We stayed at Parc Royal Hotel as part of a road trip through Ecuador, and it exceeded expectations.

From the first interaction, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They helped us with both amazing attention to detail and even impeccable valet parking.

We had 40+ guests for our 40th wedding anniversary party. Many guests took photos of the decor of the hotel which was beautifully decorated for Christmas.

We absolutely loved Itza. So so many good things about this place including location Lobby entry safety and very friendly staff.

Lovely boutique luxury property with attentive staff that are comfortable conversing in English. The rooftop patio is a must do. Valeria that served us that is an absolute treasure!

We were booked into this hotel by Royal Galapagos which provided our driver and itinerary for the cross Andean trip. It was an excellent choice.

We stayed two nights at Mansión Alcázar Boutique Hotel with my wife and her sister along with her husband, each couple having their own room, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.

If I could give this hotel more than five stars, I absolutely would! From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for something special.

A really nice and cozy hostel. We stayed there for one night and the room stayed quite warm during the night, which is really nice during the colder season.

I really enjoyed staying at this hostel!
The lady is very nice and made great breakfast for me every morning on demand.
Loved my private room upstairs with the garden view.

The hostess and host are truly incredible. Amazing and kind people. The hostel looks a little bit like a Harry Potter castle, in the Spanish version. And much smaller.

This place has a great location, the rooms are great, and the staff is wonderful. Would stay again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was cleaned every day and was quite comfortable. I recommend using the offered services such as sightseeing trips, massages, and tattoos.

Awesome hotel, I only stayed one night but would have loved to have been able to spend a few more nights in the hotel especially at the price point because breakfast is included although I left
