The stay was nice. My only issue is that we ordered our hotel on Priceline which advertised a double bed room, but when we got there it was just one Queen. I can't blame the hotel itself… The staff tried to accommodate us to the best of their ability. It was an overall fine place to stay the night.

Our stay here was okay, the room was clean and main king bed was comfortable. The reason for my low review is due to the pull out sofa, we booked our room for 4, and the sofa bed did not have any sheets, blankets or pillows. When calling the front desk to ask for these things, they provided us only with a pile of large unfitted sheets, no blankets or pillows, as they said this was all they had.

Bigger room. Bed and TV weren't that great. Didn't use any of the appliances but there was a full kitchen. Location was quiet, service was good.

Clean room, nothing fancy, free parking. Our room had a small kitchenet with a decent frig. Front desk was a little rude. But overall a good stay.

2 stars only because staff was nice and welcoming. Faucet in shower didn’t work well. Was only kind of clean. Breakfast was only muffins, granola bars, oatmeal and coffee.

This hotel is ok. The outside of the facility looks really nice-all of the tall trees and ivy growing everywhere is really gorgeous, and it smells great. The front staff was very helpful and friendly. They made a point to go over who to call for help, breakfast times, Wi-Fi, etc. The rooms, however, are not the nicest. The doors are very difficult to open (my guess is they are full of water), the sheets did not seem clean (I found multiple long, dark hairs in the sheets-I have red hair, and I roomed alone), room service is NOT complimentary (extra charge), the shower has one of those difficult curtains that let all of the water into the tile floor, I could hear everything outside my front door, etc. The breakfast they boast about is miniature muffins, oatmeal packets, and nature valley bars. It's an ok hotel, just not what I was expecting for what we paid.

Very good location and best place to stay in Bellevue area. Front desk is super nice and specially Souzan was very helpful in getting us a super nice room here. Got a chance to stay there second time and manager there managed to give us nice room with amenities. Breakfast they serve had a good selection and it’s always tasty n warm.

Nice place but they over book so we had to go to another hotel just to get a room. Everyone was nice.

Staying here was honestly made worse by some pretty easy to fix things. The front desk staff was horrible and seemed annoyed that we were even there. The nicest person was the very last person we saw (too bad it was just to check out of this place). We asked for a few extra pillows in order to keep our baby from rolling off the bed. We were told multiple times they were on the way and after waiting about an hour we called the front desk and they said it would be another half hour. Mind you, we had even requested them during booking a few days prior and were told they would already be in the room when we got there. We told the front desk not to worry about them, we were desperate to get what little sleep we still could. The next morning, I went to the front office myself and asked if I could just pick up some pillows myself. The guy at the front looked annoyed and said, yeah, I remember you, you put them in your reservation notes too, right? I'll have someone deliver them to your room this morning. When we got back that evening, they had not delivered them… What a stupid thing to make me never return here again. Also, the room reeked of cigarettes.

Lots of money for what you get in Bellevue. Kids smoking pot in parking lot and loitering. Staff not very warm and friendly… rooms not made up and not enough linen for 4 people. Won't stay here again!

This place is pretty clean and good. Good customer service. Souza did a great job to help us understand about the places near by to visit.

Great value exists in this tucked away little property! Thanks especially to the Manager here, who was knowledgeable and helpful. I come to Bellevue 2 to 3 times a year and will be sure to stop here each time!

Wonderful experience as always. Clean rooms and bathroom. Very good location. Everything is nearby, like restaurant, convenience stores, and Walmart. Those going to TMobile will be the best. It on the other side of the road. Bust stop is also nearby. Breakfast is good but can be improved. Overall a great stay.

I had such a wonderful experience staying here and will stay here again! I stayed in room 301. The staffs were very friendly. The room was very clean and smelled great. Gotta love the hard wood floor and kitchen. The rate is definitely reasonable.

What's the most important thing to people when they stay in a hotel? Cleanliness! Extended Stay America in Bellevue really drops the ball in this department. Upon entering the room I was greeted with the stale stench of old Indian food. I thought maybe I stumbled into a one off situation, but after being moved to a non-smoking room that smelled like an ashtray and had visible grime in the tub I'd had enough. I suppose you get what you pay for, so I will pay a little more next time and stay in a different hotel. 2 stars is generous.

I would not give this place a rating. Places in wrong room due to error on reservation end. Wanted to charge more to place is in correct rm. Breakfast was a joke… creamer was thick m slushy. Rooms are filthy… lightly cleaned. Dirty dishes out side off door for more then 3 days. Here is the kicker… rat infested… these rats were less then 50 ft from rooms in large dumpsters and vines on the back wall. They could of carried u away.

The laundry washer and dryer is not free so make sure to bring some cash to trade in for coins. Also make sure to call the front desk too if they don't clean your room enough times every week. The rooms are not extravagant are anything but if you're working at the T-Mobile headquarters, it's the most ideal location.

I cannot believe how unclean the rooms. Would not like to describe the grossness of the toilet in words here, wish I had the option to post a picture. The housekeeping service, or the lack of it was the other issue. The room/kitchenette did not even have a spoon or a kitchen towel roll, forget other utensils. And when asked to provide anything at all, the front desk's response was there was no one else to bring it and we had to walk over to get it. This happened both at night and morning; if only at night… I would still let it go. Very very disappointed!

Good location, clean place, affordable price.

Kitchen and bathroom were not clean: toothpaste was stuck to floor, old food stuck to stove top. Refrigerator was nice and large, but was very noisy. I had to ask for kitchen supplies and hangers. Staff was very helpful. Dirty dishes from other rooms remained outside for the three days we were there. Parking was very tight for large vehicle. Location was good: close to grocery, restaurants, recreation, highway, etc.

Nice location but not the best service. It feels safe. All rooms have a kitchen. Maid service not included, if you need to clean your room it is an extra fee. Not very updated but it is comfortable. They have complimentary coffee, tea and muffin in the morning.

When I arrived on Saturday it was late I didn't cook a meal sunday I got up to make breakfast and the stove didn't work so I called the office and he said there was nothing he could do until Monday so I called Monday to remind them that the stove needed to be fixed I would be at work Monday night when I got back the stove still didn't work so I again call down and why. The guy in the office was really apologetic but he couldn't help me he said didn't have anyone to do it until tomorrow so I called again Tuesday to remind them when I got back Tuesday night the stove still didn't work so they moved me to a different room after using the restroom I discovered that the toilet didn't work it did not have any water in the bowl I called the office and he said I can't do anything would you like a free night and then he looked up to see who the payor was and since it was my employer he made a wise ass crack oh you're not paying for it anyhow. It comes out of my paycheck so I called my boss and they move me to a different Hotel the only reason they got a one-star out of me was because there was not an option for zero Stars they need to get customer satisfaction classes and they need to have a maintenance person on call because things happen in a hotel they need to be fixed I don't care if it's morning noon or night.

Enjoyed my short stay. It was a fair affordable price. Very well centralized in the city. I would stay again for the value.

Quiet location. Right next to the T mobile company. Good location to stay. Grocery store is near by. Also 10 minete away from Belleve downtown. There is one more extended stay in Beleve downtown.

STAY AWAY! They have retrospectively increased the room rate from $110 to $150/night! The rooms were smelling smoke, very dirty. My sister's 10 months old daughter found a little battery under the bed which she almost swallowed. The worst place to stay. The cleaning lady came in at 10AM on the checkout day and was asking us to leave the room then, although the checkout time is at 11AM. The worst choice I've ever made!

Room was perfectly clean. Surrounding area was quiet. No complaints.

Nice place to stay. It had a kitchen in the room. No full breakfast. It had granola bars, muffins and hot cereal packs. And of course coffee.

Our 2 queen room wasn't spotless, but it wasn't disgusting. It was fine for one night. There was free Wi-Fi that was fairly slow, but it's free. The complementary breakfast is granola bars and coffee.

We got there 30 mins before check in the lady at the front desk said that room was getting cleaned and refused to check us in. We finally got checked in and the toilet had stool and urine. They did send someone to clean it right away. The gentleman that was there was very nice. But the lady was so rude.

The most terrible hotel accommodation I have ever seen in US. Untidy, foul smell, no room service at all. Watch out if you want to stay here and feel all this worse at your own risk.

Cons: Room was a bit dirty, everything was old and outdated, a light didn't work, and bathtub faucet was leaking. Pros: Beds were comfortable, outlets near both beds, good A/C, cheap, plentiful storage, free internet (slow, but existent). Verdict: Okay for a night or two if all you'll be doing is sleeping.

Great price, decent room. Nothing fancy but seems clean and cozy and has everything I need save for a coffee maker. Definitely pleased especially for the price.

OK, no-frills place to stay. Very good location if your exploits take you to Factoria area in Bellevue.

The service was fine, except one of their employees gave my company's room to another company causing some of my co-workers to sleep on the floor of a smaller room.

Most uncomfortable bed. Sticky floors, like walking near a soda fountain. Rude office staff. Worst motel ever @ almost 200 per night! Garbage.

This place is good for stay. But dont expect room service that much.

Bellevue is not close to Seattle's downtown. Morning traffic makes it over an hour. But traveling at night it's less than 15 minutes. Take this into consideration if you plan on doing business in Seattle proper.

I paid online before hand and had a promotion at 89$ a night, at check in at 6 pm our room was not cleaned yet and a lady at the front dissappeared to apparently clean it or checking it she said. We entered our room 30 min later and had dirty sheets, hairs on pillow cases and stains on bedding. So gross. They sent some new sheets up for ME to change the bed, after numerous times of telling us we would be compinsated for the wait and the room being gross I was charged $108 … Wth?

Hi-speed internet=slow, beds=awful, rooms=dirty. Not sure how this hotel can advertise hi-speed internet when they cap you at. 75Mbps downstream and. 30Mbps upstream AT BEST. It's mostly unusable unless you pay extra. The rooms stink, the beds are old as dirt (although the manager said they would be replacing them soon), they still are about 10 years overdue! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, this place clearly has problems based on seeing 3 rooms and spending 45 total minutes in the office. I decided to cut my extended reservation to only 1 day. A waste of time.

I stayed here for 3 months, the staff is nice. However, house keeper only visit your room once a week (sometimes 2 weeks) and the free Wi-Fi connection is just slow enough for you to read newspaper, if you want to have better connection for video conference you have to buy package (per device).

If I could give it less than one star I would. The front desk worker and on shift manager were so outrageously rude that we ended up just canceling our room and staying some where else.

You cannot say that as well. Was there in early 2014. Wall samopoznanie, Wi-Fi slow. And the location, like, not bad: the shops, the highways are very close.

Not happy at all. They charged discounted rate after a week and took it away during checkout. When asked about it, on wait for 15-20 mins only to be told "call back later we are very busy".

Friendly staff, but very bad about cleaning rooms. Requested several times to have the room cleaned after it was scheduled to be cleaned. And it wasn't cleaned. They are under staff at this time but still no excuse for this problem.

Don't stay here. It may look nice with a bunch of nice cars in the parking lot, but it does not make up for the people. Rude, inconsistent, dirty. I called a week early and requested a check in. I show that morning and the lady still made me wait until 3pm. The bed was full of dirt. Then they were rude because they had to change the sheets. The disposable cups in the sealed bags were already open. I regret staying here.

This is the worst hotel! DO NOT STAY HERE! Seriously, sleep in your car, it's more comfortable than the beds. The trash thing is true. We made a reservation at 7pm on the 800#, arrived at 10p at the lobby. A very rude person told us that we can't check in until the audit is done. (Began at 9) Then regaled me with how this crappy chain works. We were told we can't check in, it could be up till 11p. SO we sat in the lobby. And waited. And waited. Twenty minutes go by of me being obnoxious with tapping noises and she decided to check her computer. She then informs us we were listed as a no show at 6pm. Hmmmmm 1: I am the guest, I do not care about the inner workings and should not need to be brought up to speed. I am a guest! Keep your whiney excuses to yourself. 2: how in the world can I be a no show prior to making a reservation? Is the computer somehow able to tell the future? 3: get a dumpster and done beds made it off something other than nails and cardboard. For $135 I expected MORE. And maybe manners. But I'm from Vail and I know how things SHOULD BE. buyer be ware. Find a roach motel, you will be happier.
