This hotel is lacking proper sanitation and the GM doesn't care. Tom Hope is the GM, his # is (425) 450-4177. I've reported them to the health department already. Feces found near the toilet in our "sanitized" room and almost stepped in feces in the women’s restroom on the 1st floor. Reported the public restroom issue to an employee. Returned to the same restroom 10 hours later and the feces was still there. Disgusting! Unfortunately, we booked this hotel through Orbitz and they will only provide a $100 credit voucher. The accommodations we booked were not what we got. For $230 a night for a room, one would expect better service and a clean place to stay. I will escalate this issue to our Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. They advertise online they provide CleanStay (Hilton) and SafeStay (AHLA-USA) cleaning protocols to ensure their guests are safe. Yeah right, didn't see one employee sanitize public areas once. The elevator call button was filthy the whole time. Hope they will look into their own guidelines to ensure the public is safe staying there.

We did room serves for dinner and as always the “Washington Beef Tips” are the best, love that dish here, the roasted vegetables are pretty good as well. We have stayed here a half dozen times before and always enjoy it. If you are part of the Hilton honors and get a honors room, you have access to free snacks and drinks on the ninth floor and that is always something the kids love. (Unfortunately they are not offering that during covid) We look forward to when they bring it back.

The best experience has been with the friendly staff! from the security officer to the 2 check in attendants I've checked in and talked with! The Hotel is extra clean and beautiful! Thank you Bellevue Hilton!

Always friendly service. Every room has a balcony. I’ve stayed here MANY times and each time has been great! Starbucks in the lobby! Room service. Free parking :-)

I love staying here, it is now my ho. E away from home. I'm doing a remodel and this has been a great place to come and have dinner and put on a bathrobe. They are very accommodating.

Crew was friendly. We had an issue with our AC in the room we had to we just moved to a different room we were good with just that but they gave us 20 credit for food that was jus above and beyond! Awesome!

Beautiful rooms. Clean rooms have a seal on the door.

It's so clean and well maintained, and the staff there are more than helpful. I loved everything about it, from the modern decorations, to the friendliness of the staff.

Lovely, clean, & updated Hilton. The front desk staff are friendly, attentive and they have impeccable customer service. The beds are comfy, TVs are large and up to date and the coffee maker in the room is a plus. I really enjoyed this Hilton and the Bellevue area.

As a Hilton honors gold member, I enjoy some perks which I was expecting to see at this establishment. It's old and that's one of the reasons I prefer older hotels because of a more spacious room. Some hiccups at checking out. Staff at the checking out were polite but definitely not friendly or warm for a West coast culture.

Amazing area. Has the most superior rooms with the best ac I've ever seen. Also comes with a face mirror perfect for the ladies to check the blemies. Outside the rooms each floor has a lobby with complimentary cookies, soda, water, and sparkling water. The lobby was absolute perfection with great customer service and food. The wings and lamb lollipops were pool phenomenal. Staff were all very communicative (which is rare to find) and kind. Their outdoor pool also goes to 8 feet so jumping in is a option for having fun. Overall 10/10 loved it.

The Hilton Bellevue is located very close to the freeway but you cannot tell inside the hotel. There is little to no noise from the freeway. I stayed in a standard king room and it was a decent size and also had a pull out sofa bed. There was a fridge but no microwave, a coffee machine, hair dryer and iron with ironing board. There is breakfast served at the hotel but for an extra cost. The shuttle that will take you anywhere within a mile from the hotel is awesome!

Very nice stay at this Hilton Hotel. Highly recommend this location. Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. We had a bad experience at another hotel in the area that misrepresented their filthy rooms and dirty hotel so we checked out and went to the Bellevue Hilton and we're so happy we did. The front desk agent that checked us in around 1 am upgraded our room to the Executive level which included Breakfast and gave us late check-out for our 2 day stay. Thank you Bellevue Hilton, our family will be returning.

A normal hotel for your money.

We were here for 3 nights and room serviced only once. Had to continually ask for coffee as only two coffee bags. What's with the paper cups and plastic lids not very environmentally friendly. Toilet continually flushing had to be serviced numerous times including 11pm. No wine glasses or corkscrew in room. To top it off I have a 12 o'clock check out and room service finally decides to turn up and continually rap on my door at 8.30am when I'm trying to sleep-in. Wouldn't recommend nor stay here again.

Great location fairly close to downtown. Nice rooms with great beds and extremely quiet. Price was reasonable and the staff is extremely friendly. Parking was easy to get in and out of. There's a restaurant and bar in the hotel so you don't have to leave if you don't want to. Will definitely stay again.

Hotel was ok it was a nice place and I really liked the pool area but the cleaning staff bothered us multiple times including waking us up in the morning asked to clean our room. The morning breakfast was good but they charged for it. I have been to hotels that charge considerably less per night that provide a similar style breakfast complementary. Room also doesn't have a microwave which in this day and age should be a given in hotel rooms.

Location is easily accessible and parking is free amd the hotel is close to downtown Bellevue. The front desk staff was great and friendly and provided a gift bag and coupons for free appetizers upon arrival. Our room was on executive level and had a great view, comfortable beds and was very clean. The decor is dated but maintained. Executive level had free breakfast on our level, along with snacks, soda, water anytime. The waitress at the bar was attentive and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

If you're looking for a good place to hold meetings or seminars this is the place to do it. The staff are professional, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and generous. The lobby has a great feel, places to drink coffee, beers & cocktails at the bar and a nice restaurant. The meeting rooms are spacious, clean, welcoming entrance and all the amenities you'll need to hold a successful meeting. The prices are not too bad, around $600 for a 50-60 seat room or $300 for a Hilton club member. I highly recommend this place to hold your events.

Great hotel almost retro 80s. Professional and courteous staff. Good food. Bed was very comfortable. It could us some minor maintenance and upgrades like the bathroom door almost got stuck and bathtub faucet was a bit stiff. All in all a great hotel.

The room itself was good. The blackout curtains wouldn't close all the way without using force as it looked like the track was bent. Also, the shower has a handle placed in a very odd spot that cause me to keep hitting it with my elbow. The hot tub was open but the water could have been a degree or two warmer and the jets were moderate at best. The rest of the pool area was caution taped off and not very well maintained. From what I can tell there was only one way out to the pool area and there was a very large fancy wedding set up in between the elevator and the door to the pool talk about a slightly awkward walk to the pool.

Nice enough rooms. Beds were comfortable. Staff mostly polite and helpful! Room was weird though… only two tiny trash cans and no bags in them, yuck. Also, hair in the shower drain, not even close to enough towels for us, and dusty. Also, no fan (that we could find) in the bathroom and the shower only (no tub) is set up so water gets all over the floor outside of the shower… every time. Probably would pay a little more and stay somewhere else.
Oh and terrible service at restaurants! Food was ok but found way better eats up the street for less money.

Love this hotel. Always very clean rooms, spacious layouts to common spaces, clean well equipped workout room. Bar and restaurant serve quality food and great drinks. Plenty of parking if you drive. And will be very close to the new light rail station.

Where do I start? The cobweb as big as my hand? The peeling wallpaper? The moss and dirt covered balcony? I think the thing that bothered me most was the bait and switch breakfast. You walk out in the morning and you see what looks to be continental breakfast. You sit down and eat. Then magically appears a bill. I wasn’t the only guest tricked into it. I overheard two other guests that were just as surprised. There are zero signs that state the cost. I think this is WAS a nice hotel at one time, granted the 1990’s Metropolis-esque lobby isn’t my taste, but it’s been poorly maintained. Even the grounds scream neglect, with bare patches and gravel. Not worth what was paid. The staff and location are it’s saving grace. Staff was friendly and attentive as expected at a Hilton but even the towels were really cheap and poor quality.

Service is awesome, super friendly staff. Rooms are clean. Why not five stars? It's because the retro-fitted bathroom. Instead of removing the old bathroom wall/tiles the install of the new tiles went right over the old, shrinking the lip/edge of the tub and making the shower area feel cramped. The shower head is also about a foot too low. Again, the staff and everything else is amazing.

Perfectly acceptable Hilton. I enjoyed some tasty cocktails in the lobby bar. My suite was quite spacious and luxurious. Only two complaints: the shower was kind of cramped (particularly compared with everything else about the suite) ; and their room service breakfast menu had no French toast, or pancakes, or waffle. Otherwise, my stay was pleasant. Would return.

A little pricey and distant places but the service is good.

This is probably one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Affordable, great location, Valet parking is only $12. They have a free car that will take you to near by attractions. I stayed in one of the premium rooms with a balcony. I saw a comment about poor decor and I’m not sure what that person is talking about, decor is modern. The shower has two heads and they gave me a $25 comp for dinner and $15 for breakfast. Oh and check out isn’t until 1PM, can’t get better than that. I literally have no complaints, if I was to change anything — I’d add a coffee maker and microwave to the deluxe and premium rooms. Besides that, they have everything you want and need. Bed is very comfortable too and the rooms are spacious. No sound between rooms or from outside.

Comfortable hotel with a fabulous (not free) breakfast! I had the Continental breakfast with fresh fruit and yogurt every day. My husband enjoyed the full breakfast with omlets made to order. Interesting design. The room was comfortable and we liked the pillows so much that we looked up the web site and purchased four when we got home. They run a free shuttle to the nearby, downtown area. The shuttle runs until 10 pm so we used it for dinner drop off as well as daytime shopping.

Remember the hotel you stayed at in 1985 for your high school competitions? This is the same property with the exact same decor. This is a tired and worn Hilton property that is in a desperate need of an update. The rooms are clean, but need updating and refreshed, with decor straight from 1985. If you are paying more than $150 a night, then you are paying too much. The concierge "level" is standard offering, and the exercise room is clean and the machines are in good repair. There are other newer properties in the area, but you will have to pay the "Microsoft tax" and pay an inflated per night rate to stay there.

The Hilton Bellevue is a nice property, but aged and could use a significant renovation. It's clear that it was, and in some ways, very innovative and well designed — but it could definitely use a good hefty renovation to being it up to 2018. Overall the staff was awesome and friendly and the room was a typical Hilton/hotel room. Other than the staff and architecture of the building, nothing really stood out.

Respectable hotel. Too expensive for what you get. Was on a work trip so they flipped the bill otherwise I would have found a Motel 6. Entire place had a strange odor? I am not trying to be funny I honestly smelled something throughout the lobby and multiple floors. Not bad but strange.

Nice hotel. Dogs welcome. Great decor. Nice pool but closed for winter. Room service was great.

The venue was great! It's perfect for large gatherings and very beautifully designed. The bathrooms are a bit hard to find, but overall I was very impressed. The service, however, could have been a little better. Some service people seemed like they didn't care, and there weren't enough people to service the large gathering (over 500 people). Overall a good experience though!

We stay here every year for my company's Christmas party. The ballroom is pretty large. More than big enough for our dealership. The rooms are pretty nice. Quite large.

I attended a work event there. Service was good, food was good, drinks were great. I didn't actually stay in a room though so I couldn't tell you much about the place beyond their lobby. Seems nice. Had I gotten super drunk I would have gladly fallen asleep in their parking lot.

Had dinner at the lobby restaurant in Hilton Bellevue. Was pleasantly surprised at the menu. Much of it was very reasonably priced. You could spend a lot if you wanted to impress your wife on an anniversary but you wouldn't have to. I had a wonderful Greek lamb dish for only $15.00. The service and the decor we're first class.

Few real faults with the hotel. Staff were good and rooms are comfortable. Hotel does feel a bit dated. Parking is expensive and housekeeping was very late in the day (irritating when wanting to use the room at 3pm/4pm)

Conveniently located by the highway, clean and spacious amenities, good breakfast. Signage was lacking for my conference, which sent us on a wild goose chase up and down the stairs, but this was minor. All in all, good experience.

The rooms on the 10th floor are very nice.

We had a wonderful experience at this Hilton. From the room which was very large and comfortable to the great amenities such as the pool and spa area. All were inviting, organized and beautiful. We were most impressed with the staff who went out of their way to accommodate us in every instance, this includes the front desk people and the dining room staff. We would happily stay here again.

The location was great for my family's needs. Lots of restaurants within a few blocks radius and the hotel offered great food options as well. My children loved swimming in the outdoor pool with lights at night and the elevators were really a ride in themselves! Beautiful hotel, rooms and otherwise.

I loved my time at Hilton. The service here is great as well as going as far to the room's and food's quality. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at Hilton Bellevue if the ever come and visit Seattle for work related reasons or simply vacation!

Rooms are comfortable and the lobby is beautiful! The Executive Lounge offers free breakfast, free drinks (non-alcoholic), free cookies, and great views of Mt. Rainier and the pool. Conveniently located off I-405 for quick access to the 520 (toll) or I-90 (free) bridges to Seattle. Nearby bus lines and Bellevue Square Shopping District.

The front desk staff is excellent. The housekeeping is thorough. Executive floor room is excellent and full of nice amenities. The Executive Lounge is fine, breakfast could have a gluten free bread choice. No appetizers were served upstairs in the afternoon. I was given a coupon for one appetizer in the bar doenstairs.

Hotel is very unique with a very spacious lobby. The hotel appears to have been purpose built for business travelers and meetings with its large conference rooms and dining/lounge area. Rooms are quiet, clean and well stocked but fixtures are a little dated. While the hotel is not in the Bellevue town center, it is a shorter walk to shops and restaurants than you think. One more thing to note, the food at Basil's Bistro is really really good!

Everything is extremely organized and neat. The king bed room we got (even though it was facing the highway) was extremely quiet and there was a nice water stream trees for our view out the balcony. The staff were also super nice and helpful. Plus free parking on weekends. Would highly recommend!

They charged us additional for a room we didn't book but were seemingly able to sort it out when we brought it to their attention at the time of checkout. Eventually, it turns out that they still charged our account even though they 'sorted it out'. This marred the otherwise pleasant stay. We'll be calling the Hilton Bellevue to enquire about these charges and will update the review accordingly. Rooms were impeccable and spacious. Parking was also included. The breakfast on the Hhonors executive floors was good but seemed understaffed (just one lady) considering there were 30+ guests to cater to.

Great rooms and breakfast. Rooms were surprisingly quiet, considering they overlook the freeway. Beds were both clean and comfortable, and the room was quite spacious. Breakfast was tasty, if a bit plain. The HHonors breakfast lounge was understaffed, it felt like one poor woman was trying to manage everything herself. As a random aside the elevators were very jerky, with fast acceleration and deceleration. As someone with a fear of heights, it was frightening and funny at the same time. Worst moment was dealing with the front desk and trying to get the breakfast vouchers that our HHonors status get us.

Great hotel with some renovations and furniture upgrades. Customer service is outstanding and great location if you don't want to stay downtown. Rooms are big, fast elevaters and great water pressure. Walls are thin but nothing you can't love with.

Great price, rooms were really nice. There was no minibar or fridge and the walls were thin so we could hear our neighbours. Beautiful hotel though, ample parking, and easy to get to since it is located right off the highway. Service was good, no complaints there either.

I was a little disappointed due tot he fact that I spent a great deal of money on our room and we did not receive a mini fridge, free Wi-Fi, or continental breakfast. I was not about to pay for wireless or over ten dollars for their breakfast menu items. Otherwise the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful as well.

Room was clean and overlooked small brook. Double glass doors meant little outside noise despite immediately adjacent major highway. Early check-in was no problem and Basil's Restaurant offered good food options.

Rooms here are very nice! Larger than most hotel rooms that I've stayed in. Front desk employees were always helpful and professional. The only thing that I'd count as a negative is that the hotel does not have an airport shuttle. Luckily the front desk was able to give me the name of the SEATAC shuttle and let me know that a reservation is required.

Beautiful and comfortable Stay! My kids enjoyed it! We stayed 2 nights in an executive room, we had free breakfast and access to the private lounge on the 9 floor. Staff are friendly and our stay was super beautiful with no problems! That's the first time I had no complaints… I will definitely stay in this hotel again and recommend everyone to experience Hilton, Thank you for the great experience:)

It is a classic hotel that is a nice place for staying all weekend or for business. The staff is nice and you can see how the elevators work. One negative about the hotel is it is not walking distance to downtown. There is free parking which makes it nice.

Older hotel that is located a car drive away from the city center but it is very clean and the staff is great. A good location for multi day conferences but not great for young folks looking to walk around the city and keep out of a car.

Very clean, great staff, and plenty of food and drink choices. One of my goto Hotels when I travel to Bellevue. Have never had an issue.

I stayed on the 8th floor and the rooms were updated and clean. I like the cable selection as well a the size of the room. Fitness center is ok size but could only manage 8 to 10 people. Breakfast is pricey if you don't get a voucher.

Rooms are very nice, beds are comfortable. Nicely updated interior design. Friendly, helpful staff. Only downside to this location is a surcharge for outdoor self parking.

Nice hotel. Clean rooms with nice furnishings. The venue for our event was about 40 yards from our room with a elevator ride. Could use signs in the parking lot and first floor to direct you to which level has the lobby as you can park and enter from two levels.

The Hilton Bellevue is a relatively nice hotel. The structure is obviously older, and many of the rooms are in need of updating, but if you have to stay in Bellevue, you could do a lot worse. The staff are polite and they do their job well. The lobby has been kept more up to date and features a Starbucks, bar, and gift shop.

Went here for a conference and had great service and hospitality from the staff. Meeting went great in large part to the hotel staff.

We were there from 9/11 to 9/14 Always liked the Hilton or Hilton Garden. I am little disappointed that they charge Wi-Fi usage in the room but free at the lobby area. I also disappointed that they charge $20 to park per night from Sunday to Thursday; I can understand if we are in the city limit but not in Bellevue area (IMO). Our room is ready and clean everyday that much I expected from Hilton standard. I recommend this hotel and you can get a better price from Expedia for $120!

My family and I stayed here about three weeks ago. Our rooms were ready and cleaned when we arrived. Great customer service and friendly staff. There was construction activity in the main lobby and wasn't enough of food selection to eat, compare to other Hiltons hotels we have stayed in.

Absolutely great hotel. In a good location and my room was huge. The pool is pretty great and it's close to a park and lake Washington.

Quirky in some areas. Very nice overall.

Did not mention room deposits before charging my card, then the $100 was held until the day after check out. Lack of communication was upsetting. "House keeping" was a little rude, stood there expecting tips. Room was nice and taken care of, but I felt like a customer, not a guest. Would stay again, but only because of the good price.

Went to the Hilton for Mother's Day with a big group and the atmosphere was fantastic! Great food and people! I was most surprised by the entertainment, usually the piano player is more so background noise but this Pianist was something special! Really engaging and you could tell he really enjoyed playing for a crowd! I had to buy his CD, couldn't resist. I know where I plan to go for Father's Day :).

I second the hotel staff being rude. We stayed here a couple of weeks ago, and not only was the website misleading when they said that there were pillowtop beds, the staff was super rude about it. Parking was a ridiculous 20/day, and the parking gate to get in and out didn't even work half the time, I used to work for Hilton. This place is definitely NOT hilton quality. Putting a bunch of bedding on the beds doesn't make them Pillowtops. This place is in desperate need of a renovation as well. I've stayed in 2 star hotels nicer than this place. Pick somewhere else, Unless you want to pay more just for the name.

Very reasonable hotel but the furnishings are quite old. Not my favorite place but they usually have decent rates and availability. Buffet breakfast included.

This is a good standard business hotel. I have stayed here many times and have always been satisfied. One time I was upgraded to the presidential suite randomly. I would guess it was 2000 sq feet. So big, I could do cartwheels in the bathroom.

Overpriced. Old. Slow internet. Parking 15/day (say what?! ) For 300/night I would expect free parking, a jet bathtub, and coffee creamer at breakfast. Don't stop here.

Our stay here was alright. The rooms are large and spacious if a little outdated. However the front desk staff were horrible. The man at the front dest, Brian, was very unhelpful and rude. We arrived a little after 3pm to check-in to our room we had reserved the week before, but he wouldn't give us a room saying there weren't any available and the wait would be at least an hour. I asked if he could possible find something sooner because I had my 80 year old grandmother with me, but he still refused and became very hostile and rude. When I asked to speak with his manager a room magically became available. I still made a complaint about his attitude and lack of costumer service skills. Don't stay here if you don't have to. For a little more money you can stay at a more updated hotel with much better service.

Me and my family have been staying in this hotel for years, the first time was impressive the bedding was fresh and clean there was no odor. A year after that the quality of everything was getting worse or decreasing. The sheets were really stinky, the pillows seemed like they have never been washed, no smell of detergent or bleach. We complained about the bed sheets and the pillows to the front desk and they told that they would change it but they didn't. The bath tub looked dirty, the sink was cracked and the toilet was not cooperating, or functioning well. There was a mysterious stain on one of the bath towels, it was black and gooey, like fungus or mold. The newspaper shouldn't be charged, you should ask us before you charge us, also charged for parking. The hotel needs better upgrades soon in the future. Other than that the room size is comfortable for family with children t.
