If you aren't sensitive to smells this hotel wouldn't have been bad. It smells like cigarette smoke (even though it's a none smoking hotel) doused in perfume with tons of chlorine from the pool. First time I had to leave a hotel because the smell was so strong.

Easily accessible Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott close to the intersection of US50, Interstate 81, and 522. It is right across the street and within walking distance from Costco and Golden Corral and other places to eat and shop. Clean and comfortable.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, decent breakfast. Would stop here again when traveling south!

Location was convenient, room clean. The mattress however was worse than a college dorm room stock mattress. We felt every individual spring.

Very nice stay. Our hotel room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast had lots of options: eggs, multiple bread options, two brands of yogurt, cut fresh fruit (melons, pineapples), made oatmeal, bacon, mini waffles, apples, bananas and cereal. Coffee and juice. Will consider revisiting.

Overall great stay, food and breakfast was good, break fast hours are 6-9 (inconveient, can't sleep in). I had to get a new key card twice because it stopped working, bit the staff was helpful.

Great hotel and GREAT customer service! Lacy at the front desk is sweet and genuine! We left a few items in our room that could have been easily taken and said they weren’t there. Lacy confirmed the items were there and mailed them to us! We are extremely greatful and thankful for her! Thank you so much Lacy! People like her are what makes things great!

Nice hotel for a good price. The indoor pool isn't amazing but it's decent. The free breakfast was really good. The staff is really nice.

We entered hotel lobby to check in. Desk was closed, a sign was displayed stating other guests were being assisted. After nearly 10 minutes, a man entered via front door, unlocked door & stood behind service desk. Did not acknowledge our presence. It was notable that his attire did not resemble what we expect from Marriot desk associate. No dress shirt, tie. No Marriot badge. I approached him & asked to check in. No smile or apology for desk being closed. We received room key, went to room at far end. It was king, we had reserved two queen. Returned to desk-closed again-waited till agent returned. I suggested that he mixed up our reservation with someone & we would like the room we had booked through Marriott rewards. For the next ten minutes we were told the room we wanted was not available, hotel was booked, & other forms of denial. I displayed the booking e mail — with confirmation-on my phone. Said nothing , looked down, typed for awhile. Slid two keys across desk with no further comment. We went to our room which was correct. PS subsequent trips through lobby revealed untended counter 3 more times. We have checked in at numerous Marriot locations. Always pleasant, well dressed & professional. Not this time 3:15 AM a fluorescent fixture exploded in our unit. Sounded like a bomb went off. Glass shards everywhere Breakfast was great. Well tended by Nancy Johnson. She is a gem.

The room was nice and the breakfast was good but they messed up our reservation and since they were booked we could not get the room we asked for. The guy who checked us is said sorry as he was walking away from us seemed kind of rude to me.

Service is usually pretty good but not tonight. I called the front desk for 30 minutes straight trying to schedule a wake-up call with no answer. Walked down to the front desk and nobody. Finally a woman walks in and says she works here. I explain I've been calling. She offers up a half-hearted apology and doesn't even make eye contact. Considering it's raining out and she was dry, I'm wondering if she wasn't outside in a vehicle because she certainly wasn't at her post. Unsat!

Clean, nice. Options for Netflix, Hulu, etc. On the TV is a nice touch. Overall it was a nice stay.

Great value for the money and very satisfying experience. Desk clerk was knowledgable and courteous. Facility appeared crisp and clean. Hallways were bright with color and carpeting appeared fairly new and clean. The room was also well kept and bright. Carpeting appeared to be in very good shape and the curtains were the right length so as to not overhang the AC unit. Flatscreen TV had an awesome picture and the remote was really easy to use. Bathroom was great. Shower head had a nice gentle spray. Three suggestions for improvement and 5 star rating: Front desk personnel should wear pressed and neat shirts/clothes. More outlet plugs near night stands. Suitcase stand could be larger to hold the bi-fold suitcases. We've been staying with a big competitor recently, but I think Fairfield will be seeing more of us in the near future.

Rooms are very cleaned and maintained. The staff were all pleasant and courteous.

We've stayed at this location many times and never had an issue. Staff is always very friendly. Other than that, a standard Marriott Fairfield Inn. You won't be disappointed.

Roomy. Very clean. Our suite had 2 tvs a couch, 2 queen sized beds, microwave and fridge. Nice breakfast downstairs. Pleasant friendly staff.

Location is easy to find but there are a lot of buildings by it so no senic views. They seemed understaffed as several times there was no one at the front desk or answering the phone. Rooms were clean.

I will start by saying the staff is wonderful. They are all so nice, friendly, and helpful. That said however, there was a light outside our room… very bright, mounted in the ground pointing up. We could not block it out with the shades no matter what we did. The waffles at breakfast had a strange taste, which was odd, because it is normally very good. The Wi-Fi was not good at all unless you paid for it. I also felt that the pool was too cold.

My room was clean and nice. I am a Marriott member. My room has a nice size small fridge and microwave. The bed and pillow is comfortable for me. I have the whole kings size bed to myself and it feels nice. Great clean place. Would definitely stop by again.

Biscuits and gravy was excellent. Fake eggs were not so much liked. Room clean but pool is comically small. There was a printer. That was nice.

Beds were harder than I like but the free breakfast was awesome.

Below average breakfast (no forks, bad fruit, watery OJ). Hotel amd rooms needs an update soon. Nice staff though.

The pool was chilly. The thermostat in the room was broken. Pillows were stiff. This isn't what we expected from a mariott. Will not stay here again. Girls at the front were very friendly and apologetic.

We stayed here on our drive south. Nice area and had many gas options. Costco is right across the way with their great gas prices. We like the rooms and they were clean. The food at breakfast was good and many options.

We came in fairly late at night and the front desk clerk eas fabulous. The room was great and so was breakfast. Thank you!

This location is terrible! The staff was great but when your room is infested with bugs it's certainly a problem! We were relocated to another room, a SMALLER ROOM with 3 adults and a newborn. No refrigerator in this room, so what do I do with the babies food? Maybe I should store it in the ice bucket, NOT the ice machine does not work on the 3rd floor. Guess what else we discovered, this suite also had bugs! Worst Marriott experience ever, so disappointed!

Elderly friendly with grab bar in shower for safety, spacious room for walker and beds were very comfortable. Room was spotless and comfortable. Great overnight stay while traveling with elderly parent.
