This place is acceptable, but that's about it. The Wi-Fi, even the paid "premium" Wi-Fi, is spotty. The staff seem preoccupied all the time, and so I never really felt welcomed. While checking in, someone had called the front desk complaining that some of their TV channels weren't working, to which they were told "Yeah, the signal isn't great. " The room itself is okay, though the air conditioner in my room screamed bloody murder if it was not on low. It's not a bad place, by any means; it's just nothing you're going to get excited about anytime soon.

This facility is clean, well maintained and in a nice location near Microsoft campus. Couple of downsides are very slow Wi-Fi and very few grab and go breakfast options.

We stayed in room 175. The room was nice and big enough for my wife, baby, me and my motherinlaw. There is kitchen and they give kitchen stuff like pot, plates, coffee machine. We stayed 7 days and all was fine. The only problem is that they clean the rooms every 7 days. So the room get dirtier each day.

I wasn't expecting high-speed internet or great breakfast for the cheap price anyway, but my main complaint is that my room wasn't even cleaned once during my 10+ days stay!

It wasn't bad, they had what you need for an overnight stay, but I wouldn't stay there long term cause there are other places with better benefits. Like the breakfast is not that great, just muffins and granola, but the bed is comfy and the bathroom is nice, but also kind of small. Guess you get what you pay for.

Nice place with clean and spacious rooms. Many services and good Internet. Close to several bus stops. Expensive washer and dryer.

It is a budget hotel with kitchen. Ideally for a short term stay. We cannot call muffin breakfast. Overall value for money.

Nice cosy place to rest. Amenities are adequate and the staff amenable.

Not a bad stay at all. I came to Redmond for an event over at the Microsoft campus. The location of this hotel is super convenient. There isn't room service if you aren't staying very long (I stayed for a week) but everything seems safe and secure as well as it is quiet at night. I did run into issues with the dryers in the laundry room not working so well, but other than that this was a great basic stay.

Great customer service but their elavators and corridors smell like weed.

I moved to the Mesa Location. I liked it here. But Staff is more engaged at the Baseline Rd. Location in Mesa… Aloha.

The staff is very friendly. The hotel place is good. The Internet provided them is so slow and disconnect every now and then you have to reconnect. If you want fast internet you have to pay extra for that. The hotel will provide one time room service every week if you need room service more than once a week you need pay extra. They have common laundry. You will have kitchen in your room in our case it helped us a lot. Overall the place is good. It can do better they can have little cleaner blankets and provide more room cleaning service.

Great room for the price, excellent service, and hard wood floors in some rooms.

Stay and service was good. Rooms available with kitchen, So you can prepare your own food. For cooking they providing vessels too. Good Place to stay.

For the money that we spent, I was honestly appalled at the condition of the building inside and out. The room was tiny and appeared totally out of date, as well as having endured a lot of use. Definitely needs a face lift. Not to mention that I was just finishing getting ready in the bathroom before I checked out, (which check out is at 11am) when I had a hotel employee standing in the doorway telling me that check out was at 11 and I needed to vacate. Seriously? Literally 3 minutes!

Not really nice, not really cheap, but possibly well located for a professional stay, very nice people and relatively just cheap. Does it smell just a bit unpleasant in the rooms, therefore only four out of five stars.

Pros: — Great location next to Microsoft campus — Lots of restaurants and stores nearby — Professional and friendly staff — Great price for what you get — No street noise — Jogging trails nearby — Bus stop within a 1 minute walk — Light breakfast of muffins, trail bars, oatmeal, and coffee served in the lobby — Kitchenette's can be fully stocked if you request utensils/cookware Cons: — Can hear neighboring guests talking in their rooms (even when talking normally) — No coffee maker/ coffee in room unless you go ask for it.

The hotel is located in a clean, quiet part of town. There is a kitchen in every room. There is an onsite laundromat with 4 to 5 washers, and 8 dryers. The hotel also sells laundry soap and fabric softener, very friendly staff. And they include a grab and go breakfast.

The location is very good and its also not exoensive. I want to give 0 star，but there has to be at least one star. It was very loud in the room，and no breakfast at all. The only thing you can get is coffee and horrible muffin. If u are looking for a comfortable and quilt hotel， this is not recmmonded. S.

I have been a guest there since June 1, 2017. Sometimes, I am sent mail from my office that requires a signature to be left at the desk. As I am at work, I depend on someone from the motel do do this. Three times in a row, the mail could not be left due to NO ONE being at the desk when USPS came by. This has never happened at any other ESA I have stayed at elsewhere in the US. Ditto to the other reviews I read in this thread. Professionals beware of staying here.

It's decent to travel to, without a lot of the absurd travel. The rooms can comfortably accommodate 2 people. It's in a quiet area. High availability and affordable when Seattle is packed.

It's good for the price. But I slept in more comfortable beds. I like that it has a kitchen to cook and save money in this way.

Unimpressed. Bargain basement place that work set me up in when I came to Seattle for training. The space was cramped and poorly laid out. "Breakfast" was tiny crappy muffins and bad coffee in the office. No utensils in the kitchens. No, just, no.

I stayed here for 2 and a half weeks while waiting to move into my new home. I did not enjoy my time here. Rooms: The rooms are small and haven't been renovated in quite a while. The beds aren't bad, and the TV works. The bathroom was OK, but the showers could have been cleaner. The rooms do not have extra supplies (soap, toilet paper). Kitchens: The kitchens are not equipped with anything beyond a fridge, microwave, and stove. There are no pots or pans, no cooking utensils, no cutlery, no plates and no cups. You can request these items from the front desk, but you have to return them before you checkout. The room cleaning service will not clean kitchenware. Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi is completely unusable. It's so slow you can barely load search results, let alone stream a video from YouTube. This is what aggravated me the most about staying here. They advertised free Wi-Fi but it was so terrible I ended up tethering to my phone most of the time. I blew through a few GB of my data avoiding the awful Wi-Fi at this place. Staff: Some of the staff were fine, but many others were somewhat combative towards guests. When visiting the front desk to ask for supplies like soap or toilet paper some would question why you were asking for it. When asking to use the on-site BBQ, we were told we needed to "bring our own propane". At the end of every week we were locked out of our room and forced to visit the front desk to get our room keys reprogrammed.

Excellent temporary housing and very helpful front desk.

Very good service, I feel as in house, rooms small but comfortable, the internet allows video conferences but in hours of great demand is falls. I highly recommend it.

Great Location, good staff. But, there are no signs to locate your room, no map was provided to locate the room. I had to drive across all their building to find out my rooms. I wish the front desk staff directed us to find our the room. Also very narrow access to the stair, be careful if you are carrying big luggage or items.

Outdated place. Internet: The worst part of staying here is the slow internet speed they give. I cannot even watch Netflix comfortably with the speed they give, leave aside a skype call or something. And then they say they provide the hi speed service for a cost! This is simply so old. (Moderately) fast internet is a necessity rather than a luxury anyone visiting Microsoft would require! The utensils: They dont provide any by default. You have to ask for it. When I asked, she gave me a handful in a plastic box that I had to carry to my room and then asked to return the box! Cool, I don't want them. Anyways not practically useful with the numbers she gave. Like 2 spoons, 2 forks, 2 plates and some more. Features: No oven, No dishwasher, less than 20 channels working on TV (along with slow internet, huh! ), simply not enough amenities! grab and go breakfast: muffins, apples, oranges, free coffee… not enough I guess. Room was nice and clean. Like most extended stays they have no dishes and utensils and no housekeeping, while charging the same as competing hotels.

Clean, comfortable rooms, decent upkeep. Great location, walking distance to MS campuses. Would be awesome if the rooms came with a coffee maker and cutlery.

One of the best places to stay, clean and practical. Hassle free completely. Did not really like the Grab and Go breakfast really less options. There is a lake sammamish nearby this is a must visit spot.

Not a very nice place, there was garbage in my room when I checked in, the counters had stains all over them and my co-worker's room smelled like curry for the first 2 days we were there. The staff was friendly and helpful however so I'm giving 3 stars, mainly for service, they need better maids though.

Literally the worst establishment I have ever stayed at. A room for 3 adults was booked. When we arrived we found out that the third adult would have to sleep on a sofa. Not a huge deal except they are 6'2" and 260lbs. We had to ask for sheets and towels for the third person. Then when we asked for a blanket for the sofa we had to wait 30 minutes in the office only to be given a matress pad (the kind used to keep children from wetting the bed) as that was "all they could find". The room itself smelled like fish and the included breakfast consisted of cold muffins and cereal. Worst expieience ever. Avoid at all costs!

Refrigerator didn't work, all my food spoiled. Stove top doesn't work either, and only some of the outlets are live. No conditioner, only shampoo. Coffee maker had molded old coffee grounds in it, not clean. Pillow case missing. Holes in the bedcovers, looks like cigarette burns. I tried to resolve my concerns with hotel staff prior to posting here. Very nice people at the front desk working hard, but they have no authority to fix anything — you have to make a special call to the manager who only works 9-5 which is of course the time I am on site with my clients. 3 phone calls with no resolution, and I just keep trying. Great location and value for price, and Pawan and Carol are terrific, but I am not sure I will continue to come here for future business trips.

Beware of staff entering without waiting for someone inside to open the door — The staff came one Sunday evening (not even housekeeping time) knocking on the door. And TV was on and am sure the sound was enough for someone to hear, yet, not even a minute since her knocking, she opens the door using the key. Not house cleaning but front reception/owner?. Asks what's our name and ticks off her sheet. WHAT! This is how u treat your guests/paying customers, barging into their room. Not going to stay out here and u all shud as well, else be treated to random checks. We booked for 12 nights and after 8 nights the staff comes saying checkout is today. We showed the email reservation and yet they are saying we might have changed it to 8 nights afterwards (which we didn't). They messed it up and instead of accepting the fault and resolving it, blaming us and not agreeing (even though room is available as well as they are ready to extend). Another what**. Pathetic customer engagement (guess they don't want paying customers and want their rooms empty) The kitchen sink doesn't have garbage disposer, so one end up using trash And house keeping is weekly so plan for disposing it yourself or calling extra paid housekeeping service or smelly trash can. When checked in no kitchen vessels were found however they got it when reported since we were planning to use kitchen. No work/office desk in the room.

No daily service, just the price is cheaper than other hotel.

I lost clothes from DRYER on 31st May'2014. Still can't believe it. Complained manager but no fruitful result.

Very friendly Staff, Coin Laundry. No ice machine? I haven't found one yet. Internet is absolutely horrible here. The highest you can get for an arm and leg is 3Mb/s down. Neighborhood is fairly quiet.
