I'm not one to complain much about service and things. I always think to myself, you never know what led to someone having a bad day and sometimes things just go wrong.
HOWEVER… HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE at the Sheraton Bellevue Hotel This has to be the WORST HOTEL EVER!
Just outside of Seattle in Bellevue, WA. Reservation add showed microwave, didn't have one… but the did find one for us. Asked for early check-in, when arrived was told the room was already vacated a…nd would have house keeping clean it next… got the room 5 hours later. HAD TO PAY FOR COFFEE ON SATURDAY! Yes, you read that right. Went to the lobby at 7:00am and no Coffee like the previous days. Was told to go to the hotel restaurant to get it. Ok, fine. We walked in, was greeted by a man who looked and acted like he was pissed to be there. Brought our coffee to us with a very bad attitude and then asked "who's room do I charge this too? " I WAS FLOORED. Went to the lobby and was told "Yes, you have to pay for coffee over there. " I asked "you were out this morning, told us to go there why didn't you tell us we had to pay for it? ' she replied, "Oh, we only have free coffee during the week. " Look, don't care about the cost. It's the principle, the attitude, the service (a few were nice), just one thing after the other and the hotel is not nearly as nice as attitude.

Check in was fast and seamless. Room and bathroom were clean. Bedside lamp was a little wonky but I'm sure it was just that one room. Fridge and complimentary Starbucks coffee and aquafina were available in the room. Gym and ice maker available. Breakfast was not included. Parking was free and easy to find. Overall, great stay. Not a far walk from downtown Bellevue.

The check in process was simple easy, there were multiple staff present at 11pm. Inside the rooms there were plenty of plugs and the alarm clock as well as the TV worked great. There aren't any trains nearby or outside noise at all so sleeping is easy.

Nice Starwood property. Typically stay in downtown Seattle but was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The restaurant is open late so that was nice to have a place to dine at 10 o’clock. Friendly staff, easy parking. Overall no complaints. Would definitely stay there again.

Very disappointed. Was visiting from Canada just for one night. A few hours before my reservation I realized my wallet was lost. When I called the hotel I was told I would not be allowed to check in without the card (impossible with a missing wallet), and that they would not process a refund as that was their policy. Very sad, as obviously I was not planning to lose my wallet. Expedia spoke to the hotel on my behalf and they were told I could check in with ANY credit card… not sure where they thought I would get it since I did not have my wallet…? Sorry to say but the whole experience ruined my trip.

We are at the attached restaurant. It was fine, the food was alright, and the drinks were standard bar fair, but the service left a little to be desired. Overall I'm not sure why you would eat here if you weren't staying at the hotel, but if you are staying there, no reason not to. It's fine.

Great location if you are driving and want to be in Seattle but don't want to pay Seattle prices. Lots of parking and an authentic Mexican Restaurant right next to it! Wi-Fi is reliable and works! The staff is friendly and very helpful as well! My only complain is the bathrooms: they feature some barn like sliding door that doesn't even close. I like some old fashion privacy when using the bathroom so I would prefer an actual door that closes, not some barn curtain.

Nice hotel in convenient location! The rooms are well furnished with a large, newer TV and a big work desk. The beds and pillows are very comfortable! The Club Lounge is nice and while it doesn't have a massive selection it does offer free breakfast and afternoon hors d'oeuvres which I think is great. The staff here are all friendly and welcoming!

Typical Sheraton. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Nothing is extravagant, and the decor is getting dated. Modern TV. Room service is quick and efficient. Good amount of power outlets in the room. Air conditioner rumbles like Victor Frankenstein's electronic lab equipment when the compressor is on. I also would have liked the blackout curtains to block out the edges of the windows. This Sheraton has two good restaurant options available: Azteca and the Bellevue Grill.

Love this hotel! These beds are like sleeping in Heaven! It's so hard to get out of bed in the morning, yes, it's that nice! While in your room it is so quiet it's like you're at some resort out in the wilderness. You are right downtown Bellevue, close to everything, including the mall. They have two restaurants on the property, the Bellevue Grille and Aztecs Restaurant.

Great time at the hotel! Good service, nice room too. Only grievances were the bed had a bit of a problem on one side, 1 of the 3 sheets didn't seem properly cleaned and the TV quality was pretty poor despite being a big screen. These problems didn't stop us from having a nice time though and I'd stay there again! Would be even better if they had a pool, but that's my fault for not looking that up before hand. They did have a very nice fitness room.

I come to Bellevue several times a year on business, and while I don't always stay at this Sheraton, I always feel well taken care of there. The rooms are well appointed and the beds comfortable, and there are several good donong options within a very short walk out the hotel's front door. This is a great place to stay while visiting companies in downtown Bellevue.

We went to Sheraton Bellevue because it advertises a beautiful view of the city. Not only are you not able to see Seattle, you can't even see downtown Bellevue. We got a room right next to the lobby and we could hear the music they were playing from 6 a. M. Until late in the night. When I kindly asked the staff to keep the music down, they said yes but did nothing about it. Our sheets were dirty and not changed in three days; we even found leaves and we did not go hiking or anything. Also, the sheets were very rough and uncomfortable to sleep in. The mattress was old, and the pillow cases were rough too. The closet was tiny and hidden away in the bathroom. The breakfast was an overpriced continental buffet. The only reason we ate there was that we thought it was included; if we had known what the price was upfront we would have never gone in there. Although we loved Washington, we're never staying at this place again. If you have no choice, ask for a room that is not on the first floor because you won't get any sleep.

Great location! Close to the highway to get around town and also walking distance to downtown Bellevue. There's excellent eating and shopping spots in nearby Bellevue square. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Staff are generally friendly. Would have given it a 5 star rating; however, their complimentary breakfast is at the Bellevue grill was incorrectly advertised or perhaps misleading. The sign said that I was 6AM-12PM on weekends, so when we had a long night and slept in, we went for breakfast a few minutes before 11AM and we were told the breakfast buffet at ended. Other than that, good hotel overall, and thankfully there's plenty of other cafes nearby for breakfast.

Great service at the hotel, especially the front desk. For a family travelling with two young children, they did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and interacted with the children every time we walked pass the front desk. Room was very nice and clean. Everything seemed new in the room. The room experience exceeded my stays at other Sheratons! Only negative is 1 of the elevators was malfunctioning so it was a hassle to get out of it (since it wouldn't move) and wait for the other elevator.

The hotel is next to a major highway so it is very easy to get to. Just a couple of minutes drive from Bellevue Square which is handy as well. We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds. The room is of decent size, with a big desk, and a couch too. However it may be a bit of a tight squeeze to get behind someone sitting at the desk as there is only a small amount of room between the desk chair and the bed. The entire room is clean and tidy when we arrived. One thing I found odd is the placement of the toilet paper in the bathroom. It is behind the wall of the toilet, to its left. It is quite awkward to reach it. The club house is on the small size but the food there is good in the morning breakfast hour. Overall though for a hotel with such a handy location it is a good deal.

"Three star hotel" is a bit generous. Had an absolute nightmare of a time checking in (card got declined, additional options not properly detailed to me until 30 minutes of phone calls later), and I couldn't be happier to have just checked out. My room (225) was directly above the laundry room, so I got to wake up at 6:30 every morning to the sound of the dryer signal loudly alerting me that I was in a cheap hotel. Good thing it woke me up though, the clock was set 12 hours… off so the alarm didn't go off as intended. Everything seemed to be a little broken. Bathroom counter/sink were shaky, looked like it was about to fall off the wall. The water cap on the iron was broken off, forcing me to iron with the risk of splashing water all over my clothes (only happened twice). The main ceiling light was in a tiny halfway leading to the actual room, providing almost no light for most of the space. The door stop randomly flung itself open, causing me to accidentally leave my room open numerous times. Oh, and the internet connectivity was terrible. I'm very happy to have just checked out. If I was the one paying for this hotel, I'd ask for my money back. 2/5 because the shower was nice

I frequently travel to Bellevue for work and have stayed at many of the hotels in the area. The Sheraton Bellevue is my new favorite hotel when I'm in town. I stayed there in September for a few nights and had a great stay. The hotel is very clean and updated and the staff were all very friendly, greeting me whenever I walked through the lobby. The location is excellent in relation to downtown Bellevue, I was able to walk everywhere. There are tons of great restaurants in walking distance. Unfortunately I forgot to clear out one drawer when I checked out and left a couple pairs of nice shorts in my room. When I realized this a week later, I called the hotel and found they were in the lost and found, and that I would need to be connected with the housekeeping director to arrange the shorts to be sent back to me. I did not hear back from her and called a few weeks later to follow up. I spoke to Heidi and the front desk to explain my situation and that I had not received a call back. She was very helpful and offered to ship the shorts back to me free of charge via FedEx! That is GREAT customer service and really impressed me. Initially I was frustrated about the lack of response to my messages, but Heidi definitely made up for it with her kind gesture. I'll definitely be coming back to this hotel, and will make sure I don't forget anything next time. **for you runners, there is a great trail to run nearby.

I have mixed feelings about our stay at the Sheraton Bellevue a couple of w'ends ago. The location is very convenient just off the 405 yet quiet. We stayed in a Club Room and the pictures on the website are a direct representation of the actual room which is refreshing. The front desk staff were very nice, attentive, and quick to respond to requests. They didn't know much about kids entertainment in the area nor about a National Park located 30 mins away but they didn't hesitate to jump online and get us info and print out maps. The parking lot is right in front/side of the hotel, accessible and free and Bellevue Square is an uphill walk. On the flip side, we had to call the front desk for someone to come and sort out our fridge and microwave unit, a heavy unit that can't really be moved by one person, and I'm not talking about just 'plugging it' into the wall which took a good 20 mins. I was also disappointed with the hotel with the 'recycled pineapples' they served us for our complimentary breakfast, the breakfast was more than ordinary and offered little options to choose from. I was putting pineapples (the only fruit on the breakfast table) on my plate and came across a few 'left over pieces of deli ham', note that there was no ham offered at breakfast nor was it a pineapple/ham dish.

Given a choice of any SPG hotel in the Seattle area, I would always choose to stay in Seattle over Bellevue. The Sheraton Bellevue is a much smaller hotel than any of the Seattle counterparts. I didn't appreciate the cramped rooms and that my room was a few feet from the lobby (on the same floor) either. While the hotel is nicely kept, I would much rather stay in downtown Seattle.

Great Place. The receptionists were phenomenal checking in and out. Upon checking in, they notified us that our existing room was on the first floor along with all the other WSU band members and that it might get a little loud. They asked us if we would like to move to another floor that should be quieter. We really liked the decor and feel of the room. The bed was comfortable. The quality of the in-room dining food was great. Upon first exiting the elevator it felt like you were in a mechanics hallway. Had trouble with the key card working but it was resolved. No outlets to plug the phone in nearby the bed. During the week nights (with the exception of Fridays) they have a wine social for hotel patrons. It is nice that the hotel was close to everything and had easy access i-405 ramps. Overall it was a great experience and we were really glad to have picked it.
