Worst hotel experience in a long time. Very terrible smell, cigarettes mixed with disinfectant. The bed was newer and very comfortable but I could hardly sleep due to the terrible smell.

I did not think the rooms very clean. Due to availability, there was only a smoking room left and as expected it smelled like all other smoking rooms. Have to admit, I did not think there were any hotels allowed smoking.

Clean, small room. Very few ammenties. Breakfast very limited. Good location.

Do yourself a favor and keep on going. Hallways were full of pot smoke smell. Non smoking room smoke detector covered with a plastic bag and smelled like cigarettes. Just a horrible experience.

Room stinks aweful like piss. Bulbs burnt out. Not clean Very uncomfortable place to stay.

It was bad, booked 2 non smoking rooms one was smoking and the air conditioning did not work. Hotel didn't offer anything. At all costs stay away from this place.

Ok the only reason to give this place a one star is because there are no NEGATIVE stars. Initially the room wasn't bad but when we returned from dinner the whole upstairs smelled like cigarettes smoke. The walls are so thin you can hear a Prius go by. So needless to say we could hear the kids running up and down the hall from 1:30 until after 4AM. We were here with some other friends, if we where by ourselves we would have left in the middle of the night. On a good note the heater fan was loud enough to drown them when it was on.

The staff was very accommodating, stayed with our cat overnight and the pet charge was just 10 dollars.

I was quoted a price including the pet fee and made the reservation. When we arrived I filled the form out and circled we had pets. The TV remote did not work I went to the front desk to get batteries and the woman on the front desk said she wanted to come to the room to check the remote. When she came to our room she told us she did not know we had dogs. She was going to charge us more and made us move to a different room after we had settled in. She said if I did like like it I could leave. I think Super 8 needs to teach their employees customer service.

Wasn't bad. Quiet. Wi-Fi slow. Beds sit up higher. Small upgrades. Upgraded to flat panel tvs.

Great rate, great location, helpful employees. However, a non-smoking room on a smokey smelly hallway is a bit annoying. I would stay again as the price was good.

Smoke smell in the hall. Stayed two different nights, rooms were quiet and clean. Would stay again.

To be honest, we've been pretty disappointed in other Super 8's in the past, but we just needed someplace clean and quiet to catch some sleep, not needing nor having the time for some of the features some of the more expensive places offer. Plus,, after some less than positive experiences with other Winchester area hotels over the years, we gave this Super 8 a try. Turned out just what we needed — comfortable bed, decent climate control, quiet, clean, pleasant front desk personnel, and a little something to nosh on in the morning before heading out.

I enjoyed my stay here. Bob at the front desk was very kind and helpful. He provided very clear and accurate directions to Old Town Winchester. The room was clean. The bed comfortable. I can't think of any aspect that could have been improved upon. Thanks so much Bob!

Was a quiet hotel. Didn't spend much time there honestly since we were there to visit fam. But was a good place to sleep and unwind after long days of local sight seeing.

Would not honor military 15% off. Room was dirty! Walls, carpet, tile in bathroom, laughing I said at least the ceiling was clean and we looked up and big brown smears on the ceiling. Sheets were frayed and blanket, not comforter, blanket was NASTY. Best word for it. Very, very, very poor for over $65 room.

Good place for a quick rest. Affordable, beds were clean, bathroom worked. All the things you need to crash for a night.

By far the WORST Super 8 I've ever visited (& I have visited MANY). Everything is horribly outdated & worn out. The table in our room was awkwardly positioned right in front of the A/C unit & when we moved it the legs almost fell off! My nose was assaulted by the very strong smell of mildew as soon as I opened the door & somehow the entire hallway full of non-smoking rooms smells like someone is actively blowing cigarette smoke in your face. I'm really not excited to see what the breakfast here looks like in the morning! The receptionist was very nice but made me fill out paperwork that no other Super 8 has ever made me do — but she was really nice & professional. I know this isn't meant to be a 5-star hotel — I'm simply comparing this Super 8 to over a dozen other Super 8s I've visited previously. UPDATE: most pathetic breakfast yet! NO hot food & the waffles were frikn cheap toaster waffles.

Great service, lackluster breakfast, lack of available electrical plugs, in room coffee maker, microwave, and cold fridge… pretty decent for the price.

For the price a great deal. The rooms were clean. The hallways smelled of cigarette smoke, but somehow the rooms did not. A Chinese food buffet next door which seemed very popular.

Lobby and hallways reeked of smoke, thankfully the room did not. About what you would expect at this price point. Breakfast was limited but well stocked.

This motel is a bad one to go to. The lady that works thiere is rude to kids. She is very mean to ppl. And she the manager.

Pet friendly and reasonable prices. The morning breakfast isn't exactly sumptuous, but serviceable. Some diabetic — friendly options would be nice,

Surprisingly nice. Clean renovated rooms and good Wi-Fi. Mini fridge and microwave in room. Beds were firm and comfortable.

Rude customer service, did not clean thier lot, charged more than what they negotiationed, pass the buck when questioned.

Pretty bad. The non smoking rooms have cigarette burns on the counter. My room smelled and the people that were there seemed like wellfair put them up there. The breakfast was good though. Everything was fresh and the staff is very nice.

Got a room on second floor stinks really bad, beds are very uncomfortable, and my daughter got bed bug bites not worth staying. Last time I will stay here again.

Check-in was fast and efficient, got a first floor room.

We reserved a room on the first floor and when we arrived we had to go on the second floor. The first room they gave us was so bad that I wouldn't want my dog to spend the night in there. It would take too long to tell all that was wrong. The manger did give us another room that was a little better but still not worth EVER staying there again. I would sleep in the car first. Pure example you get what you pay for.
