Nice and classy place. Relaxed environment like you are in your living room!

My hats off to the manager Tim and his team. I just spent a few nights at W Bellevue for a personal time to pay tribute to my son. Tim went beyond the call of duty to make sure my room and all the amenities were set for a time to find calm peace and enjoy family and friends. His demeanor and presence is welcoming which made my stay meet all and more than I could expect. W Bellevue will be my go to place to relax, eat good food, and find peace in the suites with everything you could desire. I highly recommend and thank Tim for premier hospitality.

Beautiful rooms, courteous staff! We mentioned that it was going to be my daughter’s birthday and someone took the time to put a sweet gift together that was perfect for a teenage girl! It was waiting in the room when we arrived!

Excellent friendly service and staff! Great food, enjoyed the filet mignon slider and tots. Drinks are extremely pricey, choose wisely.
DJ was on point… but, no dance floor though… a little rearrangement of furniture to create a dance floor would encourage more people to dance.

One of my favorite new additions to Bellevue by far! The artwork in the bar is incredible along with the fun modern design of the hotel. Every bite of food every sip of my cocktail was outstanding. The staff is always on top of their stuff and so friendly. I can’t wait to go back. Might be sooner then I think because what is the greatest part about this place to me is that they rent out a back lounge area in one of the bars to my tattoo artist which makes for a really nice atmosphere to be tattooed in!

The staff & facilities at The W Bellevue is 1st Class all the way. They truly set the standard for excellence & class. I will definitely begin to make W hotels my home away from home when traveling.

Brand new property, actually, the whole area is new. Very modern, friendly staff, GREAT gym, beautiful lounge. Lovely library with lots of great books to read. Love the swings. I will definitely stay again.

What a wild experience. We were told they have baby bassinets/portable cribs and requested one. We asked three times and still were never brought one. And our bedsheets were just the cover sheets. There wasn’t a fitted sheet, just blankets laid on top of the mattress. For the amount we paid I’m a little upset with the experience and the lack of room preparation. Three stars because they did have a pretty cool shower.

"Luxury Hotel" is being a little vague. My spouse and I went here for a romantic weekend trip. The rooms were pretentious. The decor wasn't useful and seemed out of place or nonsensical. The bed wasn't comfortable. My guess is this was a blatant attempt to grab the hard core party folk. I guess I'm to old or old fashioned for that to work for me. The location is great. The square below the hotel has some good food and it's within walking distance of everything.

Incredible hotel all around. Especially loved the bar (classy delicious drinks and a relaxing but also exciting modern vibe), the restaurant (definitely try the cocoa coffee flour pancakes for brunch at The Lake House), and the center-stage shower in the room (small thing I know, but it was kinda fun). I do wish our experience at the speakeasy would have been better — we walked in and they had Avatar playing on all the big screens, which was not the ambience I wanted for my date night so we left pretty quick. And I always like having the option in hotels to rent movies that are currently in the theater, but their systems lacked this in favor of Netflix, HBO, and other steaming services that I get more than enough of at home. 2 very minor complaints though that are vastly outweighed by what I think was a near-perfect hotel experience.

This is my second stay at the W and it is still a great hotel. It's new and hip — modern, clean rooms with bliss toiletries. The staff and helpful and friendly and the location is convenient. We can walk to movie theaters, eateries, shopping and other entertainment in minutes.

The hotel is very modern and the ambience is great! The staff is very friendly and they have EXCELLENT customer service. The whole hotel, including the room, was very clean and well kept. It’s right in the middle of Lincoln Square so shopping and restaurants are truly just an elevator ride away. They have a lounge with indoor and outdoor seating that is also very modern and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

Let me first say that all of the employees were amazingly friendly, that does go a long way these days. I arrived to meet my husband there as he had already checked in. I asked the agent for my key that he was to leave for me. He forgot to leave me a key at the desk, so I said okay, here is his room number, can you call him to have him meet me. She looked up his room and said I was not listed as a guest, but she would add me and give me a key. She never asked for my ID or called his room. That startles me as anyone can have access to your room. Then, the room. As much as the W is trendy and we have stayed here before, it's just not worth the money. The lighting is fun, but there is not adequate lighting in the bathroom/vanity area. The bed was the worst mattress ever, lumpy and I sunk to the frame. Our room was not cleaned until after 3 pm and after I had to flag down the cleaning crew in the hall. I will leave this hotel brand to the 20 — 30-year-old crowd in the future for safety and comfort reasons.

We stayed at the W on NYE. We had stayed there a few times prior and had a wonderful experiences. On NYE however, my opinion of this hotel completely changed. We arrived at the hotel at about 11:30 am, checked in no problem and started to head up to the room. It was NYE and the Seahawks were playing so we had a case of beer and a six pack as well. The key would not work to get into the elevator so I went back to the front desk and my wife and our friend waited near the elevator. I got a key no problem, however the front desk gal walked with me to the elevator. At this point she looked at my wife and our friend carrying the beer and said they didn't allow outside alcohol into the hotel and I could take it back to my car or I would have to check it and pick it up in the morning. I was shocked at her request as I never had been denied alcohol into a hotel room that I paid for. I politely asked why and she stated that their liquor license did not permit it. I nicely obeyed her request and checked my beer. We went upstairs, put our things down and decided to go have a drink. When we reached the lobby, we met a couple that were carrying two bottles of wine. I asked them if they were allowed by the front desk to bring the wine in and they said they were not told they couldn't. I told them of my trouble with bringing beer in and they agreed that it was ridiculous. I was shocked and could not help feel that we were singled out because of our not so "W" appropriate appearance.

Atmosphere and design is awesome in the bar but the server (I think only one? ) for awhile should not be a server if they don't have any experience and didn't even say hello. My friend arrived first and he had slow service and when I arrived… no one came at all for awhile so I went to the bar to order since I think the server was lost. After 45 minutes he still didn't come by and kept making weird eye contact so we left after one slow drink. Definitely not competing yet with Earls or Joey's.
