Had a good stay. Pet friendly room and amenities. One issue was with the cleaning standard they abide by there was trash left under one of the queen beds. 2 empty water bottles abs a piece of chocolate which could have been dangerous for my dogs. He had the piece of chocolate in his mouth. So me trusting the cleanliness is a little iffy. Good thing that I brought my own wipes and hand sanitizer. Hopefully they see this and up their cleaning regimen.

Great location. However the rooms are so dirty. We had 2 Rooms. Both had garbage under the beds. There is dust so thick by headboard you can see it. One of the rooms had clothes still in drawer. Wi-Fi is not available to the first you need to pay. Disappointed.

0-1 Star The room was very bland and unappealing for a 4 star. Food we ordered for in room dining was nothing exceptional for amount paid. The air conditioning fan was making loud sounds and kept us up the entire night. Not what I was expecting for the any hotel under the Marriott Brand and with the nightly room cost in Bellevue. Extremely disappointed. Would rate this hotel at 1 star and that’s only because I’m being polite. Much better hotels around.

Very nice hotel in a great location.

Horrible experience, staff were all rude both at night checking in and the morning, not helpful when my Expedia booking wouldn't show up on their end charged me for an additIon always room just so I could have one finally. I have stayed here before and at other Westins, I use to love this hotel but after my experience I would never recommend anyone stay here. I work in customer service and I'm normally very forgiving to bad experiences but I was traumatized by my experience, being a frequent traveler I have stayed at many hotels. Never have I left a hotel feeling the way I did. Bummer!

Beautiful meeting space. The Wi-Fi was down when the meeting started but it was fixed quickly. The service was very good and silent when they brought in more food or drinks. My only word of warning: park in the north lot and make sure you know what floor you parked on. You could also park in the south lot but it's further away!

Good hotel, super comfy bed and big room. Staff were good. Took away one star due to super slow checkin. As a rewards member… expected a bit more.

The hotel lobby was beautiful. Everything was very nice and air condition because it was so hot outside. My wife and I went to Cypress Wine Bar and enjoyed a cocktail on their beautiful patio. The staff was very friendly and helpful and it was a very great night.

Great location to do shopping and walk around. Customer service was great so is their swimming pool. I would have gave it a 5 star if there was free Wi-Fi but there isn’t. For a decent hotel they should have included it.

Clean, elegant building, attentive and polite staff. The room was very well-appointed, with fantastic Grohe fixtures in the shower and bath. Quiet and comfortable, with exceptionally comfortable beds and a generous balcony. Requests to the concierge were answered swiftly and graciously, and even the room service food selections were delicious and prompt. I'll most certainly be coming back the next time I stay in Bellevue.

Although the parking cost/process wasn't clearly explained, every other aspect of our stay here was excellent. We were able to request a fridge be delivered to our room, which arrived within an hour, at no extra charge. Also, it's location included convenient for bridges to adjacent buildings which have shops and restaurants.

The beds are comfortable, not for falling into but good for laying down and instantly falling asleep. The showers are decent, the smaller head is much better and has a faster water flow than the bigger head. The breakfasts are subpar. My waffles were cold and the bottoms were soggy. My orange juice had a gross after taste. The bacon was cold and soggy. The bloody Mary's tastes like "tomato paste" as my parents put it. Honestly the food really isn't all that. The service, however, is pretty good. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful.

Was there for a conference, room was beautiful, the food was great. The staff took great care of us. The happy hour after was good.

I have never been so disappointed in a hotel in my life. Looking on their website this place looks so nice and accommodating. Come to find out we have to pay $30 a night for parking, we have a view of a roof, and there’s no way to find how to get inside from the parking garage. I had to walk around the block to the front entrance and when I asked how to get inside front he parking garage we were just told it’s on the 1st floor. Problem is when you go to the 1st floor all you find is a mall. I could have saved a lot of money by staying somewhere cheaper and I would have enjoyed myself a lot more. Absolutely not worth $300 for the night. I will never be back here and I will never recommend this place.

Really nice hotel in a great location. I liked the room, and the staff was always pleasant. Two downsides: the food in the restaurant was not that good and the shower in my room wasn't very good. The food was lackluster, my "crispy wings" came out room temperature with soggy breading and the meat tasted like it had sat in salt water all day. The shower was supposed to be one of those rain ones but it was closer to a dribble than an actual rain storm. But otherwise I liked it, I would still recommend it to a friend.

I went with my husband and our pet (miniature Schnauzer) to stay for one night to celebrate our anniversary, the attention was great, the hotel very clean. After getting to our room they sent us champagne and some delicious chocolate covered strawberries as courtesy for our anniversary.

Great place to stay! Had a great time at a conference. The staff is very courteous and helpful. They have a lot of conference rooms and are placed ideally at the heart of Bellevue. Plenty of parking at level 4 of Lincoln square in the south tower. They also validate parking upto 4 hours else it’s around 25$ for the day.

Great atmosphere and very helpful staff. Limited selection for vegan options by catering. All three days were essentially salads and none of the dessert options. Ballrooms were spacious and washrooms were well maintained.

This was by far the most wonderful hotel that we have stayed in. The room was great, but what really set them apart is the level of service that they offered us. Anything that we needed was provided for and in a very quick manner. Sometimes it seemed like they rushed to our door before they hung up the phone. This extended from their kitchen, front desk, and even their security staff. The valet was incredibly pleasant. I can't recommend this hotel enough. If you're in Bellevue over night you need to stay in this hotel.

It is a very clean and nice hotel. It contains heating so even though it gets cold outside, the room will always be with nice weather.

Very nice, new clean hotel. Lobby is well set up if you want to work with lots of places to sit and charge electronics. I wanted to specifically call out the wait staff at breakfast. They were so friendly and helpful, and overall stood out for their high level of service. Great place to stay particularly for business.

The Westin Bellevue is the perfect hotel for guests desiring attention & pampering. The staff is friendly & professional, the rooms are nicely appointed. Food from the retardant is made fresh & is healthy & delicious. This is the perfect location with shopping, movies & attractions within the complex or a short distance. For longer excursions, the hotel is situated close to public transportation. This is the best choice for a business traveler, host meetings or have a banquet.

Booked a last second suite on a Monday night. Rate was reasonable ($350) and staff was very friendly at check in. The cleanliness of the room was a little underwhelming. We found two soiled hand towels under the bed and one of the hand towels hanging in the bathroom was either stained (blood) or dirty.
Called down to get the password for Wi-Fi—$9.95?!?! No thanks!
Lots of great restaurants and bars around the hotel and the pool/hot tub was very nice. Had two drinks at the hotel bar which were very good—$39 (guess that’s Bellevue for ya). Ordered room service for dinner and food was great. Probably would not return.

My work booked us rooms at the Westin for our Christmas party as well as a banquet hall. The room was amazing with a gorgeous view of the city. The catered dinner was delicious. We had a buffet of Pork and prime rib along with the best salad bar I’ve possibly ever seen as well as potatoes and risotto. It was delicious! The banquet room overlooked Snow Flake Lane and had the best view! We will definitely be back. I honestly can’t say anything negative and I’m hard to please!

Friendly and helpful staff from valet, janitorial, to catering. Clean restroom, but need signs to find them. Catered lunch for workshop was delicious with both healthy and indulgent options.

The hotel is very nice and in a great location. The staff were very friendly. Free guest parking in the underground garage. Rooms were big and clean. Fyi if you purchase room service be prepared to pay more than what's on the menu. 19 dollar cheeseburger and fries ended up to $29 before tip.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and our stay was so lovely. The staff is great and is there to help with anything! The corner room that we stayed in had exceptional views. It was large and very comfortable. The bed was soft and comfortable too. The lavender essential oil was a really nice touch. My husband and I used it every night. We enjoyed being so close to everything and that we were able to walk to everything including Bellevue Square. The pool and gym is really nice too. We loved it. We were here during the Christmas season so we watched snow flake lane from the 4th floor deck which was so fun! On Friday nights their restaurant Cyprus has jazz night. We went there with a bunch of friends and we all had such a good time. The food is delicious too. Make sure to stop by here for their food. Overall we had such a great stay and will definitely stay here again.

Clean, spacious, comfortable room. Nice comfortable bed. New fixtures in bathroom. Quiet and a good night's sleep. Fast & courteous response by concierge desk What more can one ask for?

First night was wonderful so far. Have a great view on the 12th floor, never a bad view staying woth these guys. Everyone has been friendly and welcoming.

The walkability and friendliness of the staff is why I stay here! Easy check-in and check-out, super tidy rooms and ample parking make convenience another big factor as well. Even though there was an odd water heater-like sound at times (not entirely sure, but the rapid banging noise seemed to be triggered by hot water usage) from the room above, getting a good night's sleep was easy with the super comfy bed and thick curtains blocking out the light.

Perfect location in downtown Bellevue. Was upgraded to a grand suite and the room is amazing. Comfortable bed, large bathroom with Whirlpool tub, steps away from Truce spa, the gym, and the pool. I'm here on business but would definitely come back to stay for fun.

It's was clean and visually pretty but had to many little annoying things to recommend again. Wifi was an additional 10 dollars a day, the lay out of the hotel and accessing the parking garage was frustrating, we were missing our TV remote, there was adult viewing ads on the hotels home channel that was pretty distasteful. Sorry. Not coming back…

I love this place. I always stay here whenever I travel to Washington. I prefer Bellevue over downtown Seattle.

Really went the extra mile to make sure they accommodated my every ask, and I had a lot of asks! Incredible customer service, can't beat the location, really wonderful, comfortable rooms. And the best part, air conditioning that is so quiet, you sleep like a baby!

The location was very nice! It is across from a very upscale shopping center with 24 hour security. The grounds are well kept and quiet. The room was a bit smaller than expected, but it was still decent. Only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is because we did have a bit of trouble checking in as they had it under the wrong first name but the correct last name. We also had used coffee mugs (which they promptly replaced when we called down about it). All in all, the stay was decent.

Nice room and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. It's a pretty high price for just a place to sleep though. Self parking is $25 per night, and valet parking is available for even more money.

Location Location Location — directly across from PF Changs and the Cheesecake Factory. What more could you ask for? Rooms are nice and clean. Bathrooms are a bit simple for the price you pay. Otherwise, great if you like shopping as the mall is next door.

Seems like the front desk staff is just going through the motions. Asked for a fridge for the room, was told on the phone that it would be there when we arrived, front desk check in gal said, "oh the fridge is in your room now", it wasn't. Called down to ask about the missing fridge, was told it was on it's way. Well I think we're all aware that it must be on it's way, but where and when? Wanted to hit the hay and not have to get up for Engineering to show up hours later. Finally showed up, Engineering guy (who was very helpful and apologetic), he was told the wrong room number. Checking out the gal seemed very automated and told me my car was being brought up, 15 minutes later, I asked the valet where my car was, he didn't know anything about it and had to check. Finally got car and left. Not one of my better Hotel experiences. Usually have stayed at Starwood Luxury Collection properties, so I guess I see the difference now between those and a normal run of the mill property.

This seems like a brand new Westin. It's conveniently located across the street from a huge mall. Check-in was a breeze. We were given a room on the Starwood Preferred Guest floor. Our room was huge, although I'm not sure it was an upgrade. We had a beautiful view of the hills and the lake. The bed was standard Heavenly quality. I loved that parking was complimentary on Saturday night. There were plenty of spots. I really have nothing negative to say about this hotel. Starwood property + brand spanking new (or seems like it) = flawless.

Its bad, room service is slow, very noisy, and only chnaged our room and gave us free Wi-Fi. Do not go there.

I visit Bellevue almost monthly. The Westin is one of my favorite places to stay. They have branded their bed "heavenly", and boy, they sure are heavenly! I sleep like a baby here. The showers are also heavenly — plenty of pressure with great smelling soaps. Make sure to take advantage of the heated lap pool. It's my favorite part of the Westin. (Though I have yet to check out the spa). However, unlike the gym, which is opened 24/7, the pool is only opened 5am — 10pm. And to relax post workout, try out the hot tub. From a business traveler's point of view, they have a few downsides. This particular Westin always seems to be excluded from StarWood deals. Plus, the food options inside the hotel are limited. The breakfast is expensive for what you get, and it doesn't lean on the healthy side. Plus, the concierge doesn't know the area that well. I've given up asking them for advice and just look places up on Google.
