadruple room spaces are restricted there are enough hangers in the bathroom to get breakfast there's a small lean-to. As far as I'm concerned, three stars are too many.

Good and friendly reception, clean room and bathroom, good breakfast to finish the tree is located in a central area of Rome near Termini station.

Near all public transportation. Great service.

I do not recommend it. We went with the pedantic owner itching. I left a few nights before and she was not returned me the difference. They charge a tax on which do not give receipt.

I strongly recommend this Hotel and the services provided by the staff. Clean rooms and a delicios homemade cake at breakfast. Well situated in the heart of central Rome and in the neighborhood of Termini Station.

The gentleman serving at night is really friendly, efficient and accommodating. Do congratulate him. Is Ebenezer! I went this summer.
