So the rooms, service, and staff are all amazing! But if you plan to have kids sleep on the couch bed I would rethink that! That bed was so hard my sister had back problems and headaches from bad sleep : (I felt so bad for her! The best part was the amazing complimentary breakfast and appetizers! The breakfast has toast, bagels, muffins, and donuts. Along with eggs, Sausage, eggs, bacon, pancakes, make your own waffles. Drink were the typical juices and of course the omelette station was awesome! The cocktail hour is free drinks from 530-730 and comes with nachos and veggies!

Great customer service. Front desk very informative. Food was great. Rooms were very nice, clean, and spacious. Hotel is close to downtown Seattle. I absolutely loved my stay. Free breakfast was a plus+++

I haven't had a bad experience staying at the Embassy in Bellevue. The rooms are very spacious and clean. I appreciate the many amenities that come with the stay. The breakfast spread is awesome. I'm a fan of the Manager reception, especially after a long day of work. The staff is very friendly and prompt when needing anything from room service to fresh towels.

I didn't get to enjoy this place enough… And only because I was here for a function for continuing education. Otherwise I loved my room, service was really good, the restaurant food was really good and the service was really good. The room service was so inexpensive and so convenient. I had a really comfortable stay. My bed was comfortable there was hardly any noise that traveled throughout the walls or the floors and ceilings. I really enjoyed my stay here and wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy it more.

Large clean rooms! Amazing breakfast included. Great parking. Attentive staff. What more could you want? Oh and easy freeway access.

They set up late into the evening for the next event late at night and are very noisy when setting up. Housekeeping is lacking. The carpets were dirty and there was feces on the underside of the toilet bowl in my room. The tub had so much hair in the drain it wouldn't drain very fast. If the noise was less and the hotel room more clean I would stay again but as it is I wouldn't stay again.

Our baseball team was in from out of town for 2 nights and we stayed at the Embassy Suites in Bellevue. My family has stayed there several times before and we've always loved it as it's perfect for families (the separate suites, breakfast, and pool). I had a group of people to look after (8 rooms total) and I have to say that dealing with Ben and Kaila was so easy and they were extremely responsive and accommodating for all of our requests. They even helped us organize transportation to Safeco Field. This is the only place we'll stay at the next time we're in town. Thanks Ben and Kaila and to the hotel staff for making the experience so incredible.

We stayed here with a large group. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is great. Waffles, omelets, fruit, etc… Something for everyone. Complimentary happy hour with drinks and snacks is also a big hit! There is a pool, hot tub, and fitness center. My only complaint is the same for other embassy suites… Elevators are slow and get very full around busy check-in and check-out times. We often too the stairs but you have to plan on the slow times when leaving with suitcases. Also, there was a bra under our ottoman that wasn't ours.

Great place to stay for a business trip. I needed to be in the Seattle area for a week. For longer stays I really like the two room concept. You don't feel confined to a bedroom. With a cook to order breakfast and an evening reception, you have activities at the hotel. Free parking also saves money. I make finding an Embassy Suites a priority when traveling for business.

Went here to get a drink at the bar. The food menu, which I didn't order from didn't look anything special with the usual assortment of American cuisine. There beer list seemed fairly small as it didn't appear to be a full restaurant. The service was friendly, but we're very busy and they appeared understaffed I don't know if this is usual of this place having only been once. They had a couple TV's at the bar playing sports but nothing exceptionally large to view a game. I wouldn't try viewing anything sports related here with more than a group of 3. I liked the place, but it wasn't anything special. I don't feel the need to return.

Overall a good experience. The free drinks and snacks were great during the social hours. I only wish that they had some different snack options from one day to the other. Our first night there was a little annoying. It seems that kids running around yelling and playing in the lobby or hallways is okay from 9 p. M. Till about 12. I was trying to enjoy a movie with my family but they were so loud it was hard to pay attention to the T. V. Other than that we really had a great stay. The small kitchen area in our room was stocked with yummy treats. On Sunday we got a free shuttle ride to go see Black Panther at the local theater. Oh and our rooms came with robes per request. Beautiful lobby and great food at the restaurant.

Really nice rooms, quiet and very accessable to everything. Seattle is just 20 minutes away and 10 to downtown Bellevue. Great service, great staff, pretty good free breakfast every morning and free happy hour every night. Yes, free drinks for guests. We were here a year ago and experienced the same great service. I'd definitely come back to this hotel.

Rooms are very cozy and comfortable. Beds are good sized and feel pretty good. The breakfast is good and the hotel itself feels nice. The noise from the commons can be heard from inside your room at night though. Otherwise it's an excellent hotel.

Hotel staff was very nice and for the most part helpful. Housekeeping was good on my floor. Other floors they didn't even know what floor or if they even had a guest laundry room. The rate we were told we would have did end up changing for some reason but overall I was happy.

Great design, the building is all new, and the food is great. They serve food and snacks throughout the day. My kids loved it here. There is a lot of fun stuff to do. Not close to any of the tourists attractions, but if you are visiting family it would be great.

We really enjoyed our time here. The rooms were very comfy and the service was great. The walls were insulated well and we didn't hear any of our neighbors. I really loved that breakfast was open until 10AM; I didn't have to wake up early. A big plus!

Love this hotel. The afternoon reception is great, but busy. Rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast food was not as good this time as it was last time. The potatoes had been sitting out too long and were stale and cold. All the other breakfast food was great and always enjoy the omeletes.

Good overall hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and filling. Make your own omelet to start your day right! The managers reception was exceptional. The breakfast staff, front desk staff, manager reception staff and housekeeping are friendly and great.

Stayed for two nights. Professional and helpful staff. Relatively nice, clean rooms. Restaurant is not bad at all, I enjoyed it. I would recommend the Embassy Suites.

Courteous staff. Clean and beautiful rooms. Wonderful breakfast with omlete station. Evening refeshments and drinks were the best. Pool, jacuzzi and fitness room were very clean and I would stay here again without a doubt. 5 star experience.

Okay this place was outstanding loved out room. Loved the service. Loved the clean rooms. Loved the evening snacks and breakfast buffet. Our new place to stay when in Seattle!

Property was very nicely remodeled and we enjoyed the large room and the amenities. However, I didn't quite understand why it was okay to have a very loud band playing in the ballroom below the guest rooms early on a Sunday morning. The music was so loud I could literally feel it vibrating my room, I had change and keys on the table beside my bed that were vibrating on the table. This hotel has ample event space, and that's great. But the events seem to interfere with the hotel guest experience in this capacity. Sunday morning breakfast, nearly everything was out (this was around 945am). All the fruit bowls were empty, butter and cream cheese, waffle batter, juice, coffee… I tried to find an employee but there was no one around in the food area. Come to think of it, the entire time I was downstairs I think the only staff members I saw were the ladies cooking omlettes, and a lone busser on the other end of the atrium.

Nicer property that has been recently refurbished. Rooms are clean and tidy, but the decor is still a bit dated. They do take care of their diamonds though, and their breakfast area was newly updated as well. A good rate for a good property.

My wife and I love this location. It provides a lot of value for the money in the form of great amenities, friendly and helpful service, and the best breakfast buffet I have seen without having to pay a good deal more for the stay. Located just outside Seattle in the lovely city of Bellevue this Hilton location allowed us convenient access to major highways, local shopping, and easy trips to Seattle, Tacoma or any other part of the area you care to visit while enjoying clean and well appointed rooms. The service at the hotel Grill was exemplary and the food delicious. There are lot of local treasures within easy reach as well such as the Mox Boarding House, The Crossroads mall, with it's incredibly diverse food court. There are lakes in either direction just moments away and of course with a short drive you can be on the Puget Sound for enjoyment of the shore or even better take a ferry trip across to the Olympic Peninsula for a day of sight seeing and outdoor adventure! If you don't feel like venturing forth there are few pleasures more delightful than a good breakfast followed by a day in bed listening to the rain. Even better, the grill does great room service and there are several local venues that deliver.

We liked it. It's the first time for my family and me too. The service is good. The bed and the room it's clean. And we liked the breakfast service too.

Nice breakfast and free evening cocktails. Place a bit behind in upkeep, but not unbearably so. (hook on door missing, windows water stained from the rainy season) Fridge and microwave in the room was convenient. Staff not particularly warm or bright. Food and housekeeping staff busy busy keeping up after everyone… They seemed overworked or poorly managed?, making them not particularly happy.

Very pleasant staff. Room is clean and spacious. Wifi was a bit difficult to set up but can't complain too much. Great experience all around.

Older hotel. Could use some upgrades. Did not quite meet expectations for cleanliness or serenity. Noise from hallways into rooms and doors closing are apparent. Food trays with leftovers left in halls all-day. House keeping needed to bring clean sheet for the pull-out sofa, as it had not changed. Evening reception was average. Breakfast was decent, good omelets. Not my first pick when in the area, but will do for the right price.

Everything was perfect. Room, bed, happy hour, and especially the breakfast, including made-to-order egg white omelet. Plus, it was the lowest number of Hilton Honor points of all the hotels in Bellevue.

Very nice hotel, but the Wi-Fi is abysmal. Do not come here if you're on business or depend on Wi-Fi daily. To make matters worse, the building has a big metal roof (viewable when you look straight up in the lobby) and it seems to block wireless data signals, so I can't even use my cellular hotspot to get a Wi-Fi connection without stepping out to the patio. Hopefully this will serve as a wakeup call to the mgmt to remedy this Wi-Fi problem.

Was a great location quick access to the freeway. Breakfast was good. Didn't hwy to use pool the night of our stay due to tons of teenagers occupying it. Used it the next morning was satisfied with the pool and hot tub area.

My experience with this hotel started off with a heal of a deal: $108/night for a kind suite. The staff was very polite and helpful; the hotel offered free parking, Wi-Fi, an awesome breakfast, hot tub, and pool. The bed was one of the best beds I slept in. This was definitely a good decision.

Big, comfortable rooms convenient to Starbucks and surrounding businesses. They have a full breakfast buffet with a cooked to order omelette. Free drinks at the guest reception for a couple hours each afternoon. Unfortunately, bud light is the only beer offered now.

The staff was amazing and friendly. The hotel is under construction but that didn't bother us in any way. Only two negatives; no ventilation in the bathroom, and TERRIBLE pillows.

Rooms are spacious and modern. Breakfast is good and in the afternoon thry have light snacks and drinks reception. Wifi is free and adequate. Parking is free and plenty. If you're a hhonors member, you can pick your room before you arrive using their app. Only con is location is kind of far from city centers.

Rooms are nice. Excellent beds. Decent hot breakfast. Wi-Fi is terrible, slow and not usable.

The hotel room was immaculate. The happy hour was generous. The staff was extremely accomodating. The only suggestion I have is to polish the brass work, in the elevators, rooms etc.

Newly refurbished rooms upgraded the overall feel of the hotel. Enjoy the managers reception and free breakfast. Bartender is very friendly, helpful and attentive. Rooms are cleaned well. All staff I came in contact with were friendly. The food was ok/average for a hotel but nothing impressive. The new bathroom amenities by Giovanni aren't as good as the previous brand which I believe were crab tree & Evelyn. The new courtesy snacks on the 5th floor rooms are a fantastic addition. I enjoy this hotel much more now after the revamp and will use as my first choice in the area.

Currently under renovation, and the hotel was very cold in the public areas. Hotel is understaffed, employees are always running around. Complementary Happy Hour and Breakfast was nice, although at breakfast, they ran out of dishes, and some food items. Hotel Rooms were very nice, and beds were comfortable.

Very modern and new rooms. Flat screens in the bedroom and in the living space with solid HD service. Fairly comfy bed and a great separate bathroom area. The Wi-Fi was not free, and the service was not worth paying for, slow and frequently dropped out. The breakfast is good, with made to order omelette options on top of the other above par options. Easy location 20 minutes from downtown Seattle.

The rennovation aspect is throwing me off my relaxation mode. Too many issues that didn't sit right with me. I'm used to the Hilton brand so that is why I chose Embassy Suites over all of the other hotels I could have chosen. The one positive thing I can say about my experience is that the customer service was pretty awesome. All of the staff seemed to be very friendly especially S. Torres (front desk) who went above and beyond to accommodate me while multitasking with other customers at the front desk. Unfortunately the other renovation related issues left a bad taste in my mouth. I'd be willing to give this place another try after the renovation is finished but until then I don't think I can come back. This is why my rating was so low.

The staff was professional and courteous and went out of their way to make sure that we had the best stay possible. Their dining staff and breakfast was outstanding and the customized omelets were delicious!

Advertised as "upscale". I don't think so! Currently under rennovation… even the suites which have been 'refurbished' feel cramped, are poorly lit, have squeaky faucets, and a sofa so uncomfortable as to be useless for anything but a luggage rack. Bring your own hair dryer, because the one provided was a light travel size that looked like it was 10 years old! I had to go out and buy a new one that actually functioned. The large screen T. V. And comfortable king bed were the ONLY things I can say about the room that rate a single star. Overall, the entire hotel is dingy and grimey… I wanted to wash my hands after touching anything in the common areas. Due to renovations, facilities like the pool were available to use during our stay. This hotel is dated looking inside and out… looks like they really would have been better off razing the whole thing and starting over from scratch. Nothing I saw about the planned renovation appears to bring it up to the standards of a very mediocre business traveler's hotel chosen solely for convenience of location, although you really need a rental car to go out and find anything decent to eat.

Absolutely love this place! The staff treats us like family, the food is amazing, the atmosphere is wonderful. AND — the remodel is wonderful! Thank you to everyone who makes our trip awesome!

They are about 90% complete with remodeling the interior of the hotel. The new rooms have nice amenities that appeal to the business traveler. Breakfast in the lobby is always good. Book early! This place fills up fast and often!

Awesome stay. Cool pool with water fall. Kids and wife loved it. Free food and drinks for breakfast and dinner.

I stayed in this hotel for a business stay. Very clean and the breakfast was amazing! As I am new to the area I was very surprised how nice the staff is. They gave me a map and recommended little shops in the area.

Easy location close to Seattle. Room was nice and breakfast was good.

Old, sort of a moldy smell, falling apart, not great customer service, and pricey. Needs a face-lift if they want $240 per night.

We had requested an early check in, but no rooms were available when we got there. We were ok with that as sometimes things are just busy. But it meant we checked in quite late. We had requested a non-smoking room. When we got our room, as soon as we opened the door the stale smell of cigarettes hit us. There were cigarette burns on the furniture. This was very, very clearly a smoking room. We went back to the desk and they assured us that it was a "converted" non-smoking room (uh, it doesn't work that way). They said that all the rooms were booked and there was nothing they could do about it. We had no choice. We slept with the patio doors open to try and get fresh air, but the patio was over the parking lot so all night long we heard the delivery trucks coming and going. Terrible night's sleep. In the morning we discovered that the coffee maker was broken. All faucets made a terrible screetching sound when turned, and my husband had to turn the shower off as I wasn't strong enough! The wall paper was starting to pull away from the wall on my side of the bed as well. Oh! ANd they made a big deal about free Wi-Fi but the signal was so shoddy that it was unusable. The next morning they agreed to move us to a proper non-smoking room. The second room was ok. It was clean and nothing was broken. But our expectations were low by this point. I was disappointed that the staff were not apologetic.

Stayed at the Embassy Suites for an extended amout of time while working out of state for my company. During the six week stay I was continually impressed with the service level and quality of the hotel. This is a older hotel than most but the rooms (at least the ones I entered) were very well kept and the office/living space being seperate was a great benefit. Two twin 39 inch flat screen Samsung LED TV's in each space and actual king size bed, being 6' 5" this was major. Ample drawer and armoire space for a long term stay as well as sofa with hid-a-bed. Better hotels have been built but I've been around and this is just what the business traveller needs. Manager's reception is great for unwinding after a work day. Great drinks being offered at no cost, please do tip the barman, you'll find you drinks a bit stiffer if you like. Free made to order breakfast or your choice of ready made breakfast items. Just what the busy business person needs for grabbing a quick but quality meal to start the day. Overall I enjoyed the stay. The pool and work out facility were also nice but I didn't find myself there all that often. Hot tub or sauna would be a good place to relax with your free drinks in the evening though. If you can get a suite then you should. I recommend also signing up for Hilton Honors if you travel often. Worth it.

My business booked this room for me, and it was directly next to my company so that was nice. But there were a few things that rubbed me the wrong way. I like the concept of the Embassy's 2 room suits but like all other Embassy's ive been to they are 20 years out dates. The whole building looks like what I think a rich grandpas study would look like. My room had 2 Samsung flat screens but only like 5 channels to watch. The king sized bed was nice but the pillows were absolutely HORRIBLE! Because of that I got a horrible nights sleep. My bedding also kinda smelled mildewy. In the morning when I went to go take a shower I liked how the bathroom was all marble but the shower head was also HORRIBLE! And the fan in my bathroom would not turn on. The elevators smelled like dogs. The breakfast was good though. But since im able to expense food when staying on business this was not as important to me. I would not stay here again.
