Absolutely gorgeous modern hotel which has been beautifully designed with fabulous room amenities. The concierge, bar staff and other personnel are all very professional, friendly and helpful. Great location with close proximity to Waverley Station and The Royal Mile. Good value too.
First class services from all staff, room was perfect and breakfast was delicious would highly recommend this hotel.

Right in the center of Edinburgh where the train station is at your doorstep. Receptionist Kamil was extremely friendly and happy individual. He went out of his way to accommodate my mother's birthday celebration. The rooms were excellent equipped with high quality Toiletries, Dyson hair drier, Steamer and coat brush. Breakfast was a delight with the professional, detailed and swift service by David and Maria. Excellent cooked breakfast by the chef with scrumptious and mouth watering high quality products. I refuse to stay anywhere else after my experience in this hotel. 5 star is an extremely low score.
