Quiet area good food and affordable nice workers front fest employee was very helpfully clean room and the most off all is none smoking hotel. I can recommend to have here for my classmate reunion someday. Thank you for everything you guys are the best.

Very nice place to stay with the exception of all of these boys running up and down the hallways which is really ridiculous very rude I already had to yell at them once for running down the hallway and called the front office.

Rooms are wonderful. Staff is very awesome. James and Marissa help with every need. Best band for the buck!

What an amazing experience. The staff is so nice and helpful. I love the location, so close to downtown Seattle.

Truly awful experience in almost every regard. The housekeeping would forget simple requests such as extra towels and laundry bags. The bed in our room was terrible, and gave me and other family members back problems. Also, after we checked out, we requested the front desk staff if we could use the microwave to warm up some food, and they refused. The only pro was that the breakfast was surprisingly good for a Hyatt House. Still, I strongly recommend avoiding this location.

Beautiful all around. Comfortable rooms, bending. Attentive staff sincere and always ready to meet your needs. Awesome front desk staff always ready to help with a pleasant smile wonderful spread for breakfast and of course smiling staff ready to meat and great you. I can't say how wonderful experience it is to stay over at Hyatt house Bellevue, home away from home. Simply wonderful. You got to try it for yourself… I give it 4.5 star.

This is a clean, comfortable stay. Free, ample parking and daily breakfast. The lobby bar and restaurant is decent and convenient and the rooms are large and well-appointed. Would stay again, this location was so perfect for working at T-Mobile Headquarters.

Our room was spacious and clean. The service was the highlight though. Checking in on Friday night Matt and his co worker (I can't remember her name) were so amazing and welcoming, they gave us kind personal service throughout our entire stay. Would 100% recommend!

The rooms here smell REALLY bad. I've stayed at this hotel twice in the last year, and two different rooms smell like mildew. I recommend that you bring lots of air freshener. Standard room is so TINY! Nothing is nearby in walking distance so prepare to either eat/drink at lobby bar, walk a mile to Dairy Queen, or drive somewhere. Traffic is horrible. Right next to Interstate 90 so prepare for noise at all hours. The ac/heater (which I suspect is source of mildew) is the type that is big and installed under window. So sitting in the chair beside window means getting blasted with noisy air. Every morning here I've awakened with sneezing fits from bad air quality in the hotel. After an hour at the office each morning, my sinuses calm down for rest of day but then another night in hotel room and cycle of sneezing repeats. Only recommended if you have no other options. Bummer, because the Redmond Hyatt House, about 10 miles away, is awesome!

We LOVE staying here! I’d recommend a Hyatt House anytime there is one where you are traveling! Comfy beds and great breakfast.

Very nice hotel with a great location. It is easy to reach from the freeway and yet the area is still quiet. Close enough to Seattle to attend events there without a long drive.

Very comfortable and well appointment rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing! I'll definitely come back.

Nice to have a kitchenette in the room, comfortable bed and couch. Good breakfast with an omelette station when I was there. Nice dining area too. A bit far from places to eat if on property restaurant is closed. 30 to 60 mins from airport depending on traffic.

Great experience. The room was very spacious and super clean. It's literally right off interstate 90 so in a super convenient location with bus stops nearby too if you don't feel like driving. Provided breakfast was great too. A lot of options and really good too. I'll definitely stay again.

Stayed for business reasons. Staff were courteous and respectful. Facilities quite nice. Room was clean and organized well. Only thing was this carpet smell. Didn't bother me enough but one can smell it entering the room the first time. Otherwise, pleasant experience was had.

Comfortable bed in a hotel… who knew! very clean. Loved the mini kitchen with full fridge. Microwave. 2 burner stove top. Mini dish washer. Dishes and utensils. Pool is nice but small. Hot tub big but not super hot which I prefer. Like the 300 check in and 1200 check out time it feels like I'm getting. Y money's worth. Location is good. Staff was very friendly and professional. Loved sitting by the fireplace in the bar. Only complaint wad the quality of the bar food for the price. If ya like 711 burgers but want to pay more then you won't mind.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Hyatt House. Staff members were very friendly and the service was excellent. Our room was very clean and our beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to use the amenities we were able to receive our breakfast (included), which we enjoyed very much. We would come back again in our next visit to Seattle/Bellevue and will certainly recommend that they stay at the Hyatt House.

Got a quiet room, the carpet could use shampooing. Breakfast is satisfying with small variation each morning, but can get dull in a few days. Detergent dispenser did not work in the laundry room, but front desk gave me some. Staff is very friendly.

Great hotel near Seattle. Amazing and complimentary breakfast with omelette station. Big spacious rooms, a great indoor and heated pool and Whirlpool, Fitness Center and guest laundry with multiple washers and dryers. Staff was amazing and helpful. Free parking and close proximity to the university and the interstate to get to wherever you have to go.

A short drive away from downtown Seattle. Provides spacious rooms, ample parking, a swimming pool and hot tub, and very comfy beds. However, heating system is not central and kicks on in the middle of the night. Service was stellar and always tried their best to help me.

The Hyatt House in Bellevue, WA is such a great place to stay. The staff is very friendly & courteous. I would recommend them highly.

The location is great and the service us great as well. We arrived at 1am and the reception was still polite and kind. The room is good but I feel the building itself is a bit old.

Excellent hotel, great service, very kind people. The breakfast selection was outstanding, especially with the "daily omelette", the gym was nice. The pool is a bit too small and whirlpool a bit too hot, but hey, I am being very subjective. The bus station is close and you can be in the centre in about 25-30 mins without worrying where to park your car.

Staff is very friendly and helpful! The rooms are alright, but spacious. Also, they have pretty good options for breakfast!

The staff is amazing and friendly. Rooms are clean and cozy. The mattress was pretty stiff and there was considerable traffic noise heard even on the fourth floor. Breakfast was basic but good. Overall a nice place to stay.

This hotel gave us best value for what we paid for! We were there for Two days. Impressed with features such as amazing complementary breakfast, polite staff, clean rooms, stove with cooking accessories, free 24 hours coffee/tea in lobby, free indoor parking, swimming pool, gym and hot tub. Great job Hyatt!

Great place to stay. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The hotel is clean and well kept. This was one of the best hotel stays I've had.

Propeller awesome. Welcomed our group Wearing some of our signature shirts and accessories. Felt very welcomed.

Nice modern rooms with kitchenettes. No oven, but everything else you might need including a decent sized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and stovetop. All cookware, too. Spacious rooms and very quiet.

The front desk staff was very helpful. Location was great, took 15 minutes to get into the City and was able to avoid traffic when going places like Mt. Rainier. The rooms are very clean and large!

Everything works great. The service is excellent and you feel at home. The attention is first. Unsurpassed hygiene.

Pleasant stay. Building fairly well kept up for its age. Room was clean. Beds were firm, but comfortable. No issue with noise. Staff remembered me after check-in. Loved the omelets and other breakfast options. We needed a late check-out so we could attend church and come back briefly that afternoon; staff honored our request. We usually hotel-hop on our trips, so we booked the Embassy Suites down the street the next night, while not terrible by any stretch, I wish we had stayed with the Hyatt.

The rooms are very comfortable, this to the banks of Bellevue and it is very quiet. The food at the hotel is rich and breakfast is included. In case of not having a car or not wanting to use Uber/lift is on the side of 4 bus stations.

Home away from home experience that has on many occasions been pleasingly comfortable and consistent. The rooms are clean, well appointed, with great kitchenettes, and comfortable beds. Only improvement could be better monitoring the pool area. My suggestion would be, access to the pool area depending on room type booked/member status to ensure quality of experience. PSA: Please be reminded that the pool area isn't for unmonitored children and hot tubs aren't meant for pool toys, splashing and horseplay — they are meant for civilized quiet time. It is noted that no food or drinks are allowed into the pool area.

What a great hotel and staff! Cleanest hotel I have stayed in. The breakfast buffet is wonderful! Anything you want or need, they have. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Just a really great place. I highly recommend.

We recently booked a 2 Queen room at this resort. While the room was nice, these are double beds and not queens although the front desk says otherwise. The pool area was nice and there's a bbq if you want to grill dinner. A hot breakfast is also included.

This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. Very friendly, excellent breakfast Kama great bar and food. I stay here often when traveling for work, definitely one of the nicest.

Accommodations appear clean, but several items prevent me from a great rating: greeting at check seemed forced, and wasn't very friendly; no feather pillows in the room; discovered that there was no shampoo in the morning, and had to wash hair with soap because I didn't have time to wait for housekeeping; slow sink drain made washing and brushing unpleasant. Breakfast selection looked decent.

The rooms were clean and lots of friendly service, the breakfast was one of the best I have had in any hotel, definitely would return.

Enjoyed outdoor seating area. Servers were very friendly and attentive. Would have been nice if they had highlighted happy hour menu or advised by servers.

Probably would not stay here again. First we had room 230 that is directly on top of the exhaust vents from the drying facility. Quite noisy when you try to sleep. We asked to change rooms but front desk indicated they were sold out (6/12). When we returned to our room on Monday, dirty wine glasses were still in the room and the trash had not been emptied from the bathroom. A visit to the front desk resulted in clean glasses being delivered. Later, my wife was having a shower and discovered that we only had 1 washcloth. Housekeeping certainly needs to be improved or at least whoever did these rooms needs some training. The manager gave us a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. The included breakfast was very good however we did not expect this from a Hyatt facility.

Quiet room, good breakfast. Restaurant asked us to leave when we sat down to eat some leftovers from dinner (not from the hotel). Turned me off as there was no one there so it's not like we were taking up a table they needed, and I was a paying guest at the hotel.

Went there for a work workshop during lunch. It was very close to my place of work so the location was very convenient. The rooms were equipped with a dialing bridge and projector which was nice. We also had lunch during our meeting which saved us all some time and kept us from being hangry. The food was your basic lunch sandwich bar but the ingredients were fresh and plenty. Overall it was a good experience!

Nice hotel, overall. It has good amenities, including a pool, whirlpool, and workout room. I only wish the pool was mentioned on the website better since I didn't know about it until my stay. The restaurant and bar is very nice, especially in the spring and fall outside on the patio. My only complaint is there were a couple visual stains on the sheets.

Hyatt hotels is the best and I love them. This location had great rooms and the service was nice. They offered to check us in early and also held our bags on our last day. The beds are the best and very comfy. The breakfast is the best.

Cozy rooms that are available for extended stays. Plenty of garage and outside parking. There is a small pool and cafe/restaurant/bar. Overall very comfortable rooms and very friendly staff.

They did not change the sheets and slow service.

It is the best option in Redmond for Business and Family Travel.

This Hyatt House is the BEST! I would not stay ANYWHERE ELSE in the Seattle area. EVER! The room was nice and comfortable. And its only a few miles away from Downtown. Its the BEST! And the breakfast kicks royal ass.

Everything was decent besides the smoke detector that was dismantled on the wall.

This is my first time at Hotel Sierra and this was a great stay! Hotel isn't down twon, but in a great location between downtown and the airport. Food and service at the hotel were great and the breakfast was amazing for the cost. FREE! Full breakfast, round the clock coffee and overall great stay.
