Lodging a little different. That's Extended Stay America's mantra, and this property upholds that. Bed, workspace, bathroom, kitchenette with fridge… everything you need, and nothing you don't. A little Spartan for a night, but great for longer stays. And a view of Downtown Bellevue, if your room is on the right side of the building. Overall, a nice stay.

Good for the long stay, but missing normal amenities. Simple pack-n-go breakfast of prepackaged muffins and granola bars were largely gone by 7am. Hallways were dirty and needed a vacuum.

Rated for what it is: inexpensive mid-term stay. The rooms were well laid out, updated, and the bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was nice and the location was convinient. There were 2 daily shuttles to Microsoft. I didn't cook so can't say how the extras were. The biggest negative was that road noise was significant starting in the morning. I'm an early waker, but for shift work or trying to sleep in it may be less than ideal.

The room was a standard two full beds room. It was clean but needs updating. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Very conveniently located and within close proximity to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast is not really a breakfast. There were some granola bars and pre-packaged muffins that didn't look appealing. So, that was disappointing.

Do not stay here! The lobby and rooms were dirty. No room service, no fresh towels. The bed was a rock and old flat lumpy pillows with black hair on them. Dirty bed sheets and no hot water. Walls are paper thin so you hear everything, including freeway traffic all night. Breakfast is a joke which they don't tell you until you check in is coffee and granola bars. The lobby has no bathroom and check in takes 20 mins… staff was rude and not accommodating. I give it 0 stars. I will never stay here again!

Clean and comfy hotel with good price. The lady on second shift was very friendly and nice. I asked for additional pillows, blankets, and kitchen utilities. She provided all I asked for without any hustle. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice size rooms. Bathrooms are sort of odd, the shower and bathroom area are all one with a curtain separating but designed to be able to shower without the curtain. Hard to explain but I wasn’t a fan of the bathrooms at all. Otherwise it was great.

Ok for the price. Be prepared to smell other folks cooking in their rooms. Staff was good. Must keep in mind this is a hotel for simulating being at home so to speak. Ok overall.

Great prices! Saved me alot of money on my trip to Seattle. Friendly people working at the front desk always ready to help. My only issue is the bed was awful.

Good location, rooms are ok but service not so much.

We came with a large group and had booked enough double rooms to fit all of us. However when we got there they were overbooked and couldn't fit all of us in the correct rooms. However they did a great job or redistributing us to make sure that we all had a place to stay.

Lobby was nice, staff was helpful. Only stayed two nights there. High quality TVs, and bathroom amenities. The beds left something to be desired and the pillows were terrible. Easy to find, close to downtown, walking distance from plenty of food options.

My family and I have been staying here for a few months due to my work. The staff and especially the manager are very friendly and happy. I would recommend this place to everyone. :)

The pricing was fair the room was nice. On the reservation it said free breakfast; However, they only had granola bars to go. The next morning we were woken up before 9am by staff opening our door, and three men barged in to switch out one of the tables in our room for a new one without our concent! Keep in mind we were still in bed and we told them if it can wait until our check out time at 11. They did not listen and switched the tables anyway which was very unprofessional if I could give this hotel zero stars I would never coming back again.

Excellent Breakfast rooms and service very poor.

First, consider what we're rating. This isn't the Ritz but it isn't supposed to be a 5 star hotel. It is amazingly convenient to get in and out, the front desk was very helpful, and the price is always right. Clean, comfortable, inexpensive, Overall a great experience.

The woman at the counter not very nice at all and no restroom in lounge or public area — telling their guest to check in first to use the bathroom even though it's really urgent.! Granola bars and packaged muffin for breakfast… Worst ever. Except they have stove top and microwave in the room. That was one thing that was good.

It may have just been an off night. My bed was made in my room but other than that it did not look like it had been cleaned. The bathroom was pretty dirty, there was garbage beside the can. The person checked in next to me had Extremely Loud Music like they brought their own equipment. I called the front desk and ask to be moved, they said they were full but they did call and they turned it down. Overnight the kitchen sink started to drip which was strange. Ear plugs took care of that. When I got up in the morning the shampoo bottle was empty. The final straw was the coffee was out when I tried to grab a coffee on the way out.

Rooms are good, but if you think you can cook here then this is not the right place. It takes forever to get a pan heated. I have stayed in extended stay America earlier at other locations and their I got a good kitchen, but kitchen at this place is just a waste. They should replace the stoves.

It is clean in a good area, a kitchen in every room. It is very quit, and nice employees. They have Laundromat with 4-5 washers and 8 dryers in the hotel & sell laundry soap & softener. The only thing I didn't like about this hotel is there grab and go breakfast muffins and granola bars with coffee, NO juice or anything else to eat. Even a cheap hotel you can get a good continental breakfast.

Overall a good stay, but there were a large variety of human hair in the pillows. Pretty gross.

I've stayed here twice, the first time the room they gave me smelled strongly of old lady, had to get a bunch of candles to drown out the scent. This time the room smelled like fresh paint likely from the renovating they just did, which I much prefer. Rooms are clean, no room service (which wasn't a huge deal to me as I prefer to clean up after myself) and quiet place located close to a lot of convenient places.

It was very clean and a fairly large room. However the linen (sheets and pillows were not up to par by no means they were not smooth and fresh they were worn out. The pillow were very small and only three per bed. They did not have plugs for bath tubs in the room I called the desk and they said that they do not have them in the rooms anymore. The breakfast was awful bad coffee and very unhealthy packages muffins. They could have fresh fruit and fresh muffins or bagels and good coffee would have been nice. We were not expecting a big breakfast by no means but it was not worth doing. We paid 230.00 for one night for two double beds. Would not stay there again.

You have friendly staff here. But that's all you got. The bathtub is leaking and water flows from the bathtub to bedroom. They don't top up the water supply, I had to get content with a cup of coffee when I felt thirsty to drink water. The utensils they gave you are not clean.

Room clean and as described. Bed was soft for me. Complimentary breakfast would have been nice and Wi-Fi password wasn't readily available.

This review regard the executive floor, the top floor, with lounge access and etc. At it's price, you are getting a deal that is worth it. First off the rooms are of good size, and immaculately clean. There are outlets a plenty, you won't have problem finding a outlet. The lounge is fantastic, with 24 hour service, it quickly became a go to place for me. Fantastic coffee, and plenty of food. Breakfast and tea time, provides hot food, while rest of the time, there are plenty of snacks. The staff was friendly and speedy, expect for my last day, where the staff in the lounge left a bad memory. The location of the hotel is also fantastic, surrounded with plenty of food and shopping.

Room was nice and clean. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Comfy bed. Selection of pillows. No fan in the bathroom would be my only complaint.

Average size rooms. Common areas are OK. Perfect if you don't spend too much time at the hotel. It's a very clean hotel with very comfortable beds. Slept like a baby.

Great spot to stay for reasonable rates. Full kitchenette on-site if you prefer to cook over a long trip. The options for breakfast could be a bit better, fresh fruit perhaps, but only really relevant if you haven't had a chance to pop by a grocery store.

Love love loved this place! The service was awesome. They drove us everywhere and accommodated all of our requests, like needing two umbrellas. I'd stay there again for my birthday.

I wouldn't call it hotel in the first place. It's chip and creepy motel. First, everything is extremely old inside. Fridge was from 70s, microwave from early 90s, toilet could barely flush and the water pressure in the shower was extremely weak. There is no kitchen loaded, you have to go downstairs to get it, and even then lots of stuff missing, they even didn't give you Dawn to wash dishes since the place doesn't even have dishwasher! And second, it was extremely noisy. There is a highway nearby and windows is so cheap and old, that you can barely fall a sleep at night. Oh yeah, bad was 10 years old too. It was way too soft, and pillows just horrible, no neck support at all. It was the first and for sure last time I stayed in Extended Stay America. Lesson for me is Marriott Residence is 10 times better hotels for just a little bit higher price.

It was okay. The room was spacious however smelled strongly of curry. We had to ask front desk to bring air freshener. The staff was nice however and beds comfy. If it wasn't for the smell I would have given this place a higher rating.

Good prices, but ultimately you hey what you pay for. Upon entering, my room was full of damp smelly air from a recent carpet shampooing. So recent the floors were still soggy, I had to wear my flip flops around the room. When I called to let the front desk know, he let me know there was nothing they could do but give me my money back so I can go to a different hotel. No other rooms, no compensation. So maintenance brings a box fan for us to set it our room so we can air out during out stay hahaha! What a joke right?! Finally after 2 days the carpets are dry. But the bathrooms had some hairs that didn't belong to me (I have a fade haircut) and spots that could have been wiped away had housekeeping been more thorough. Unfortunately the lack of available rooms has me bound to this suite so I'll stick it out. But I'll never come back here, nor refer any body that I love or care about to this place. I feel especially sorry for the Microsoft Interns that were here. They deserve better.

Hotel was fine. Staff was friendly and professional. Hotel was a close to the freeway and to the city center. Would stay there again.

I attended a social event at the Sheraton Bellevue Hotel this weekend and I had a good time. Parking was plentiful and free. The event room we got was easily accessible from the reception area. The room setup was simple yet stylish. Our event was quite loud with drumming and dancing, but was well contained in the area we were. The food was GOOD and my favorite was the spicy Chicken! I used the bathroom close by a couple of times, and each time it was spiffy clean with no odours. The staff waiting on us were smart and very professional. I highly recommend this venue for social events and conferences.

The rooms to the freeway are a bit noisy, even when the windows are closed. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but there was no roomservice while I stayed there. This was told at check-in, I missed this fact in the reservation process The grab to go breakfast simple but a good start if you are in a rush.

Rooms were fine, breakfast was lacking, lobby smelled weird.

Check-in was painless but not much explanation was given as to the keys, unit, and amenities. All-around good, but could be improved.

The rooms are not clean daily.

Our trip originally included a 2-night stay here at Extended Stay America — Seattle — Bellevue — Downtown. After arriving and checking in, we were informed their boiler room was having problems which meant a lot of the rooms weren't getting hot water. Staying two nights in a hotel, away from home, with no hot water just wasn't anything I wanted to deal with. Easily got our reservation changed to just an overnight stay and ended up cutting our Seattle trip short a day. Brandon was very nice and apologetic about the whole situation. We know it wasn't his fault, but it would have been nice if we were notified before hand about this issue so we could have cancelled our reservation completely and gotten a hotel somewhere else, instead of cutting our trip short.

Hot water was not working upon arrival. It continued to not work for the length of our stay (which was only one night to be fair, but accounted for 4 showers between two people). Brandon, who seemed like the hotel manager, was extremely nice and helpful with getting us our refund for the second night we planned on staying (but that we shortened due to the state and quality of the hotel itself). Doreen on the other hand is a little manic and frantic. Here is my best advice: if you are at all picky or high maintenance like I apparently am, like a room that smells fresh, and a building that seems either modern or renovated, do not stay here. The owner of this location really needs to sink some money into updating and cleaning this place. Oy vey!

Rooms not well cleaned. In general is not bad, but could be better.

Good location. Surprisingly quiet for being right beside the freeway. Easy car access to Crossroads Mall and various other shopping complexes.

Newer hotel with kitchenettes. Nice for a month long stay but wouldn't want to stay longer — just too small — no oven just cook top and microwave. Don't expect much for breakfast — breakfast bars, oatmeal, muffin, coffee. Laundry on site.

Stay away as much as you can. First of all, there is callous disregard of guests with rude front desk staff. I am not sure if there is any management oversight here at all. The rooms are not prepared with everything you need. Guests have to beg for it (utensils, coffee maker etc. ) and there is no guarantee you will get it, even upon asking. You get a rude reply they are not clean and they can never say when it will be ready. Second of all, the place is absolutely unsafe with unleashed dogs that sometimes come at you. There is no enforcement of any safety policy for pet holders here. Above all, the quality of even toilet papers are so bad that they seem made from 100 times recycled paper. If you are in dire need of saving $$, this may be the place where you have to compromise clealiness, safety and your self-esteem.

Crap hotel. Has a small kitchen but nothing stocked at all unless you ask. Not even basic amenities like cups in the bathroom, lotion/conditioner, or a coffee maker. My room faced a highway and there is minimal sound proofing. Might as well have been sleeping on the side of the road. Also not as inexpensive as other have stated. I paid $130/night.

Excellent low budget hotel. Rooms are very clean. Only reason I'm not giving it four stars is because of the towels. Bring some sandpaper to dry off with after the shower, it will feel better than using their towels.

Clean, nice and big room.

Myself and 2 other colleagues stayed there and all had the same horrible experience. The beds are so incredibly uncomfortable, sleep was simply not possible. We all woke up with sore necks and backs to the point it was impossible to spend another night there. One of my colleagues even found a hair on her bed. We all tried to get refunds for the 2nd night of our reservation but were refused! I will never stay at an Extended Stay ever again.

Good in general. Like the location and staff is nice. Huge downside is the Wi-Fi internet. Extremely slow and unreliable.

Decent place to stay without breaking the bank. We called and made same day reservations, and we paid less than 100$ taxes included for a night.

Not the worst, not the best — would stay again if I needed an inexpensive place to stay. Decent location since you're not too far from the heart of downtown Bellevue and easy access to the freeway. Main gripe was that the housekeeping was vacuuming the hallways early at 8AM on a Sunday and that some other construction was going on that early as well.

It's a low-end, old motel with serviceable amenities in-room, including a kitchenette that's decent. However, if you use internet at all, you're in for a rude shock. They advertise free high-speed internet — it's high-speed compared to, say, carrier pigeons, and free compared to, say, being in jail. The free internet here is capped at around 0.6 Mbps downlink. That doesn't cut it? You're free to pay $30 dollars a month or even more ridiculously expensive charges weekly or daily for "high-speed, " which to them is 3 Mbps downlink. But that's not all. That high-speed is only for ONE device. But what about the fact that pretty much everyone has a laptop and a smartphone, and maybe a tablet, or maybe a work laptop as well? Too bad — you can only get 3 Mbps on one device. Want it on, say, three devices? That's $90 a month, out the window, for crappy service. And when I say 3 Mbps, I mean 3 Mbps when everyone else in the hotel is asleep. There are too few routers in the motel and no ethernet ports in room, so everything relies on Wi-Fi. And every night, dependably, more than about five people decide they would like to use the internet, and the Wi-Fi grinds to a halt. How does 60% packet loss rate sound to you? Multi-second latency? Speeds less than that of 56k dialup? Technical support is good-natured but incompetent. They are well aware of the congestion and the terrible quality of the internet service here, but all they can say is "Stop using Skype or watching videos.

Wifi is very slow here. The service is normal. The equipments in room are not good. Too noisy.
