Very friendly front desk staff and their warm welcome gives one a positive feeling about what to expect. Rooms are clean, excellent pillows, towels and we'll maintained rooms. There is coffee and water at the lobby 24x7… And the front desk staff have the courtesy to offer you water as you head out. Breakfast is complimentary… Apart from tea, coffee, breads, muffins, juices you can expect a fruit, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, yogurt and you can make your own waffle. It is more than average spread and you have to serve yourself… Pretty neat for business travellers.

Great location. Close to everything in Bellevue making the morning commute very reasonable. Friendly staff that always seems to work with me and my company if plans need to change.

This hotel is in a great location if you don't mind paying the toll to get into downtown Seattle. 15 minutes is how long it takes to get downtown from the hotel. Also fairly close to whole foods and chick fil a, so pretty easy to eat well. Rooms were decent sized, clean, and the price was reasonable. Only complaint was breakfast. I know I shouldn't expect much from these types of hotels but I feel like this was one of the lowest quality Continental breakfasts I have had at any hotel chain.

Hands down, the best stay at a Hampton Inn I have ever had. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, and a tastefully appointed room with a very good nighttime view of Downtown Bellevue. If you stay, chances are very good you won't want to leave… and that few other hotels in Greater Seattle.

I've stayed here multiple times and the staff are always kind and accommodating. This latest trip, they were able to provide a room at a price that was way below what I was finding online and therefore under company limits. Rooms are clean, and modern with plenty of power outlets. Water pressure is great and heats up quickly. Don't hesitate to stay here!

This hotel is in a great location with quick access to the city. What I really liked was the view I head was of the woods. This really made it feel peaceful.

Good dude rooms and friendly service. When my mom had a problem with the lock on her door they instantly changed he room. Easy access to doing and restaurants downtown and within walking distance of Trader Joe's if you want to pick up some groceries. Easy access to the highways as well.

Very thin walls and floors, wood frame building, no good if you're a light sleeper. Asked for room to be vacuumed as our daughter made a mass, was not vacuumed 6hrs later when we got back. Breakfast is very promptly and aggressively closed at 11am on the dot even if you are still eating.

The rooms are neat. There is coffee, tea, and water 24/7 in the lobby. The fitness center is fairly good, there are clean towels and complementary earplugs to listen to music while working out. The breakfast could be improved. In the weekends it is better than in the weekdays. No too many options to choose from. It's a good hotel.

But wait until you get inside… The inside looked newly remodeled and welcoming. The room was nice, soft bed linens and comfy pillows. But what stood out most was the hospitality of the staff. I've never stayed here before, yet they made me feel very welcome offering me some snacks and water from my tiresome travels of the day. They didn't fail to make eye contact when I passed by the front desk and utter a brief "Good evening. " I was there only long enough to get some sleep yet they gave me a lasting experience in the brief time I visited. I'll book here again.

Right in the heart of Bellevue Washington this Hampton has stunning views of the downtown the Microsoft campus and the surrounding area. This hotel is within walking distance of Whole Foods are REI Trader Joe's and many other Bellevue attractions. This hotel has a pool workout center serves continental breakfast in the morning and has coffee available downstairs Around the Clock.

Less expensive than near by hotels of similar quality, but just as good. There is no bar or restaurant but there is a free shuttle that will take you anywhere within 5 miles. Rooms come with a microwave and a refrigerator, which is handy.

It was great service. The rooms were nice and clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast was great. Staff were always smiling and welcoming to us.

Beautiful and clean, friendly staff, free breakfast with the waffle makers. Pool, no hot tub. Lots of parking. Comfortable beds, didn't hear any noise. Close to Seattle for a great price. Would stay again!

Very clean and very well staffed. Had a bit of incident upon check in but had everything resolved and the rest of the stay went great. Will definitely return.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. It’s been a few months since I’ve stayed here. The staff is wonderful and friendly. We had no issues at all. It was my first time in Seattle to go on a cruise to Alaska. They front desk woman kept calling my grandma momma which was hilarious. Would definitely stay in this hotel again!

Stayed here for the weekend for a trip to Children's Hospital for my son's surgery. My son's mom broke out in hives and had a few bites, come to find out the room we stayed in had bed bugs! The staff didn't handle things well as it seemed they had no protocol for this type of situation. Needless to say instead of comforting are son during a time of pain, we first had to decontaminat us, our car and luggage etc before entering are home. Now we pray that our home doesn't become infected. The hotel for only being a few years old was quite dirty. The room had dirty walls and it looks like they never clean/ vacuum the corners or behind things etc. The coffee was good but the breakfast was old and dry as it seems they don't note time and rotate old food out with fresh etc. We will never stay here again, in fact we may never stay at another hotel ever again!

This was an excellent opportunity and experience for my wife and I. Our room was very large and clean. The decor was well thought out. Not much of a view to look at but all in all it is a wonderful place to stay. Parking is great, the only bad thing I can say about this place is that it only have one elevator, nice looking and very clean but for the size of this hotel I think there should be more than one especially when it comes to an emergency. Food! Shopping and getting something to eat will be a breeze because of the close by location of the hotel it literally a 10 min walk for just about anywhere. In the hotel they have a small area where you could purchase bottles of your choice of red and white wines.

This is a Fantastic hotel! We were in need of a room for the weekend NOW, our other plans fell through.! Staff is very friendly, they have continental breakfast with sausage n eggs included. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfy. Coffee is of course, delish. Minutes away from downtown and all the fun things to do.

Horrible service at the lobby! Being gold members we're obliged to water and when asked it was as though I'd asked for her kidneys. Previous night another lady was not happy when told her that something was spilled on their floor by someone. Also the ladies at the reception don't mind keeping the customers wait till they're done with their sweet talks. They need to change their staffs or teach them to be polite at any occasions.

The hotel is clean and looks like recently renovated, with a great gym too. Staff is very polite. Internet service is quite unstable (even the premium one) in the sense that it breaks every 10-15 minutes but it automatically restores (that is the reason I am giving it only 4 stars).

The hotel itself has a nice atmosphere. However it is poorly built. I could hear every move the guests above me were making. It was as if they were walking with cement blocks on their feet. I could also hear alarm clocks from nearby rooms going off early in the morning. I was very disappointed in this given what it cost me to stay there.

Nice clean rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast was a bit greasy and limited healthy selection but tasted pretty good. The staff was amazing. Reception was hassle free and checkout was expedient. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Would come back.

Clean and excellent service. Had a noisy room partying late above my room, so I notified front desk and they took care of it promptly and followed up with me afterwards. Extremely professional. Also the breakfast menu isn't bad either, nothing extraordinary, just well prepared. The pool is tiny though, meant for kids really. My only other complaint is that it's a bit too pricy for what you get, so advice for people visiting Seattle comparing prices, if you just take the money you would have spent on gas, finding parking, and dealing with Seattle traffic, and use it to put yourself up in a hotel directly in downtown Seattle, you'll probably enjoy your stay more. For people who are here to visit Bellevue, this is a great choice.

Our room was comfortable and very quiet. A/C worked like a dream. The breakfast left something to be desired; however, it was nice to not have to go find someplace to eat. The hotel is so easy to get to and is close to everything within minutes by car. Staff was very pleasant.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn. The room was very comfortable and the staff were very nice. For example, one morning my cab never showed and I had an important interview at Microsoft. The employee at the counter suggested me to use their shuttle service (which is normally limited to the environment) to go there and I could have happened just in time. A very pleasant experience.

Very clean, fairly up-to-date decor and amenities, and excellent, friendly service. Complimentary Wi-Fi allows up to 3 devices. Breakfast buffet is good, but not great, and gets fairly crowded. Pool is good for playing, but not for swimming laps. No hot tub. Good location fairly close to downtown Bellevue.

Room was large and there were many accomodations! Great price as well. My only complaint was that only 3 of us could be connected to the Wi-Fi at once.

Very accomodating Hampton Inn. I didn't have a car and didn't need one. Hotel shuttled to local restaurants. Front desk staff set up taxi to airport.

Couldn't ask for a better overnight experience. Polite and accommodating staff, clean rooms, and plenty of parking made this a nice night out of town. The bedrooms and bathrooms feel roomy for their size, and even when all of our 3 rooms of guests were in one room, there was still room to get around. Being only a 6 minute drive from Bellevue Square was a huge plus, and there were plenty of places to eat and drink very close to the hotel and the mall. Definitely a great choice next time we're in town.

Very nice rooms. Beds are pretty comfortable. Includes breakfast is acceptable, but nothing to look forward to. No problems with internet connection or speed. Overall one of better hotels I have stayed at.

Everything about my stay was perfect, from the room to the pool to breakfast in the morning. Staff was friendly and courteous. Will definitely consider staying there again.

Great service and nice people. The only thing I didn't like was some of the food they served for breakfast. There meat, sausage in particular, was pretty nasty. But other than that everything was great.
