Easy access to main freeways, food, and shopping. Really great hotel with updates for pricing! Will not hesitate to go back.

Coast Hotel 116 was the perfect location for downtown Bellevue. It was also an easy 15-min ride for downtown Seattle. Woods Coffee is perfect for breakfast.

Got our reservation wrong. Took a bit of convincing to get them to give us something in return. Still needed to pay for the extra room upfront and have the other refunded.

Good overall accommodations. The front lobby and nicely updated. The rooms do still have a 90s aesthetic but overall they were clean and comfortable. Checking was easy and I appreciated the free parking. It was very convenient having both a restaurant and coffee shop located so closely together. The continental breakfast was above-average, however the waffles and potatoes ended up being extremely soggy due to the containers that are kept in. Not a deal-breaker and plenty of other good options available, but still an area that could use some improvement. The hotel itself was quiet despite being almost at capacity. Definitely a good value for the money.

We have a monthly networking event at the Eastside Bar and Grill, and the staff is always so gracious and accommodating, especially Michelle. She's wonderful. The food is pretty basic bar food, but you get some delicious gems every once in a while.

Loved our short stay in a lofted mini suite. It was quiet in our corner unit. Great location, very walkable. Woods coffee next door, Wholefoods just a short walk away. Breakfast buffet is nothing fancy, but better than the typical muffin and yogurt continental breakfasts you find elsewhere. They have a small exercise room with good equipment. Unfortunately there isn't much air circulation in there so it smells. The bar and grill is okay. Nothing spectacular but not terrible either. Service was great though. Perfect for business or pleasure due to location. Would recommend.

Location was great for my business trip. The shower was low, and the A/C was a little slow in coming down the room. The continental breakfast was great.

I had an overall good experience. The staff was awesome. The only thing was when I went to take a shower there was black hair in the tub… gross. Better attention to hygiene please.

The hotel wasn't too bad. Lowest price in Seattle area pretty much. Room was cozy. They let me keep my car parked there all of the following day. They also give guests a complimentary breakfast at the spot next door.

If you think just because this Hotel is in DT Bellevue area it is going to be nice, think again. I was very disappointed when I was on my way to the room. The Lobby Looks Fantastic and modern, but that's as good as it gets. Once you enter the room its like a 90's flashback. Paintings are extremely outdated and The elevator looks rundown. It was out of order the next day. The hallway had stains and the bedroom was much smaller than pictured. I go to open windows and there are grime stains that looked terrible so I kept the curtains closed. When I called to complain about the room, the girl didn't do anything. She didn't even offer another room same style. I ordered a French dip sandwich and fries, and I have to say, it was really good, but pricey for the size of sandwich. 16.00 plus tax for a small sandwich and a ton of fries (fries were amazing). The pro is that the hotel included a Complimentary shuttle within a small radius… so driver dropped us off at Lincoln square. The driver was driving as if she were off work. This woman was slamming her breaks at every red light and made me sick. Also, not very friendly at ALL. If you work in Customer service, you have to smile once in a while. The whole stay I felt like we were an inconvenience for her. Terrible customer service. The next morning we go down to the breakfast buffet, and food was mediocre. Practically a continental breakfast with some scrambled eggs, potatoes and sausages. That's all.

Always great staff and great stay. Perfect location for work, and I’m always comfortable. Friendly and helpful regarding my kiddo’s needs too which makes me extra grateful.

Kind of thin walls and Floors. You can hear people moving around and such. But it's not that bad. Some of the rooms have been updated with a fairly decent modern theme. I like it overall, especially the location. I also like that they don't charge for parking a car in their lot.

The stuff is very friendly, they have a very good breakfast included in the price of the room. The room has a fridge and good internet. You can easily watch videos. The place is very close to a whole foods. They have guest laundry room which is a bit outdated. I am satisfied with what I got for the price I paid.

I'd like to give them 3.5 starts, by the interface doesn't allow. First, the staff is excellent. They were very courteous and professional. The hotel gives a general impression of being worn, but generally cared for. The wear is very noticeable in some places; one of my pictures shows this. The room was clean and decently appointed. I had a small (dorm) fridge. King size bed was clean and comfy. Lots of pillows. TV on wall, couldn't be turned. In wall heater/cooler with not very fine control, but kept room comfortable for me. The restaurant food was good and the staff friendly. The buffet breakfast was more than I thought it would be and was good. The hotel offers a shuttle free within 5 miles that runs on the half hour. Schedule ahead if you can. I think it holds 6. Overall, especially with the cost of the room, this was a great place to stay.

Very clean & friendly staff. The location is good too as it is close to grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops. I enjoyed my stay there with my family and I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and book again if I plan another visit to Bellevue. The complimentary breakfast is good too with variety and quality. Overall very happy with my decision.

2 stars for friendliness. That’s about it. Restaurant food is not good, kitchens fault, couldn’t even finish my burger. Cocktails are not up to par, I pretty much drank a water old fashioned and closed my tab. Stick to beer and spend the extra 30-50 bucks to stay at your normal hotels (for me SPG hotels all kick ass) thoroughly disappointed. I won’t be returning.

Very pleased with our stay. King bed room had everything we needed at a very competitive price for Bellevue, WA which can be very expensive. Hotel is older but has been renovated and was very comfortable. Nice breakfast was also complimentary. I will definitely stay here again. Very nice front desk staff.

The rooms are very clean. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The breakfast is pretty good and someone is out keeping the food stocked up and full. The only disappointment was that there are no microwaves or refrigerators in the rooms. It sucks when you can't keep leftovers cold or heat food up in the comfort of your room. Higher prices to pay but decent for the area. It's a higher end area but homeless people everywhere. One sleeping at the table in the Burger King a block away. Disappointing.

Adequate hotel, modernized room and friendly staff. The whole hotel takes a bit of the age but the lobby and the room were well renovated. Breakfast included and very complete, including fruit, salt and sweet, in buffet format. Located on the other side of the highway from downtown Bellevue.

It's a glorified motel. Rooms and beds are fine, but the bathroom is extremely noisy both for the fan that goes on when you turn on the light and for the heating lamp. If you want to take a relaxing bath, you'll need to take it in the dark, and hope next door they are not using the bathroom. Breakfast is terrible, the restaurant menu basically has only burgers and sandwiches, and it closes early in the evening. Rooms are kept in the 60's and it takes hours for them to warm up. No safe in the room. Some of the staff is friendly and helpful.

Though this hotel does offer affordable events, the food definitely leaves something to be desired. It's definitely a no-frills catering place, and they are okay with clients bringing in outside food. That's certainly great for keeping costs down. Fortunately, there is a Chick-fil-A next door, so you can easily walk next door or have catering from them brought over.

First room I was put in had water in the carpet by the window/heater. It also looked like there could have been a mold issue. Baseboard tiles in bathroom were falling off the wall. There was a stain on the sheets. Staff was nice about it and moved me into an upgraded two story room. It was a nicer than the first room, but the sheets again had stains on them. It seems like it was an older hotel they cheaply remodeled. They should have spent the money to upgrade a little better. Main elevator was not working. It was an affordable room to book, but I would only book the larger sized room if I were to come back, assuming they get new linens.

Love this hotel and great peopld all around. Newly remodel and nice and cozy definitely coming back here. Can't wait to stay here again.

Nice little hotel. Decent price for being 20 minutes away from Seattle. Close to it's own set of places to eat in Bellevue itself.

Let’s start off with my room not being cleaned before I checked in. Then fish and chips raw. Then the old ass bartender who was rude as ever giving me the worst service ever. Then when she found out I had a credit for the room being fucked she got even meaner. Then I had to listen to her complain how the hotel gave out too much for free and it was hurting the business even though there was three customers. If you are in Bellevue stay in a box at the shell station. It’s better than this place.

Good service, but something bad is that you need to give a Cash deposit and they can keep it for one and a half months. And then they give it back to your account.

I enjoyed my stay. Budget hotel and it shows but it wasn't like there was mold and rats everywhere. Lobby is nice and clean. Staff is super nice. They offer a free breakfast buffet which was great. Conveniently located within the vicinity of several supermarkets and stores, as well as right off the on-ramp towards Tacoma, Seattle, Portland, or Vancouver. I would stay here again due to the price, staff, and breakfast.

This hotel has a very professional ambiance. Check in/check out was quick and painless. I enjoyed breakfast a lot, although I wish they had some kind of meat during breakfast. The best thing about this hotel for me was because of the location, I avoided most of the morning traffic into Seattle on my way to work.

It takes a moment to see that this hotel used to be a budget hotel, and while it still plays the budget game, being low-priced and all, it does a decent job of playing the "modern" part. If I hadn't been in another hotel in the last 10 years, I would have been surprised. However, since more-recently-built hotels are SO much more fundamentally "modern", it's hard to appreciate this one. The staff was great, and they pushed me from a 3 to a 4 because they are a better-than-average crew. Without them, it may even fall to a 2/5 stars place.

Attended a morning seminar at this hotel on a Saturday morning. It was not difficult to find and in the lobby event locations were clearly posted via a digital display listing appropriate rooms. Bathroom was fair. Would consider spending the night here if in need of a room in the area.

This was easily one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at! Before booking I read the reviews and they were on the low end but some good ones sprinkled in. I decided to book anyways as I have had good experiences with Coast brand in the past. Upon check in I was happy with my decision… The lobby was clean and bright and the staff were great :) Now we head to the room… It was on an upper floor and we actually went out of the hotel and to an outer area. Much more like a motel in my opinion. The place was so dirty and there was a drink person sitting on a chair outside of the room. We looked down at the pool area and it was filthy, I had planned to take my daughter swimming but that was now out of the question. We enter the room and it's damp, the floors need to be vacuumed so nobody take your shoes off and the bathroom was dirty. This is all on top of it being extremely run down, something that generally doesn't bother me if it's clean. The beds were the worst I've ever slept on, with pillows to match. My 6 year old nailed it when she said it's like sleeping on an air mattress! You just roll into the heaviest person. Later in the evening the gentleman outside our room started smoking and was joined by friends. I could hear and smell all of this through the paper thin walls. I was too nervous to go out and ask them to leave, I assumed hotel staff would take care of that but learned they don't venture that far out either!

I stayed in there for 4 nights and it was great. The staff is very friendly and the whole hotel is very clean and modern. It has a great location for both the Mountains and the city. Will stay here again.

Very beautiful hotel inside and out. I couldn't believe the king bed room (includes a pull out sofa) we booked had a spiral staircase with 2 floors for only $130! The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had and completely free! It was a full breakfast with everything you'd expect a breakfast to have (scramble eggs made with green onions and tomatoes, sausage, bagels, waffles, yogurt etc. ). The breakfast was in a gorgeous dining room with prepared utensils and dressed up waiters and waitresses. The incredible breakfast itself was already worth the stay! You can tell the hotel was renovated quite recently as everything looked very new. Best stay for the price!

Thank you guys very much for making our time truly memorable. From the moment I checked in, front desk staff was very friendly, to the moment we walked into our suite (which was a pleasant surprise) to the bottle of wine (another added WOW factor). The breakfast was also really well put together — tasty and fresh. It was a fantastic stay and we'll be back for sure!

A very good hotel well located in Seattle. Ideal if you are visiting and using your own transport. A little supermarket across the road for your necessities and fresh fruit. Only a short drive to the downtown area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and there is a small swimming pool for guests to enjoy. Start every morning with a filling breakfast from the restaurant with lots of offerings including cereals and hot foods as well.

Front desk could pay a little better attn to the lobby at times but from the restaurant to housekeeping and the support staff, the service and engagement was very good. I also really like the fresh fruited water always available in the lobby! My one suggestion is to provide microwaves in the individual hotel rooms.

Our work put us there for 3 weeks at a time. This was our first business trip and it was horrible experience. We went and visited this hotel before we got their for work to insure our service animal was allowed there. Came in talked to a bald man at front desk with my service animal card and he said as long as we have the card we are fine. So we check in Sunday night and signed our service animal agreement. They harassed us and had maintenance watch every move we made. My fiance is 90% vet and has all paper work. They came into our room while their was a sign on our door and we found right outside our door. They threatened us saying they aren't aware of a service animal agreement and they don't allow any animal of any sort at all. Service animal or not. Which I might add is a federal offense. Specially since we have paper work to back it up. They are very rude to their guest and will charge you for anything. Oh yeah and let's not add that they are in middle of a remodel which they have ants and their beds sit of the floor. No bed frame or anything. Our other coworker was also by the pool and they told him that he wasn't allowed to sleep by the pool and were rude and asked him to leave. I'm sorry but when we go to a pool we go their to relax plus I'm pretty sure 85% of people actually might fall asleep while tanning or drying off … I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

The property is dated, but there are signs they might be trying to spiff it up, no small task in a property of six floors. The mattress was very soft, but comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good as was the buffet lunch they provided for our group. I doubt I'll seek to stay here again, but I'd have no objections doing so if it is a future conference site. (They certainly gave our group good room rates. )

Horrendous experience. I've stayed in motels off the highway that were better. Rooms reek of mold and mildew, loud highway noise, front desk was inexplicably often unavailable. Wifi didn't work in the rooms. Stay anywhere else.

Coast Bellevue MOTEL. It appears to have been originally a cheap motel. Then they built a small section on and (almost) merged it together. So the entrance looks like a hotel with a nice suspended decorative light. But as you move towards the back, it becomes HIDEOUS. Unfortunately a bunch of shady characters gathered outside my window and started yelling & fighting and I didn't get much sleep nor sympathy from the front desk woman who's appearance/demeanor didn't differ from that crowd that kept me up. avoid.

Not as nice as the photos and price would make you believe. Guest Wi-Fi is slow to non existent. Can hear everything in neighboring rooms. Breakfast okay, staff friendly.

Wifi was nonexistent in my room. These are the rooms that overlook the pool area. Otherwise the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great.

Clean and lovely hotel. The front desk was quite helpful, and the bed was very soft. The only issue with one of our rooms is that it's right next to the elevator, so our friends had problems sleeping at night due to noise levels.

Wonderful place to hold a weekend conference. They have everything you need and good food.

It was a pretty average hotel, there wasn't anything wrong, but there wasn't much that stood out either. The Wi-Fi was quite slow and at times didn't even work, but the complementary breakfast in the morning was nice.

When we booked the hotel, the website listed it as a 3.5 stars. Well, it's far from it it is more like a 1.5 stars. We did not expect to be roomed outside. The only way to explain it is we were housed in the annex area separate from the main hotel. The doors actually locked behind us as we were heading to our room. ANYONE could have walked up to our room because there were no secure entry from the parking lot. The room quality was I would say motel grade. We heard multiple guys outside our room smoking/ drinking and being obnoxious at the corner of our room under the stairs partying! They stayed out there well past 1 am. See the pictures where they left all their trash there. The outside was so ugly and dirty. WE DID NOT FEEL SAFE at all… Sort of surprising for Bellevue. Then after that horrible night sleep. We go and have breakfast at their restaurant. And the server asked me if I was a guest staying at the hotel. "Yes" I said. He looked at me up and down and asked to see my card. I was dressed business casual. And so was my wife. I thought "ok it's probably policy for them to ask everyone. " I sat there and watch the same server. Other people were coming in for breakfast and he did not ask a single one of them to see their room card or asked them anything… IF IT IS POLICY TO ASK FOR A ROOM CARD YOU SHOULD ASK EVERYONE. Otherwise it seems to me like it was DISCRIMINATION. All and all we were very dissatisfied with our stay.

When I visited U. S for the first time I stayed over here and it was a great experience. The service, people, everyone is so kind and the place is neat and clean.

This hotel has been a big disappointment. We found a rotted apple core under the bed and it's loud. I am shocked that Priceline has it rated as 3 stars right alongside a Larkspur hotel.

Hotel from the outside looks like a Cold War era Soviet Building. Very cold and not very appealing. I was a bit alarmed when there was a large sign in front of our parking space that warned the hotel was not responsible for cars being broken into. That really says "welcome. " The lobby was not very clean, and the room was very tired and in need of renovation. Free breakfast is a nice perk, but the eggs were surely powdered eggs, and the spread was low on nutrition, high on carbs. One treadmill in the fitness center was not the best, but did work. The hotel staff was very nice, but that does not make up for the poor condition of the hotel. There is a Whole Foods across the street and an easy walk. Hotel is conveniently located to the freeway and there was no street noise to speak of. I would not come back to this hotel.

The people are soo friendly! Really liked Terry. Breakfast was wonderful! I was there 3 nights. No problems. I would stay again.

Great experience, the first room was a little too small but they were happy to give me another room that was a lot bigger. Only problem I had was that the rooms have very little ventilation and no a/c it was at times stuffy and uncomfortable. We literally had to open our doors in the hallway to let air in because the windows do not open all the way.

I have stayed at this hotel twice in the past two month's. The first time it wasn't bad but, I noticed the drain in the shower wasn't draining very well. At checkout we told the front desk the woman apologized profusely and said the issue would be fixed. Not too bad. The second time around. Our shower wasn't draining at all. There was dirt and soap scum coming up out of the drain as well as other peoples hair. I was unable to take a shower due to the disgusting happenings in the tub. At check out, we told the man at the front desk and he said. And I quote. "Well if you get a room closer to the bottom it's not as bad. " Excuse me? I am not okay with paying almost 500$ for two nights in a hotel that isn't capable of having drains that work. It was disgusting, and the customer service when I told them about it was pretty shocking. Being treated as if it was my fault for not having a room in a lower level, and how dare we kind of an attitude. Needless to say, if you want to pay a ridiculous amount for a sub-par room with a shower that doesn't drain? Come here. I will on the other hand be spending my money elsewhere.

Just checked in. Had to change rooms because the room smelled of cigarettes. Now I am settled into my second room, and upon pulling back the covers, it doesn't appear the bedding has been changed from the last guests. Mascara marks on the pillows and hair. Not pleased. It's late, I'm tired, and I don't want to go back to the front desk to complain once again about my room. I stay in hotels frequently and am usually content. Here however, not impressed. Lobby is nice, front desk staff seem like they don't like their jobs very much.

Whole downstairs is very nice and luxurious. Complimentary breakfast was amazing, buffet with eggs, meat, potatoes, oatmeal, bagels, muffins, pastries, fruit, yogurt, orange juice, and coffee. The room was nice but could be updated a little to match the downstairs. The bed and bed covers were great quality but the rest of the room didn't match the quality. Free Wi-Fi and pool (amenities were not mentioned though), make sure to ask! Would be willing to come back.

My friends and I booked a room at this hotel for our girls trip. We asked for 2 double beds, the lobby and part of the hotel looked very nice (modern). We had to go back to the lobby twice after getting our room keys because we were given the first time a room with one king bed, then the second time got the key to the room with 2 double beds we walked down the hallway until we were forced to go through a door that took us to an outside room facing the pool that had very little light and looked more of a motel 6 room. We got to the room and it stunk so bad not exactly what we say on their website or the Lobby and hallways. It was more like we passed that door and we were transported to a different hotel. When we went back to the Lobby the front desk supervisor told us that all of the rooms with double beds were outside and there was nothing he could do for us. We definitely left that hotel and ended up paying a little more for a way better service and stay. be aware of the picture that are posted on their website, they only show you the nice part of the hotel but not the crappy rooms they have outside. I will never stay at this hotel.

Well the hotel was good. As every hotel (except few) they also had a crappy cable service for TV. All the rest were good.

From the moment I walked in it seemed to be a good place. Until, the staff was involved. Not a single word to me which was hard to believe on an empty lobby. No, information on the amenities (pool, gym, ect…) No, info on parking or the location of room. Room window curtains are filthy, room could use a facelift. The complimentary breakfast was a joke. Stayed at better Holiday inns.
