Great location, right in Cowgate, although pretty noisy until very late at night if you have a room at the front. Small room with a small 3/4 bed, pretty hot and stuffy even when it's cool outside — so overall sleep quality is not good. Also not overly clean (lots of dust on the shelf on top of the bed and in general, toilet bowl reeking of urine) and it doesn't get cleaned — even for a 8-nights stay. I think next time we come to the Fringe, we'll go back to a normal B&B, even if a little further out.
