We only stayed for 1 night. We were looking for an affordable, inexpensive, not shabby/old/dingy hotel near seattle and I always like Bellevue. Staff was pleasant. Our room was clean, shower pressure was fine. Funky smell in the hallway outside our door, but again we just needed a 1 night quick stay. FREE PARKING was another reason we chose this hotel. Either outside beside the building, or underground with your hotel room key.

Great location and very clean comfortable rooms. Nice bar and restaurant. We will be back. Super location on I-90 for easy access.

Great staff and nice amenities for being a “4 Star”. Didn’t have a chance to try the restaurant but their shuttle service to the surrounding campuses was a life saver — even came to pick me up!

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff. We ended up staying here out of desperation — we had reserved a room at the Days Inn nearby, but they sold our reservation and hadn't told us until we got there (after a whole day of flying out from South Texas, so we were tired as hell). That's what we get for trying to go cheap on lodging. So I had to make calls to see who had availability, and this hotel gladly helped us out. And hey, it worked out wonderfully! Our room was spacious and clean, room service was on point, and it's In a good location if you want to explore both Seattle and the surrounding region (you should). It really helped us enjoy our first trip to this part of the country. We definitely will stay here again whenever we return.

Love this hotel! Rooms are spacious and new. Always clean linens and the turn down service is on top of keeping the room looking great.

Location is relatively close to the freeway for easy access. Our room was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice hotel, great staff that is always very polite and helpful. Clean rooms and the Nine O lounge has good food and drinks as well as a good happy hour.

Had a great stay there. Room was visibly clean and smelled good too. Couldn't hear anything through the walls from other guests. Customer service was good as well, and we felt valued during our stay there. Thanks!

Great hospitality and rooms were clean and nice and big. Didn't have to reclean then at all. Everyone was nice and friendly. Restaurant was kinda spendy but that's what you would expect from a 4 star. Overall loved it and planning on staying there again. Also reasonable prices for rooms.

Simply great. Quiet. Staff was excellent. Ate every meal at restaurant. Business office was up to date. Just close enough to city to get to where I needed to go but far enough away to feel like home!

My husband and I stayed here the night of our wedding and the staff here are definitely what makes this place shine. Everyone's professional, upbeat, friendly and warm. We couldn't help mentioning we just got married. A basket was promptly sent up with candy and a personalized card with details about our conversation with the woman who'd just checked us in! When I came rolling downstairs far too early looking for coffee so he could sleep, staff went out of their way to get me one. I was also impressed with how they speak to each other, the courtesy and professionalism was great to see. The jetted tub king suite was simply wonderful! Only con, there was a good bit of litter not dealt with. At the doors to the hotel there was trash, on counters, and a pile of dishes at the entrance to our room that should have been cleared hours before. Small thing though for an otherwise great stay.

This is the second Silver Cloud I've stayed at and both times were great. Very nice, clean rooms that look up to date, friendly staff, and very reasonable room prices. I only wish this location would have had complimentary breakfast. The only option available is the hotel restaurant which has just a bit too pricey of a breakfast menu. But other than that, the hotel is fantastic.

Very clean Hotel with nice amenities and friendly staff. The attached restaurantkeeps the menu fresh with intriguing dishes and 2 a day happy hour including food and drinks. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I stayed here for a week, the nine bar and Grill was good for a late night sit down, beers on tap and excellent alcohol choices. Staff and amenities were excellent. Granite and king sized beds in the rooms. Room service was also excellent.

The rooms are nice. Clean. The Restaurant is a little pricy and food could be better. They try to be more upscale than they are. Front end attendant should be more knowledgeable of the hotel and area around Bellevue. Didn't feel she had much education.

Friendly staff. Quiet rooms. I don't hear much noise from the corridor nor from adjacent rooms. They allow you to choose if you want your towels washed everyday or not, so they participate in keeping the environment clean. Easy access to freeway, but you are not stuck with it — secondary roads are not as clogged if you need to get to businesses in the neighbourhood.

I'm here on a business trip, so take that into consideration. The hotel itself is nice and in a good location close to some places to eat if you don't want to eat at the restaurant. The restaurant itself is also pretty good though! There was a small issue with one of the lights not turning on, but I called the front desk and they sent someone to fix it while I was out the next day. The room I'm in on the 6th floor is nice, modern and clean. No real issues here for me!

Location is nice being about 15 minutes from downtown. Room was spacious but the walls in the place seem really thin. Felt like I could hear everything in the halls. All other aspects were fine though. Nice hotel at a decent price.

If I could give them 6 stars I would! These guys have been the most accommodating staff and hotel we have ever stayed at! My husband and I are a private shipping company and haul large items across country for people. Last night we called explaining we just needed a good night's rest but we had 2 pickup trucks, a boat, an enclosed trailer and a camper that all needed parked with us. They blocked off plenty of parking spots for our convoy and made our check in process so easy. We were able to rest easy. Everyone here is amazing and the hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet. Excellent location. And the bar\restaurant has great food at expected prices. No breakfast however and some of the staff tend (on more than one occasion) to stick their noses a little high in the air for my taste. A perfectly acceptable hotel for a business weekend.

Comfortable and quiet, this competes well with the larger chains like Marriott and Radisson. The large room was updated and very well-furnished, but I would have appreciated charging stations on both sides of the bed. At the bar, both of our drinks were on the sour side (less syrup than expected), but they offered to "fix" it. In the restaurant, the salads and desserts were outstanding. We appreciated that the stairs were inviting, so we weren't forced to use the elevators all the time. The location is nothing exciting, but it's close to I-90.

Clean, comfortable, affordable. The staff was nice. Convenient location with lots of things to do within a 10 minute drive on Uber. I'd definitely stay here again.

Clean rooms, well maintained, spacious rooms. There is a very strong smell of food due to the restaurant in the lobby … They should keep the air-conditioning separate for the restaurant and the hotel. The smell does not get into the room.

Room was clean and tidy. Very good for price. Location however does not have many places around. Near highway. Would definitely recommend.

We went to have breakfast in the restaurant. It took a while for someone to get to us but an overall great experience. Great staff and really good food. Skillet and Eggs Benedict were amazing.

My family and I stayed at Silver Cloud hotels and inns many times. The experience was amazing each and every time. The room is great. Super comfy bed. Clean. Super helpful and welcoming staff. The food is really good, especially here at the O-nine restaurant at Eastgate. Overall, one of the best places you can stay at in the Pacific Northwest.

Perfect Hotel for a weekend getaway with your significant other. My girl and I have stayed at this one and the one on Capitol Hill, depending on what our plans are. We love the Jacuzzi suites at the 4 star Silver clouds and this location is perfect for a nice romantic night after dinner at John Howie's in Bellevue. The rooms are good sized and always clean, the staff is very nice, huge TV, comfortable beds and can't beat the Jacuzzi right next to the bed. Definelty recommended for a 1-3 night stay to get away from reality with the one you love.

Wonderful stay at Silver Cloud Hotel. It's right off the highway, about 10 minutes from downtown Bellevue. The service was great, the room was extremely clean, and it was definitely a comfortable stay. Every part of the room felt clean, barely even a speck of dust anywhere. It was a great price for a relaxing stay. We'll definitely stay here again in the future and would recommend it to anyone we know. P. S. Loved coming back to a room smelling like fresh laundry! =)

We reserved the room online at 12:30 am and proceeded to the hotel which was only a few minutes down the road. Once we arrived, the staff member at the front desk told us we had to wait because it takes them 30 minutes or more to receive it. Although I showed him my confirmation email, he still proceeded to makes us — myself, my wife and our 4 and 6 year old — wait in the lobby. He told us repeatedly that his "buddy" would be there in 5 min to help us out. Turns out his buddy was his boss and he didn't actually show up til 130am. They wouldn't accept cash so I had to leave and find an ATM to deposit money just to reserve it. After all the bullshit, we didn't actually get to our room til 2am.

Good standard hotel, nice gym, and good sleeping rooms. Staff is very nice and accommodating, and bar/restaurant is above average, even offering two happy hours daily.

Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Tv is nice, you can plug an HDMI cable into it. Internet access is slow, even if you plug into the ethernet port.

Hotel was nice and the room was clean. Restaurant was really nice and had good food. Free parking is a bonus. Only reason it got a 4 is because they don't have a pool. Great otherwise.

Stayed in the king jacuzzi room, very comfortable, nice room. Good front desk service. Clean and relaxing. Booked online for a discount, totally worth it. Would go again.

I'd rather stay in a Holiday Inn. At least there they feed you after sleeping on rock hard beds.

Silver cloud in east gate it's a worst place to stay. The don't have any etiquette. The charge huge for tat useless service. Bed's r so uncomfortable.

Expensive stay in overpriced rooms with no breakfast. The nicest thing about this place is the aveda soap bar. Not amazing or worth the 160 price tag compared to other hotels in the same price range.

We were greeted by nice staff and quickly checked in. The room was comfortable. There is complementary Wi-Fi. It's about a ten minute drive from central Bellevue. We didn't get to explore the surrounding area, but will certainly do it when we return.

That is my second time that I got booked in this hotel. First was at downtown Seattle. Got booked through hotwire. I stayed one night and escaped from it, as it had teribble pillows, bad service, the linens was as they got it used after comfort inn. Super overpriced for what it had. Second time hotwire got me here and as I saw that I was already sorry for myself. When I came here they didnt even booked me here because they said they dont wanna use european card for incidentals, and no cash. Rude staff on reception, like zomby robotic repeting non stop same sentence that they dont want my card. (I wonder why females and males who look like they never got sex in past several years and ugly on appearance same ugly inside? hmm that is not about hotel stuff. Just my thoughts. ) So very disappointed in it. Whent to closest another place and paid cash on check in and cash deposit. Feels like I will never return my money for reservation. Hope never to stay with them again.
